Clean modern spacious suites, beautiful rooftop pool and lounging area. Great buffet b’fast each and all day. Service and food excellent. Such a very relaxing stay

I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone as it's in such a centralised area. I love how spacious the room was the service provided by the hotel staff were amazing 😍 please do stay here if you are planning to go to Seminyak 🤩

Really extremely nice place to stay for a relaxing holiday!

Hotel is actually located on the edge of Seminyak, an easy Grab ride away. Rooms are large, with a spacious bathroom. Lighting is relatively dim. Rooms facing main road are subject to traffic noise day & night. Lovely infinity swimming pool, gym and gemerous breakfast.

Great hotel, spotlessly clean and staff super friendly

I really enjoyed my time here. The room was very spacious. And the staff was quite friendly. I had many requests, but they were very cooperative from the beginning to the end. The breakfast option was satisfactory. The only downside was a bit of noise from the other room. A couple doing couple things. Anyways, thank you and I would love to visit again!

No mattress’s on lounges or umbrellas around the pool for people who may want to be shaded Room was dirty, not cleaned properly, wardrobes way too small, no rails in bathroom to hang towels on Room was serviced each day around 6/6.30pm, way too late

I received the warmest welcome from staff on arrival to TS Suites. The facilities are fantastic, with a gym and beautiful infinity pool. As a solo traveller, the hotel offered 2 breakfasts throughout the day, as per the booking, which was a nice addition. They also offer free shuttle service to the beach and late checkout. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location to Seminyak, Canggu Kuta or Airport. Near main road. Big and clean room.

Good hotel , location in Seminyak , the hotel is in a one way street however the street is busy can hear scooters mainly going and coming by , (was loud unfortunately ). Service is excellent very friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was good, massage service very affordable, the pool hours was great. Cleanliness was good. Cons about hotel , Spa could be a little deeper and warmer, there needs to be more lights in the room , floorboards need upgrading/fixing in the Villa, found the outdoor/indoor shower and toilet look very odd , no privacy and windy in 2nd room , beds are not comfortable . Note- the cons is me being very specific , overall loved our stay recommend.

I'm not too sure where to begin. The hotel and location is ok but the rooms and facilities are a bit tired and while the hotel is by no means horrible we had a few things that really soured our experience as a family and I feel there are better options and service available. We stayed in the TSky 2-bedroom villa as a family of four. As mentioned it was a little tired but is decent and has a great pool. Staying in a villa we were also given a direct contact at the hotel to help us with any issues but when I contacted them around the end of my stay I didn't get a response. This is where the hotel lets itself down. The buffet breakfast is decent without being great. There was a bug in the salt and pepper shaker but to the hotel's credit they apologised for this. The issue is in detail. For example there were promotions advertised around the hotel everywhere for happy hour and other items but when we went to the bar we were told the items weren't available and we were shown a list of more expensive options to choose from. The same promotion stayed up however during our entire stay. Then on our last morning I starting playing one last game of pool with my wife and 12 year old daughter, who was learning. We played a few games during our stay but this time one of the staff came over (Sintia) and told us you needed to be 12 years old to play which is clearly messaged. I said my daughter is 12 in which case she started arguing and saying then if she isn't under 12 then we have to pay for breakfast? I tried to explain that I'd booked a villa for 4-people with breakfast included with all the ages clearly outlined but it was almost like she didn't want to listen and said it was a "management policy". I tried again to explain that we were just playing one last game before checking out before it all became to hard and we just pushed the remaining balls into the pockets on the pool table and walked off to check out. I went back to the room and again and double checked my booking which said 4 people and 4x breakfasts daily with all ages clearly outlined. We also weren't charged anything so she clearly really didn't want us playing pool! Look overall its a decent hotel but particularly staying in a villa and being told we'll have "VIP service" trust me it was anything but this. Everything is 'ok' without being 'great' and there are much, MUCH better options around the Legian/Seminyak area at the same price level.
