Ulasan ini adalah mengenai vila satu bilik. Pertama sekali penerangan di trip.com mengatakan dapur termasuk dapur, tetapi tidak. Kami tidak akan menempah vila jika kami mengetahui perkara ini sebelumnya. Kemudahan sangat terhad, tanpa kopi atau teh. Pada dasarnya hanya air di dalam peti sejuk. Juga kelihatan bahagian dalamnya agak usang dan usang. Tempat duduk kolam yang penuh dengan noda… Juga harga untuk vila di semua tempat, dari 10mio hingga 500k Rp. Kami membayar jumlah yang lebih rendah dan kami tidak begitu gembira.

Not so 5 star hotel. Breakfast was bang average. Staff at lobby is very polite. However, remote TV is not working properly. Complimentary drinks/ snacks were not re-fill the next day. On my last day, I call to front office and ask for complimentary refill but that did not arrive. Extra towel took long time to arrive. Used plates and garbage that we left at front door were not timely cleaned. For $300, I can choose other better 5 star hotel.

High highly recommend. Friendly professional staff. The villas were spotless. Private pools, beautifully kept, and surrounded by plants. Breakfast was really good, and having coffee delivered to the room was a real treat. Toilets were really clean. Shower was private and outdoors. Right in the middle of the tourist area, with good restaurants, bars and shopping. Mercifully quiet.

Good location, excellent design, wonderful service staff. Some amenities in need of replacement/small repairs (eg. rain shower head clogged, rattan chair nails jutted out). Housekeeping overlooked minor details but not serious (eg. didn’t count wineglass before we checked in and asked us about it when we checked out). The pool is wonderful, the AC strong, Netflix abounds, although that night bird song we could do without; but nature-friendly is the Balinese nature after all. Overall great value for a short vacation with friends. Highly recommended!

From the moment our taxi pulled into the candlelit drive we were enthralled with this beautiful place. We stayed in a villa with pool which was fabulous. Arriving late at nearly 10pm we thought we would have to forgo dinner but how wrong were we. Not only could we order dinner but it would be delivered to our villa. I always think first impressions last and certainly this was the case with the Pavilions. The staff were so kind and helpful. Always a smile and a friendly greeting by every single person we came into contact with. We had fantastic massages in the spa by Tini at a fraction of the cost we would have paid at home or in any hotel we have ever stayed in. A highlight was eating dinner at the restaurant under the covered area with the rain beating down on the roof. All the food we had including freshly cooked breakfast every morning delivered to our villa was superb and again at really good prices. We took a guided tour of Ubud through their butler services. Our guide for the day was so informative and smiley. Would highly recommend you this service. We could not fault anything about the Pavilions. We absolutely loved everything about it. The highlight of our SE Asia holiday and 3 weeks away from home.

酒店還可以，但是近期剛好在裝修，下午在休息的時候就一直鑽牆。 然後因為裝修，他們房間不夠，我們跟他們要了好幾次late checkout都衹給我們到1點鐘。不太人性化。 房間內部還可以，衹是門不防風，風雨交加的時候都一直可以從門窗聽到嗚嗚的風聲。小孩子晚上會有些怕。 裝修了但是不是大改變，還是有點舊舊的。但是房間還是挺舒適的。
