Away from city notice but close enough for a cheap Grab 70p ride or ride on jeepney thats only 16p to SM

I've read good comments from tripadvisor about this hotel, so we were expecting the same as what we've read. Here are my comments: 1. Security guards: very polite to guests and would make an effort to get you a taxi 2. Front desk: he is kind and accommodating to our group's request 3. Housekeeping: good but still can be improved, hoping that they can vacuum the carpet more 4. Lobby/ guest cr: very clean and smells nice 7. Service: greeted us nicely during breakfast stay, lunch/dinner service hoping to improve as we've felt like we're eating in a cafeteria set up. Maybe because we're part of the big group that's why they don't provide knives and water goblets on the table. Maybe next time make an extra effort to give at least a water service when the guests are seated down, juices are acceptable to be in the buffet area. 6. Food: Breakfast - glad to see there's taho during breakfast, we dont need to buy outside. Kind of food during the event were okay, reasonable because of the budget. 7. Resident manager - marco was very friendly and welcoming during our arrival. Will definitely come back

The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff are nice😊 My only concern is try to put some freshener at the lobby✌️ And also please put anti-slip at the bathtub . All in all its excellent stay. Will recommend to our friends. Thank you😊

The room is superb, clean, smell good and big. The balcony with breathtaking view. The staff is so polite and best service given to each guest. The restaurant is super good (you must try the steak). We stayed for a week (7d 6n) It was a charming hotel that overlooks the mountainous Baguio City. Staff were accommodating, professional and friendly. My only downside is that there’s no shuttle to pick us up or drop us off to our preferred destination especially one night that we finished shopping at SM Baguio not so late at around 8 or 9pm and there were no taxicabs around. We were neglected by the SM’s dispatcher so freezing and inconvenient as it is, I called the hotel to pick us up since we were having a hard time booking a grab taxi. It is always drivers are busy all the time. The first lady at front desk wasn’t that helpful. She just gave a “wala na kaming magagawa” answer but the second front desk lady was accommodating and went the extra mile so kudos to her. Shout out to our housekeeper lady Grace who also is friendly and courteous and gave us all the amenities we needed. Replenished our sheets reqularly. Above all it was an above average stay but not as perfect since there were minor areas like, the bathroom sewer stinks, which I think they are aware of, no shuttle, the balcony is fine coz we were at the corner facing both the vines with some noisy construction workers chatting but tolerable and pine trees on your right. You have to lean over to get a good view but be extra careful for you might fall to your death. It was a charming and promising hotel. We might consider to comeback and tell this to friends, relatives and close loved ones.

Enjoyed again our stay at The Plaza Lodge. Also stayed here last year for our annual retreat. Generally, services are okay including the lobby, cafe, room, bfast buffet and their value-for-money shuttle service. However, the bathroom area (of room 611) needs to be fixed since water is accumulating on the floor and this is a potential hazard and cause of accident because of stagnant water on the floor. Mgt shd fix this right away. Thanks.

Everything is good, breakfast, halo-halo is the best! Reception staff Jessa is very accomodating as well as the rest. Nurse Jay-Ar is excellent in taking our blood pressure, taking & retaking again after finding out that we 4 seniors have high BP. He even gave me paracetamol to lessen my headache. What a very responsible nurse. The staff at the coffee shop were all attentive & superb too. Concierge & maintenance guys were very helpful too. The only downside is Baguio is not as cold as it used to be 30-40 years ago. Therefore I strongly suggest that rooms should be airconditioned for more comfort. In all, we highly recommend Le Monet to everyone.

Rating this place. ZERO. No proper clean up and sanitation - there are used slippers under the bed from who knows how long ago. We understand the dust on the window sill but the dust on the BATHROOM switches are unacceptable as it means they do not clean well or do deep cleaning. The electric fan in the unit is very dusty - it’s not been cleaned in months as the dust is thick enough to plant a seedling into it. I always wake up with puffy eyes from poor quality sleep and dust allergy. The bathroom smelled like sewers that went from bad to worse. The shower area is so small you can barely move in it and the bidet is awkwardly placed on the left hand side. We booked for 3 nights and suffered through them as we had already paid in full - 7,087.50! Too much for poor quality hotel stay. Not worth your money! The windows have no sound proofing - you are guaranteed NO TO BAD SLEEP. You can hear motors and cars all through the night. The food is very limited and cheaply made - fish fillet that is malansa. Scrambled eggs made from one egg divided into 2 orders. The only good thing is the free water in the diner which you can avail of at any time. We had been patient enough during our stay and could almost endure the experience except on the last night, there was a group above us who were shouting loudly and thundering around their room - dumadagongdong sila and this went on until about 1:45am which was the time we informed the guard on duty to inform the room above us to quiet down as we could not sleep. I could not understand how the guard on duty didn’t reprimand the unit above earlier as when I went down to inform him of the noise - the hollering and laughing can be heard all the way down in the hotel entrance. By early morning the taho vendor decided to shout right in front of our window waking us up. He kept hollering for half an hour until he noticed he was being recorded. Lastly, during breakfast there was a piece of plastic in the food - they offered to replace it but we already lost our appetite and distrusted the kitchen quality. We informed the staff of our ordeal as he stated that the manager was not available. It is not a good sign when the staff does not know how many stars hotel they are as when he was asked… his answer was “I don’t know… 4 or 5?” Upon check out - the manager apologized for the inconveniences and gave an apology cake but the statements after only made me livid inside. The manager stated that the owner had been informed and that they will set a general cleaning - THIS SHOULD BE MANDATORY EVERY WEEK OR TWO WEEKS if the place is always with guests, it should not arise due to guest complaints. What was more infuriating is being offered 20% discount on our next stay - NO, WE WILL NOT COME BACK! A horrible first experience cannot be rectified with a second visit as the trauma and distrust is already there. If the management really wanted to make amends… the 20% discount should have been applied on that visit and a 300 peso cake c

G1 Lodge Hotel is conveniently located behind SM Baguio. Just few minutes away from Sky Ranch Baguio, Burnham Park and Baguio Cathedral. The rooms are clean, bed is clean and comfy though they only provide 2 pillows and when asked for extra pillows, unfortunately it is not available. Good that our room has a balcony so you can enjoy the cool breeze in the morning and night and serves as dining area. Slippers are provided so you don’t have to walk on cold flooring or the bathroom. Iron and Ironing board is available upon request. Hot and cold water for shower is available. The only comment is they do not have a full/half mirror in the room and the only mirror is above the bathroom sink.

The hotel's location is convenient, and the staff members were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of activity In conclusion, my stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The positive aspects, including the friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent amenities, outweighed any minor issues I encountered.
