Ulasan Ubud Wana Resort

A very good resort … just less vegetarian options in breakfast .. everything else perfect for a holiday !!

The hotel manager and staff offered me attentive help during an unfortunate experience: I was robbed by a local motorcycle biker at night in the alley of the Monkey Forest (PLEASE DON'T WALK IN AT NIGHT!). However, they arranged for a staff member to drive me to the local police station to assist with translation, and the local police efficiently helped me as well. The following day, my phone was found and the thief was apprehended. I can't thank the local police and the hotel staff enough for their help Hope everyone enjoys their trip there while remaining cautious!

A great hotel, this is my second visit - staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa is also really reasonably priced with great treatments.

Room is big and spacious. But there are too many insects in the hotel, especially bugs and geckos. Also, the breakfast buffet is not that good, vegetarian options were also ehh.

We booked the villa for 2 nights and were not aware that the villa was not within the main compound. Nonetheless it was not so much of an issue as there is a buggy service to ferry you to an fro. We were initially worried about monkeys in the villa as it is just next to the Monkey Forest. However, we only encountered a monkey’s presence only once at the villa and it did not disturb us at all. The resort provides a shuttle service to Ubud Market once a day at 10.30am and a pick up at 5pm. There is a short cut to the villa next to the Monkey Forest entrance using the same path as the motorcyclists. Need to be wary of monkeys eyeing your bags though. Breakfast is sufficient to start the day. There is a ready to drink water dispenser in the villa. The cleanliness of the villa is acceptable but the other bathroom can make do with a good scrub. There are shower and bathtub in the main bedroom. Would we come back? Yes, but not at the rate that we had paid for. Understandably we stayed during the super peak period of Hari Raya and rates were double the normal price.

Very nice can recommend to tourists… The resort very clean and comfortable to stay with families..

Aku book disini krn keluarga gak kebagian villa. Tp lumayan sih. Kamarnya gede dan bersih. Ada teras yg luas dgn pemandangan taman yang luas juga. Pelayanan bagus bgt

餐廳裝修風格很印尼，吃早餐時候微風習習挺舒服。早餐種類比較少。到達那天晚上，進屋就發現房間空調不行，打電話要求換房間，結果酒店員工檢查完説是沒氨，要等他加氨。小孩玩一天剛到達比較熱比較累，非常煩躁，足足在房間熱一個小時才弄好空調。

本來衹訂了一晚，後來住得太舒服了又續住了兩晚。大堂工作人員很熱情很幫你提行李到房間，早餐種類也蠻多的。知道我最後一天要趕早班機的時候特地給我準備了breakfast box，太感動了。別墅有兩個泳池，一個小的一個大的，池水很清，遊起來很舒服。房間很大，配備齊全，離猴子森林很近，門口就有租摩託車的地方，騎車幾分鐘就到了。入住體驗很棒，下次來烏布還會住這裏。

Een redelijk goed gelegen hotel in Ubud. Het zwembad was niet erg schoon en er waren niet genoeg ligstoelen. Ontbijt ok, personeel erg aardig. Netheid in de kamers onder de maat.

位置環境很好，聖猴公園旁，離烏布市區走路10幾分鐘，烏布皇宮步行約25分鐘。工作人員友善，房客做Spa可獲得的折扣40%。下次再來會考慮在入住。

非常滿意。這個價位，這個設施和服務，非常好了。位置也不遠，租個摩託車在烏佈滿城轉悠，愜意的很。推薦推薦。
