Room is big and cozy, bigger than my expectation Location is perfect, near Asoke station and Sukhmvit station, so you can take both bts and MRT at ease Terminal 21 is also near, convenient for shopping and food Thermae and Soi Cowboy is also near the hotel, although I don’t know why I tend to mention them, but I’ll say the location is ideal

Super Friendly staff, check in and was greeted by their warm smile. Great location, within 3 mins walk to Terminal 21, and BTS and MRT all nearby. Much bigger room than others along the area.

Rooms are nothing fancy and good enough for me to be comfortable. I had a very positive experience at this hotel with everyone from the door man, cleaning ladies, to the front desk staff. All friendly ppl that went above and beyond, very rare for 3 star hotel to give 5 star service. I highly recommend this hotel as an affordable option close walking distance to grab breakfast at terminal 21 food court and 7 eleven.

The room is very very clean. I think it must have been newly renovated but I don't even see mould in the white sealant at the sink or bathtub area. The fridge is big, there is handheld bidet at the toilet and a laundry line above the bathtub. The front desk is always manned so I had no issues checking in at 2.30am. (Just give them a heads up 1st.) Only issue would be the soundproofing. Intra room is ok. Because it is quite near to the main road, you can hear motorcycles / cars revving at night. This woke me up a few times. Overall I would still stay here again. Clean rooms, great housekeeping, fantastic front desk.

Very close to BTS Asok. I booked a room without window. But my room doesn’t have the mouldy smell, thankfully. If you have more budget, I would still recommend you to book a room with windows for fresher air. My only complaint is the poor noise isolation. At 8am/9am, you can hear the noise of people walking and talking outside of the room, clearly. The cleaner also started to clean room. For 2-3 days, I was awaken by the walking and talking noises.

Facilities: The facilities are fully equipped, with toiletries, a sofa, TV, etc., but the shower in the bathroom is inside the bathtub, which isn't very convenient. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy, and it was cleaned daily. Service: The housekeeping and front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful.

Local is perfect! Very close to Asok BTS station, Terminal 21 and other food places around and night life.

I recently stayed for 2 nights and had an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is quiet but still near the required food and convenience store. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. There arent really any facilities. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The hotel's excellent service and location make it an ideal choice for travelers. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Recommend to stay The Key Bangkok Hotel!! It was so near to Terminal 21 and Asok,Suhkumvit Station. The staff was so friendly, check in and check out process was so smooth. Will come back again!!

Everything about this place is great. Best location, room is large and well set out. Has everything you need. Will definitely be back here. 10/10.

Great location- just minutes from Terminal 21, with easy access to BTS/MRT, convenient stores, and massage places. However, it’s a bit dated, the bed is too soft, and street noise can be an issue. But still a solid stay overall!

Hotel has small kitchen. And it is easy to have delivered food.

Excellent and affordable place. Right in the center of everything in bangkok.
