Near asok / Sukhumvit station good for those who wanted to use the bts / metro train Very near to terminal 21 shopping centre

Hotel location is excellent. The entrance to Hotel is very narrow and not obvious. Lobby is small. Rooms are clean but looks dated No bedroom slippers re provided. One of the few hotels that at I ve stayed that the shower come with a standalone heater. The shower head is fixed very low. Service staff is very good

Was one of the best rooms I've ever been, I came to this hotel because the hotel I booked before going out of Bangkok to travel in Thailand was full. This one was 5 minutes walk, and the room was very great, very spacious, I wish I had stayed in it the previous days. still for my trips going back to Bangkok this hotel will be my reference. Loved the Giant bathtub

Location was very central to my planned activities. Near to my flavour shopping mall Terminal 21. Staffs was friendly and helpful.

Staffs are courteous, friendly and attentive. A pleasant stay 🤗

Location is the good , just nearby BYS Asok and T21 Overall (Cleanliness & comfort) within expectation , no complaint at this rate. But I checked out today and a dead cockroach found in the corridor in front of my room door 😅

1. The hotel reception staff is extremely friendly and helpful. 2. The room is big. 3. The bed is very comfortable. 4. The air-condition is good. 5. The check-in process is fast. 6. The only disadvantage is that room on the first floor has to be climbed up. No lift.

Ideal for a transit stay

The hotel’s location is probably the biggest advantage. Under 4mins walk to Asok BTS Exit 2/Terminal 21 Gate 2’s entrance. The room was spacious for 2 person and the bed was comfortable too. We requested for a higher floor room and was given the 2nd highest floor. Despite being on a higher floor, one downside may be that the soundproofing is not the best, as we can definitely hear the traffic through the night - but we could sleep through if we intentionally ignored the noise, those who are sensitive to noise then this is something to consider. The service provided by the hotel staff was super good, always greeting with a smile and even provided extra service/advice to book a taxi for us prior to our check out as there will be a jam along the sukhumvit main road. All in all, we had a great stay, would highly recommend this hotel to others 👍🏻

Excellent location as it’s located very near to train station. Room is quite clean with a huge fridge and microwave oven. Air con is also working very well. However, TV quality is poor and furniture look old. Also, the bed is relatively hard. Overall it’s a decent stay.

地點十分方便，近T21商場，附近好多按摩店， 酒店設備有點舊，浴室有浴缸但熱水不夠熱，使用即熱式電熱水爐！ 有微波爐及大雪櫃！方便！ 最大問題係窗戶隔音差！ 我住3樓，馬路上的電單車聲音好大，不能好好睡覺！ 這間酒店性價比是可以的，整體不錯！ 只是馬路上噪音問題！

Die Lage ist top. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend und für den Preis vollkommen ok. Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Pool und Fitnessraum ist nicht vorhanden. Wir waren schon oft im The Key Hotel und werden beim nächsten Bangkokbesuch erneut da nächtigen.
