Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice. The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece. Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio.

Ha sido, sin duda, el mejor hotel en el que he estado. El trato recibido fue excepcional, con un personal muy amable y siempre pendiente de cada detalle. El alojamiento es precioso y todo en el hotel está cuidado con muchísimo mimo. Lo recomendaré a todo el mundo. Inmejorable experiencia.

not in the centre of Cusco but close enough, 5-10mins to main square. we left our luggage at hotel when we went to Machu Picchu and when we got back was already waiting for us in our reserved room. decent size bed/ room, bath room but small and the fan is cold in winter as it blows directly to the shower/tun. But generally good service. breakfast was also decent, although they seemed understaffed at the restaurant

Katari Apart Hotel at Qorikancha was the perfect accommodation for my 3-day trip to Cusco! It is in a great central location, within walking distance to the various plazas with shopping and restaurants. My room was great - clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Alex was an INCREDIBLE host - he was so attentive and responsive and gave me some excellent recommendations for things to do and see and restaurants to eat at. I was able to store my luggage after check out on my last day since I had an evening flight and Alex helped hail a taxi for me to ensure a fair price and safe ride.

This is an amazing hotel with friendly and accommodating staff! The views from the front are unreal also, and the rooms very big and cleaned everyday to a high standard! Would definitely recommend. The staff also made us lunch when we had early morning trips!

We booked the two‑bedroom apartment, which shares one bathroom — a practical layout that works well for families. The stove took a little getting used to at first, but we figured it out quickly. The kitchen came stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils. It’s an 8‑minute walk to Plaza de Armas; the stroll is gentle and helpful for altitude acclimatisation after arriving in Cusco. A supermarket sits right downstairs, incredibly convenient for picking up groceries to prepare meals before early‑morning Rainbow Mountain hikes or treks. One thing to note: this property does not offer luggage storage after check‑out.

Her warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for our visit. Rocio went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed, from check-in to recommending local tours that perfectly matched our interests. Las personas que trabajan en el hotel son muy serviciales y dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que uno oueda necesitar. La ubicacion esta cerca a tiendas y restaurantes y muy cerca caminando a la plaza principal de Cusco.
