Pro: Very good location. Nearby many cafes & in the heart of Canggu! Pool is nice, big & clean. Size of the room is very good. Staff are nice & friendly. They have water dispenser & microwave too in their kitchen you may use. The design is very nice & it’s clean & well maintained. It doesn’t feel like a guest house at all, more like a hotel. Con: They had some miscommunication within their team. They couldn’t find our 6 nights booking. After going back & forth, they noticed they overlooked the booking. Asked us to relocate to another Djabu hotel but so much hassle. So instead they got us to check in to room no. 103 for 3 nights & had to move to room no. 101 for the rest of the nights. When we arrived, no staff were in sight. They’re very understaffed. 30 minutes & 10 phone calls later finally the staff showed up. Not one single phone call from the room was answered since there’s no staff at the reception most of the time. Phone in room no. 103 didn’t even work. TV didn’t work. WiFi in room no 103 was TERRIBLE. It kept on telling password was incorrect. Once it got connected it wouldn’t last longer than 1 hour until it got disconnected. Frustrating. Connection in room 101 was so much better they really need to consider placing more routers. But room 101 was smaller. So on top of the hassle, we got downgraded. No soap or shampoo were placed to room no. 101 and over the next days they didn’t bother putting new ones. Would we come back? Maybe!
