Santun Luxury Private Villas

What a Villa! Really lovely staff. Shuttle to and from Ubud. We had different options for breakfast each morning which was delivered to the villa. On our first night we decided on massages which was very much needed after 24 hours of travelling! Was really special. Thank you Villa Santun!

My family of 4 stayed at Villa Santun for 5 days upon arriving in Bali. It is located off the main streets and accessible only by walking path. This allows for a little distance and quiet from the busy streets of Ubud and makes you feel tucked away even though the town is close by and within walking distance. Villa Santun has a golf cart and offers pickup/drop-off at a nearby location if you arrive by taxi and need transportation to the hotel itself, perhaps with luggage or if you’re tired, but walking affords the opportunity to see the bordering rice paddies and some lovely Bali scenery around the hotel. They arranged seamless airport pickup for us, which was a welcome relief after 24 hrs of travel. Our driver was courteous and his vehicle clean, with plenty of room for 4 people and luggage. When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff. Our two-bedroom villa was lovely. Large open-air patio encircled by lush foliage and a private pool, as well as a dining table and bar area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed. While our villa provided our own private, quiet space, staff were always nearby and available to provide information. We had daily breakfast in our villa (included in room costs), which was convenient and offered good variety. Other than a snack on the day of our arrival, we did not take advantage of any other in-villa meals, but they are offered. We also made use of the laundry amenity, which was quite convenient and efficient. Staff also helped us arrange a driver for a tour one day, and this too was seamless. And last but not least, we enjoyed in-villa Balinese massages from the on-site spa facility, which was a lovely and special opportunity. Altogether, we had an excellent experience at Villa Santun and highly recommend. Beautiful setting and friendly, attentive staff. Uniquely quiet and surprisingly serene being so close to Ubud center. Our only constructive suggestions are these: fans in bedrooms would be a nice addition for the muggier nights. There is A/C, but leaving the patio doors open allows you to hear the fountain in the pool and early morning rooster crows. And finally, beware of the extremely slippery patio tile. When wet or slick with sunscreen/bug spray, it is treacherous, and this reviewer took a fall in the first 5 minutes of our stay. While a warning about this is noted deep in the welcome letter, more obvious signage and/or some anti-slip mats would be useful. Otherwise, only the highest praise for Villa Santun!

We stayed at villa santun it was very nice and the people are nice too, it was clean the breakfast was good, they provided everything you need from shampoo to sewing kit and we didn't have any problems with insects even the pool they make it warm in the evening ,I highly recommend thankyou.

Absolutely loved staying at Villa Santun. The villa itself was beautiful. We stayed in the Greenery Room Villa. Recieved a lovely bowl of fruit & drink each on arrival. The staff are just amazing and will do anything to help you. They are so kind, friendly and helpful. Free shuttle into Ubud is available a couple of time a day. A highlight was a free morning walk that we went on with Katut thrpugh the rice fields which was amazing. Breakfast each morning was great too. I can't recommend this villa and the staff enough and I cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much for making our holiday so amazing. 🙏

I had a wonderful time at the Villa and the staff were super helpful. The private pool was a highlight and the bathroom is also amazing! About 10 minutes from the centre of Ubud, they have shuttle buses or you can get a taxi etc - it is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud.

We have enjoyed the last 10 days at villa santun immensely. Very relaxing and comfortable, super friendly staff. We've just had our flights home delayed by 3 days and no problem, all organised with no fuss. Lovely food brought to the room and quiet jungle side villa has been a great place to stay.

As the title states, Villa Santun is our home in Ubud. We had come here around 8-9 years back and this place is still the same. Villas are modern well maintained and around 20mins bike ride from the main city centre.. property is located 5 mins off the main road .. so cars can’t enter the main lane of the property.. you WhatsApp the reception and they send the golf cart for you.. we were on a bike so we could just ride in.. We loved the location because there’s just a nice peace around the property since cars can’t come in.. The staff and the management are the sweetest ppl in the world.. when we got to know it was my birthday, they came in the morning singing in group with a cake and candles.. They don’t have intercom.. so you msg your needs on WhatsApp.. and the response time is just incredible.. you ask them ANYTHING and they’ll always come back with a solution.. their service actually make you fall in love with the Balinese experience.. Go for the villa with the forest view.. it’s really nice lying in your private pool looking at the forest in front of you.. Big thumbs up to the Villa Santun team and we will definitely come back soon!

Heerlijke plek net buiten Ubud. Supervriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, doen alles om het naar je zin te maken. Zo hielpen ze ons met het regelen van een scooter, shuttle service. Wij vonden het eten (o.a. nasi goreng) dat ze in je villa brengen een aanrader! Ontbijt was uitgebreid en eveneens lekker! Als we dan toch een suggestie mogen doen: een koffie als cappucino of een latte zou het ontbijt helemaal af maken ;-)

Wanneer je een rustig paradijs zoekt in de drukte van Ubud, is Santun Luxury Private Villas een fantastische bestemming. Je wordt warm welkom geheten door de vriendelijke medewerkers die er alles aan doen om je te laten genieten van je verblijf bij hen. Met een golf car wordt je gehaald en gebracht naar de drop off zone wanneer je wilt en 3x per dag rijdt er een gratis shuttle maar het centrum van Ubud. Ontbijt wordt in de villa geserveerd en je kunt gebruik maken van de roomservice voor lunch, diner of een drankje. Er wordt een laundry service geboden, de was wordt keurig gevouwen in de villa bezorgd. De villa zelf is prachtig! Wanneer je door de toegangsdeur gaat, kom je terecht in een mooie tuin met zwembad en ligstoelen. Op de veranda een heerlijke hoekbank en eettafel. Koelkast en koffie- en theezet faciliteit. De slaapkamer is ruim met een grote kast. De badkamer is gedeeltelijk in de openlucht en voorzien van een goede regendouche en ligbad. I
