Pros:
The staff are the loveliest people on Planet Earth
No loud music at any time, very quiet
Sensational food and service, very smiley staff ready to help with anything
Private beach is a real bonus
The setting is fabulous. Among the rainforest and with the sound of the sea rocking you to sleep
Epic sunsets
Great breakfasts
Cons (being really picky):
The air con unit in our room was a bit loud
The pool in our room (honeymoon villa) was a little bit smaller than I expected
The decor could be updated
We’ll be coming back here time and time again for sure. Thank you Casa de Lipe for making our time on Koh Lipe very memorable!

PPengguna TetamuFrom the moment we arrived via boat to the most beautiful setting, we were breath taken! The private beach is great for snorkeling and safe for kids. Our room (no. 6) was a good size, nice balcony, some sea views and comfortable. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, especially the receptionist who was always smiling and super friendly. Of our 8-day stay in Koh Lipe, we spent 3 nights here. By comparison, the hotel we moved to next was marginally cheaper, also with a high (but not as high) rating. Ten Moons was the better deal!!!
Pros:
- Stunning location
- Large glass water jug in the room (which was refilled daily using a 5 gallon water bottle rather than multiple small plastic bottles). Great to see the hotel reducing the use of plastic!
- Great breakfast selection
- Food available all day
- Clean
- Staff helpful and friendly
- Life jackets, beach toys, snorkels, etc available for use for free
- Quiet location/very peaceful and relaxing
- Lovely sand (sand texture tends to vary in Koh Lipe however it was great here!)
- Walking distance or ferry ride to walking street and more livelier areas
Cons:
- One of the few hotels not showing a sign or communicating/educating tourists NOT to step on coral. The by-product is that there isn’t a lot of live coral to see although there is still a lot of fish life. By comparison, we saw a hotel further down actively promoting not to stand on coral with staff educating tourists
- No pool (although not needed as the sea area is more than ample to swim in)
- No kayaks (available for hire at THB200 per hour nearby, less than a minute walk away)
- Not for people who struggle with stairs (although there are a couple of villas on the beach without the use of stairs)
We would most certainly stay here again!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaVery nice charming small resort with few bungalows. It was my 2nd time at Koh Lipe. Tried different hotels. I’ve booked a garden villa at Bulow Casa. One of the best location on the island, very peaceful, just next to the Zodiac bar which is the spot for sunset. The villas are very comfortable and spacious. I liked the decoration. Free Tuk Tuk until 6 pm and the staff is very kind. However, the service of the restaurant is not at the level we expect for this price. Compared to some other hotels, the reactivity is quite slow… Needed to wait long time for our orders and that, several times. And it wasn’t the peak season yet… wondering how they will manage with a full capacity of the hotel. So I think it needs some little improvements… I’ve not been impressed by the food as well. Good breakfast though. we finished to take our dinner in some other restaurants located more south of the sunrise beach.

DD17nkaThe hotel’s location is fantastic—right on the beach, with beautiful views and easy access to the shoreline. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really made the stay enjoyable. While the overall experience was pleasant, the property itself feels quite dated, and the rooms and facilities would benefit from renovations and modern updates. With some refurbishment, this could be an excellent beachfront hotel.

The staff are very polite and helpful. Easily contactable through official email to give update about arrival and the reply was fast.
Breakfast is served on the balcony at your preferred time starting from 730am. There is option for halal meal for muslim guests.
The water pressure for the overhead shower is a bit low, but you can use the smaller shower head with tiny holes which gives strong pressure. The water also drains quite slowly at the shower area, which makes it easily flooded. Not sure what's the problem with the draining hole. Hope the management could address the issue (room 205).
Overall, it was a very nice stay and i would definitely come back here again.

Vila ini sangat besar dan selesa, dengan perhatian yang teliti terhadap perincian: bahagian dalaman yang ber***a, bahan semula jadi, dan rasa harmoni dengan alam semula jadi.
Satu lagi layanan istimewa ialah kawasan bilik mandi terbuka dengan pancuran mandian di tengah-tengah kehijauan dan pokok palma; ia menambahkan sentuhan relaksasi dan privasi tropika. Kawasannya dijaga dengan baik, dikelilingi oleh banyak kehijauan, kedamaian dan ketenangan.
Pantainya bersih, airnya jernih, dan pemandangan dari kerusi berjemurnya indah – tempat yang sesuai untuk berehat dan menyegarkan diri. Perkhidmatannya terbaik, dan kakitangannya prihatin dan berhati-hati.
Pilihan yang ideal untuk mereka yang mencari privasi, keselesaan, dan percutian tepi laut yang sebenar. Kami pasti akan kembali.

XXiamivsdaxiaHotel ini berada di lokasi yang sangat baik, dengan pantainya sendiri, seni bina ***a Thai, dan bilik-biliknya besar dan bersih. Sarapan paginya lazat dan makanan di restoran lazat. Kopi layan diri sepanjang hari dan air panas sangat baik. Terdapat meja penyambut tetamu berbahasa Cina, yang memudahkan komunikasi. Terdapat ramai pelancong Eropah dan Amerika yang menginap di sini. Hotel ini boleh mengaturkan lawatan ke pulau dan menyewa bot adalah sangat mudah. Ia sangat dekat dengan jalan pejalan kaki. Ia mudah untuk berjalan-jalan setiap hari. Saya akan tinggal lagi lain kali saya pergi ke sana. Satu-satunya kelemahan mungkin adalah masalah penebat bunyi Bilik pemandangan laut atau bilik tanpa tingkat dua akan menjadi sempurna.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is not too far from Pattaya beach, but Google maps will let you down - it says there is no connection. Walk out past the front desk, turn left, and walk to the beach. Fairly convenient, although a bit far from the walking street. There does not seem to be anything near the hotel.
I enjoyed my stay here because the room was neat and newly decorated. The staff seemed nice, although I did not stop for any meals. On the day of my departure, I walked to the ferry boat launch.

Домик с виду весёленький, внутри простенький, но при этом кондиционер отличный, водогрей работает, напор воды хороший. 2 бутылки воды каждый день. Отличный завтрак, вкусно, много, аппетитно подано! Расположение прямо на берегу, хороший небольшой бассейн, вид на океан за завтраком. Прекрасно работающий вай-фай в зоне кафе у бассейна, звонки, файлы, все без проблем. Хороший пляж в 100 метрах левее, дно песок, лодок там меньше.
