Ulasan Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the airport, making travel convenient. The service is fantastic, and the staff are enthusiastic and professional. The room was a bit damp, and clothes took a long time to dry, but that's a common issue with coastal hotels. The soundproofing isn't great, but overall, it's comfortable and suitable for short to medium-term stays.

The hotel is a bit old, about 28 square meters but the rooms are very small, and at 100 Singapore dollars a night it feels like a budget hotel.

Staff are polite, breakfast is good, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff were very warm and attentive, and the room was clean and tidy, with prompt housekeeping. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including local Indonesian dishes. When checking out, they even thoughtfully presented us with a fruit platter. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The owner of Four Points by Sheraton Bali is SOOOOO blessed to have all these hard working professionals! Not only were they kind, they got everything done in a very efficient manner. The room was super clean and the food was awesome! I just hope the shower head gets stronger water pressure. Also, it's a bit of walk to Kuta Beach, but there are so many restaurants, coffee shops, and massage shops nearby. Four Points by Sheraton Bali made my stay very enjoyable :)

This hotel has a fabuleus swimmingpool in the centre of the hotel, as well as one rooftop swimmingpool. The breakbeat buffet is just delicious! The rooms are clean and the beds are very good. Higly recommended. On walking distance of the beaches, restaurants and bars.

Located on a small street in Kuta, the traffic was terrible in the afternoon on the way there. If you're catching a flight, make sure to leave at least half an hour early. The room was a bit small but clean. It's a ten-minute walk to the beach, but the path is quite narrow.

Loved the place. Very neat and clean hotel full of all amenities and necessities. Service was great. Customer service was a top notch. Will definitely come back.

The hotel location is within walking distance to some small shops, mini marts, cheap massage places, crumb & coaster cafe and beachwalk mall. We love that the hotel comes with a lagoon swimming pool with jacuzzi, kids pool and rooftop pool. There is also a kids club for children which is quite decent size. One downside was our room seems to be quite humid and we noticed some small bugs on the cabinet near the side wall beside our toilet. Also, it could be better if there are bath robe provided.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, attentive and friendly. The swimming pool was stunningly beautiful, a perfect spot for Instagram-worthy photos. It was a fantastic experience overall, highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Didn’t expected to to be a good hotel as it’s located at the back of alley way but ended much more than what I expected.  Staffs was superbly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Food was great and tasty and much much more. Thank you and I will be back and highly recommend to all other guests. Terima Kasih dan sampai kami jumpa lagi.

Very friendly and all their staffs are super helpful. Enjoyed the 6th floor pool with a nice view. The buffet breakfast is expansive....many delicious choices.

Is an old hotel, basic amenities, cleanliness is average. The sound proof in the room is poor, you can hear dogs barking, cats meow-ing, your neighbours talking, water sound (from showering), worse is when you have no etiquette neighbours who shouted, running, banging their room door early in the morning. If you are light sleeper and sensitive to noise, please do not book this hotel as there are many other good hotels nearby. While apart from that, the staffs are nice and friendly.
