Secara keseluruhan sangat baik! Lokasi yang baik, perkhidmatan kakitangan yang baik, kemudahan baru dan lengkap. Secara keseluruhannya, cemerlang dalam segala hal. Boleh dikatakan bahawa ia adalah hotel mewah mewah paling kos efektif di pulau itu, jauh lebih baik daripada hotel di atas gunung. Pilihan pertama lain kali.

Perfect resort, main swimming pool was brilliant located near beach for quick dips into sea, pool bar was a bonus, staff were amazing, swim up pool room was great, room was good size and comfortable we had extra bed for child aged 11 and was perfect.. excellent location close to walking street Only bad bit was there was a smell from neighbouring complex as we walked to our room, but can’t complain as it’s not this hotels fault Room had joining doors and on first night there was a lot of noise from room next door, but reception called them without issue and they did quiet down to an acceptable level..

Pilih kabin mewah dengan pemandangan laut dengan berhati-hati, ada tikus! Hotel ini boleh ditempah dengan pemandangan kolam renang atau taman yang mewah. Jenis bilik lain tidak disyorkan! Bilik taman biasa terletak di sebelah daftar masuk, agak jauh dari tepi laut!

The lack of sufficient lighting outside at night posed a safety hazard, as my wife unfortunately tripped and hurt her ankle. However, it is worth noting that the resort staff responded swiftly and provided immediate assistance, ensuring she received the necessary care. While this incident was unfortunate, it did not overshadow the overall fantastic experience we had at Irene Resort. In conclusion, our vacation at Irene Resort in Koh Lipe was an extraordinary experience. The impeccable service, delectable cuisine, and the island's natural beauty left us with lasting memories. We highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a romantic and rejuvenating getaway. A really great experience staying in mountain resort koh lipe as it is my 1st time there...easy check in...nice and big room...nice view from the room..from the lobby you can access to the beach by going down the stairs and be greated by a very nice and clear water from the sea itself..and you can book directly from the hotel for your trip for island hopping at a reasonable price too..and they picked you up from the beach just in front of the hotel..they also provide shuttle service to the famous walking street of koh lipe in the evening starting from 6pm to 9pm..the only downside i can say is the rain shower...if the pressure of the water can be a little bit faster...it will be nice...

Every once and a while you enter a property that transports you to another plane—certainly physically, more than likely emotionally, and possibly even spiritually. Serendipity delivers on all fronts. The ocean-view villa made me pine for loved ones, as I initially felt guilty for experiencing such a property by myself. I imagined my folks opening the shuttered windows and gazing out at the sunrise each morning. I wished my niece and nephew were sitting on the villa-wide balcony, keeping me company. Yet as the days passed, I fell comfortably in love with being alone in such a magnetic space. Steps from the most intimate, private stretch of Sunrise Beach, Serendipity balances up-scale bohemia with laid-back sophistication. The owner, fortunately, is also a chef—noted in each dish served. Welcoming and gregarious, he was approachable without being overbearing. Honeymoon—yes. Intimate anniversary—absolutely. Elderly parents—possibly a challenge due to the inclined stairways. However, anyone healthy should be able to navigate the surroundings easily. Low season was a dream… Thank you, Serendipity. X, Sam

Apart from being almost on the beach itself, this place is a bit overrated as far as overall quality of certain aspects of their offer in services and amenities. Room is confortable, view from it is fabulous but…the pillows are horribly hard, woke up with a sore neck, the food at their restaurant is kind of ok if you choose Thai food but for American food, it is, let say, less than average, there are some choices that they scratch from their menu because they just don’t know how to cook it, simple thing bruschetta, club sandwich, breakfast is also pretty boring if you not Asian; cold and uncooked chicken sausages, cold chicken ham presented in cold water bowl, coffee is good though and toast are great, I ended up eating that only…last déception, beach access from beach front villa number 2 you need to walk about 200 meters right to the marina entrance or 200 meters left to the restaurant to get access to the beach that is about 20 meters right in front of your room. There is a concrete wall, high of about 1.6 meters that separates you from the beautiful white sand beach. See photos attached…

Absolutely amazing location. We’ve stayed in beachfront bungalow, spacious, clean, comfortable bed, had everything in the room more than we needed. There were indoor shower and outdoor shower, separated doors to go in room, through the front door and another directly to the bathroom (in case we came in from swimming all wet and covered with sand), so we did not dirty our room. Cold towels and fresh welcome drinks when we’ve checked-in, polite and friendly front desk staffs. When we’ve entered the room, it was cool with some aroma that made us feel relax. The breakfast was great, many choices of Thai foods and changed everyday. Staffs go out of their way to make us comfortable and feel at home. Beach in front of the hotel was beautiful, quiet, we can swim and snorkelling there. Walking street was near, we’ve walked there everyday, sometimes just for have some iced tea and thai pancake (Thai Banana Roti). Take a boat trip, it’s worth doing! Definitely recommended this hotel! Staffs are the best!

Stiamo soggiornando al Sita e ci staremo ancora 6 giorni devo dire che la nostra scelta è stata davvero azzecata ! Camera grande,pulita e confortevole, staff gentile e competente e pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste dalle prenotazioni del ritorno alle indicazioni su qualsiasi cosa .La struttura fornisce molti servizi dal tuk tuk per raggiungere la camera ai teli sempre puliti e in ordine . La colazione è asiatica e continentale forse noi Italiani gradiremmo qualche brioche ma va bene e ci si adatta , il ristorantino sulla spiaggia fa bevande alla frutta fantastiche e i piatti sono buoni se non si vuole andare lontano. Punto spiaggia fra i più belli dell'isola e mi sento di consigliarlo .

Pertama sekali, lokasi hotel adalah di pantai tailing. Air laut memang jernih, tetapi jauh juga. Pelancong sangat sedikit. Sangat menyusahkan untuk ke mana-mana. Persekitarannya tidak meriah. Saya secara peribadi merasakan bahawa ia terlalu tenang! Saya tinggal di bilik pemandangan taman. Pemandangan taman biasanya 1750 setiap malam. Secara peribadi, saya tidak fikir ia murah, tetapi kemudahan hotel adalah sangat sederhana. Bilik standard hotel cepat ini agak besar dan bersih. Di sana adalah kesan pada cadar katil hotel biasa. Perkara utama ialah saya juga mabuk kerana hotel 1700+ itu tidak mempunyai kolam renang awam. Kerana hotel terlalu jauh, makan minum hanya boleh diselesaikan di hotel. Restoran di hotel tidak murah. Sebotol kecil Corona adalah 220 baht, bersamaan dengan RMB 47? ? ? Ia sepadan dengan harga biliknya. Sikap servis memang bagus.Mungkin semua duit habis untuk servis. Secara umumnya, saya secara peribadi berpendapat bahawa harga hotel ini adalah 7-800. Lagipun, ia adalah kawasan laut yang paling cantik (kawasan laut lain tidak teruk, jadi tidak perlu risau tentang kawasan laut ini). Saya hanya mengambil beberapa foto hotel dan lokasi pantai. Ia adalah tempat terbaik untuk dilihat. Malah, kebanyakan hotel tepi laut adalah agak baik. Cuaca baik dan filemnya sangat bagus.
