Cari Hotel dengan Balkoni di Almaty

Stayed there for a night during my KZ trip, the hotel is located at a very comfortable location , the hotel rooms looks like more of heritage room with a few old decor plates and felt really warm, they provided with all the necessity services, and a secured cloak room was also there, I kept my luggage after checkout for almost a day and they were really helpful to store them at their place without any hassle and provided back the same in couple of minutes, They staff here speaks fluent English as well and take extra efforts to help their guest. Would definitely recommend to stay and get to know the services of the same.

Отличное расположение гостиницы! Шикарный вид с балкона и днём и ночью! В апреле по утрам поют соловьи. Холл и входная группа красиво стильно современно. Номера - не очень. Маленькая площадь, старая, но целая мебель, затертый ковролин, несовременный кафель, полотенца старенькие, с лохмотьями. В шкафу для одежды нет ни одной полочки- вещи положить некуда, только 2 вешалки. Постельное бельё нормальное чистое. Есть чайник, чашки, чай и сахар. Воду 0.5 приносят ежедневно. Мини бар - у меня был весь холодильник, у коллеги - пусто. По требованию, думаю, принесут. Гладильные комнаты всего 2. На 6 и 7 этаже. На 7 этаже очень тусклый свет - гладишь почти на ощупь. Для такой большой гостиницы, казалось бы, мало. Но за 7 дней проживания - я не стояла в очереди в гладилку. Тренажёрки, сауны, бассейна нет. И это большой минус гостиницы. Завтраки в ресторане Zina - очень разнообразные и вкусные. Каши, творог обалденные. Есть свежие овощи, салаты, тарталетки и т.д. Есть и серьёзные блюда: манты, мясо, картофель запечённый. Выпечка, в основном, вкусная. Но иногда подают пирожки, самсушки трех или четырёх дневные. Уже дубовые. Может для видимости брльшого количества их кладут. Для разнообразия, при частых командировках, можно раз в год останавливаться в этой гостинице.

We recently had a stay at this Swissotel. Given the reputation of the brand, our expectations were naturally set high. However, the reality of our experience fell significantly short of those anticipations. 1. Check-in Procedure: Even with online check-in we were subjected to a 30-minute wait. One of our pre-booked rooms was not ready at the time of arrival. 2. Room's Condition: - A glaring lapse in cleanliness was evident with the state of the bathroom floor near its entrance (photo attached). - The bathroom door's sliding mechanism was faulty and highly inconvenient. - The overall condition of the bathroom indicated it's due for an overhaul and repairs (photos attached). - The discovery of a used ear swab under the table raised significant concerns about the room's preparation and cleanliness (photo attached). - A faulty power outlet in the bathroom added to the growing list of maintenance concerns (photo attached). - The discovery of a dead insect in the drapes clearly points to a continuous lack of attention to detail with the cleaning staff (photo attached). 3. Birthday Cake: Our agreement for a pre-arranged complimentary birthday cake was not only overlooked but was also delivered a day later than promised, despite having multiple conversations and providing evidence of our prior agreement (via the official hotel WhatsApp). 4. Water Bottle Replenishment: The consistent oversight in providing an essential like water, despite multiple request channels, was surprising. The water had to be fetched from the cleaning staff, we had to chase them and ask. None of the other channels, like the official app or the reception, fulfilled our request for the water delivery. 5. Dining: Our anticipation of an à la carte menu was countered by a buffet offering. Being told this was due to hotel occupancy levels feeling unsatisfactory. This went on for both evenings spent at the hotel. Portions of the a la carte menu were available only for room service. 6. Buffet Food Quality: The limited options, particularly for main courses (3), left much to be desired. Our experience with the freshly prepared pasta was particularly disappointing. It was watery, bland, disgusting. You could get better pasta at an office canteen. We have travelled quite a big part of the world and this buffet was easily the worst we have ever had. Both taste and variety were not worth the price. And we were forced into it by being denied the a la carte option. The hotel is above capacity - great, but we paid for the same service as if it weren't, right? Not OUR problem. 7. Breakfast Experience: The overall offering was lackluster. The variety was uninspiring, especially when compared to even basic 3-star hotels. Stale pastry (croissant from the day before) at a 5* hotel is inexcusable - these are absolute basics. Staff appeared overwhelmed, often forgetting to replenish food and drinks (had to be reminded many times) and struggling to manage guest numbers. Only 2 juice options fo

