Perfect cleanliness, service, and location. The room was huge, and the breakfast was good.

A good location, close to everything; a spacious room; the breakfast could be better with varieties.

Good location. Close to all the major sites. You can visit them by foot. There’s a nice bakery shop in the corner. Grocery store and pharmacy store are next door. Room is outdated and tired , need renovation. Bathroom is very small, only one person is allowed. Shower pressure is the best. Continental breakfast is OK . It’s same every day. WIFI is weak and unreliable. If you want work remotely from the hotel, you need come to dinning areas. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Generally this should be considered as 3 Star Hotel. I dont know why trip.com/the hotel itself claim as 4 Star. Everything is decent and acceptable. Breakfast have limited choice but acceptable. Location and good. Staff was friendly and helpful. A little bit noisy during midnight (people drinking/singing) as room 01 or 02 facing main-road and the sliding door was not Noise Proof Glass (This should be upgraded and improves).

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The photos did not do the room any justice it was a lot bigger and nicer in person. Breakfast was very fresh and had a large variety, the staff spent a lot of time thinking of little details to improve the experience such as cutting up the fruits and plating it in a neat manner. Really enjoyed our trip here, only feedback would be to have a key card access at the front versus the day being locked and the staff have to unlock it.

The hotel is situated in the heart of town - so many fabulous restaurants, cafes and bars on its doorstep. Facilities are basic but the room was very clean and the breakfast more than adequate. The perfect hotel for creating a base in the heart of Buenos Aires. The real plus we’re the excellent staff who were on hand and eager to assist with everything. Very knowledgable helpful and kind - special mention to Danny, Sarah and Gabriel who were excellent, all three went above and beyond, so a huge thanks to the three of you - you made us so very welcome. The room size is okay, the bed is clean, the floor is not particularly clean, and the facilities are complete, but the sun can still penetrate the curtains regardless of the use. It is too bright to sleep during the day, and the service is warm

It is very suitable for guests who stay for a long time. It is similar to an apartment, has a balcony, is quiet, comfortable and free. The service staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and the experience was very good. They gave me a bottle of red wine on the first day of check-in. It’s just that there are not many varieties of breakfast and need to be improved. The location is excellent, very close to the Recletta Cemetery, the National Gallery, the Colon Theater, the Athenian Bookstore, etc. Will stay here again next time.

The hotel has a good location, the reception is open 24 hours a day. Very friendly staff. The room is quite spacious, there is a refrigerator, a stove. There are soap supplies in the shower. Breakfast is not bad. Would come back again.
