I stayed for several days at both the Victoria Hotel and also visit the connected by the rooftop their sister hotel, The Palace. You have to start with the fact that these are not 4* and 5* hotels. Perhaps they were when they opened 20 years ago, today it is a maximum of 3* and 3.5*. They are simply dated, you can see it and smell it. If we are aware of it, almost everything else is ok: very friendly service (special thanks to the nice, elderly man at the reception), tasty and varied breakfasts, cozy swimming pools and rooftop bar. The quality of cleaning the rooms needs improvement, the location of the rooms is cruicial (avoid rooms from the driveway for deliveries, unless you like to hear knocks and screams from 6am onwards). And the price: if you manage to find an offer up to 100e / day, that's ok, above that is not worth it.

Chambres de bonne taille, très propres et literie confortable . Bons petits-déjeuners sous forme de buffet très copieux . Piscine de l'hôtel agréable creusée dans le rocher en bordure de mer avec un bar et snack en plein air pour le déjeuner . Séjour très satisfaisant dans l'ensemble . Une nouvelle décoration des parties communes et des restaurants me paraît toutefois souhaitable, car pour le moment l'hôtel est certes confortable et de bonne qualité mais sans charme .

The room is spacious with super good view, very convenient as you living at Sliema, easy to go any other island, with less noisy than living at St. Julian. Good location, get everything we need within 10 mins walk. Only if the shower space can get bigger and cozier, then that would be perfect!

I was so grateful for the room upgrade, but it was right in front of the elevator and when I left the bathroom door open, the smell of the sewer was so bad. Still, it was nice to have a cookie-like service. The staff were very friendly and the spa was great. ㅊr별 인지는 모르겠지만 늦게온 ㅅr람들은 다 ㅊㅔ크인 해주던데 우ㄹi만 물어보기전까지 안해줌. 방 ㅂrl정도 순수한 업그레이드인지 의심스러움. 그 정도로 ㅎr수구 냄새 심했음. 그ㄹrl도 몇명 빼곤 다 친절하게 해주었음.

Hotel con buone potenzialità vista la posizione e le camere. Purtroppo il primo giorno non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia perché usciva acqua marrone. Avevamo un problema alle tubature, è arrivato un inserviente pet far uscire uscire l'acqua ma dopo ore con il rubinetto aperto avevano solo sprecato tanta acqua senza risolvere il problema. La notte e la mattina presto sono stato svegliato dall'odore forte della cucina che probabilmente rientrava dal climatizzatore. Odore nauseabondo! Anche questo problema non è stato risolto. Alla richiesta di aiuto in reception dicevano che non potevano farci nulla! Peccato

super relaxing and literally right next to the hotspot of paceville where all the restaurants and shopping centres are, quick car ride to valetta and sliema, service was amazing and room was super super clean. very new hotel so everything was new and clean, they gave us wooden toothbrushes and nice smelling soap, ventilation was good and air conditioning was powerful, no swimming pool or balcony unfortunately but breakfast included and was very yummy, good selection of breakfast foods, service was utterly impeccable. rooms are soundproof so you can’t hear the music of the clubs from the outside. stayed there for three nights and enjoyed each one. would definitely stay again

PPengguna TetamuWhat an amazing hotel. By far the nicest people working at a hotel I have ever met! The staff were so kind and helpful. Even left cake and balloons in my room on my birthday despite us not telling them anything about it. Rooms were lovely and clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious. I could only make one recommendation, which would be to give an option of hanging up towels so they are not washed and replaced daily, as it’s better for saving water and the environment.

PPengguna TetamuThe Hotel was clean, unfortunately my room was very noisy as it was off the kitchen all I could hear was banging doors all morning, people talking & stomping around, there is also construction going on in neighbouring buildings. my bed was uncomfortable I could feel the springs in my back so had a pretty terrible sleep, this place needs some updating & modernising. The location was great walking distance to everything.