The best and the most expensive hotel in Almaty. Service is perfect, staff try to help in all questions. Breakfast huge and tasty, there is everything, even common quail eggs… Rooms big and have nice views to city or mountais. Gym is very good too. Pool not big but enough good, sauna just separate in mans and womans changing rooms.

Struttura piuttosto semplice ed abbastanza pulita,situata non lontano dal centro di Almaty. La mia camera era,abbastanza spaziosa e pulita,dotata di balcone,bagno con doccia,set di cortesia,in particolare ho trovato il letto molto comodo. Nel complesso si tratta di una buona struttura,non ancora avvezza secondo me,ad accogliere turisti da tutto il Mondo . Colazione e barriere linguistiche (solo un receptionist su quattro con cui abbia avuto a che fare,parlava inglese) da migliorare. Per il resto,lo consiglierei.

Everything about the hotel is perfect. My only suggestion is get a new hairdryer. The current one barely works. Breakfast was delish and reception kindly arranged transportation for me.

Im here this moment in 840. The hand basin leaks all over the floor from the back. We told the staff x 2 in their language and nothing was done. The shower door covers 1/3 of the area it should AND the area it should cover has a bad seal and water ends up all over the floor as if there were no door at all. After using the basin or the shower we have to walk through 2 cm of water. We have to use all our towels to soak up the mess and call for new ones. The AC is so loud it sounds like water is flooding the place and considering the plumbing issues already mentioned, this is a real fear! The light over my bed does not work. And lastly it took 20 min of begging to get a cork screw from the bar that sells wines with corks !!!’ I actually had to teach the lad how to use the wine opener. “ he pulled rather than use the lever system. ” They pretended they had no clue what i needed and i used a translator app. They should be embarrassed . Intrepid “ my tour company ” should not use them and I will inform them.

GOOD HOTEL WITH LIMITED EATING OPTIONS FOR INDIANS I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and not a single day was there enough options for Indian tourists. This is disheartening as tourists are paying whopping 25k to 30k per night. Indian tourists groups form atleast 30%- 40% of their total people staying in hotel When asked restaurant manager to make something available for Indians.. they simply denied . Indian tourists deserve much better Rooms are better . They have Jacuzzi which was amazing 👏 😍 The housekeeping cleaning was not upto mark. That was disappointing 😞 But the best part is temperature controlled swimming pool and hamam- steam sauna .. this relaxes and calms muscles. Overall the stay was OK.. but the price we paid was too much

Поужинать в отеле проблемно. Меню надо скачать на телефон. Оно там не читаемое. Альтернативы нет. Или с телефона или не как. Замороженный официант вам никак не поможет. В итоге ужинали в ресторане напротив отеля. Отель был заполнен процентов на тридцать, но за стенку нам поселили пьяных которые в четыре утра устроили дебош. Ресепшн никак не решали проблему, сказали ”мы поговорили с гостями”, но шум продолжился. Только после обещания утром пожаловаться руководству, нам предложили переселиться на ночь в другой номер. И будьте готовы, что утром на завтраке вас на весь ресторан с двух телевизоров будет обрабатывать проукраинская пропаганда. На просьбу сменить канал, был получен ответ, что ”мы обязаны показывать мировые новости”. Ну а перекрикивающиеся между собой в полный голос горничные в коридоре и не улыбающиеся вам при заселении девушки на ресепшн - это уже мелочи. Очевидно, все силы у руководства ушли на постройку здания соответствующего уровню пятизвёздочного отеля, и здание действительно удалось, а на сервис сил уже не хватило.
