The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Although the location is a bit far from heart of UBud, if you got bike. Its no problem.

Friendly staff and room was clean. Very happy with this stay would highly recommend if you want to stay in ubud

The first room I was shown had feces on the toilet seat and it was confirmed that it had not been cleaned, so I was asked to change rooms. The room I was moved to always had a strong toilet smell. There was shampoo and soap, but they were empty. The coffee cups were very dirty and unusable. The kettle pot was left as it was by the previous guest.

This is the best value for money hotel I have ever stayed in Bali. Everything is clean perfect, tea coffee and kitchen available for free. Polite smiling staff. Of the minuses, only: a towel for rent for 10,000 baht, if you stay for a day it is better to have your own. I will gladly come back here again.
