Ulasan Abian Harmony Hotel

This hotel has a great location! It does need a bit of TLC. The air conditioner although set to the coolest didn’t seem to cool the room enough. I was in a room that was quiet but needed some stairs. The key got stuck a couple of times for room 330 that I was staying in. When I checked in I was told since I had booked via an agent that I couldn’t get the choice of a double bed, which was a bit disappointing. Would go back to Sanur, the area is lovely and quieter than other areas in Bali with a lot of options nearby.

The location is amazing. Its close to many restaurants and close to the beach. However, despite its cheap price, i wont say it is the best even for the price. 1. The air-con in our room was turning off every 40 minutes which can get annoying especially when you are sleeping. 2. The wifi was good in the first 2 nights of our 3 night stay but on the last day, the wifi was barely working. 3. The toilet has a strange smell. Not sure if it is smoke or sewage. 4. The tap water is salty however, in the two hotels in bali i stayed in, both had salty tap water so cant really blame the hotel on this. If you would like to drink mineral water, there are shops right beside the hotel that sell mineral water for quite a cheap price especially the bigger containers of mineral water. 5. There is no slippers provided 6. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. They were helpful, friendly and provided great service. If you need anything, you can easily contact them and they would bring whatever you need that they have.

Dirty , toilet is terrible! The shower towels are very old. Breaking is terrible

Lovely place! The service was excellent, with special thanks to Arsa and Pey who were so kind and friendly to our son... thank you again for the treats! The room itself was spacious and clean, a very nice space on the balcony as well with a sink, fridge and seating space.

This hotel was good, they give us earlier check in with our babies, but the facilities need to be upgrade, the towel was old, the play area need more clean the staff was okay

The location is good, pretty close to the beach and shops. It's just located in alley a little bit to see the hotel, so when you first arrive you have to look for it a bit. Service is amazing, since balinese realy friendly to tourist. Cleanliness is very good. For amenities 4 star because some of the 3rd floor room don't have elevator access.might be hard for elderly, water pressure is ok, could be better, but I'm on 3rd floor so acceptable. Quietness is good, and can sleep fine without any noise. Pool area is nice and lounger are clean.

I really loved the location since it was very close to sanur beach (2 mins by bike to be exact), the service as well was super nice, they were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious but a little humid and old so it had a certain smell that I didn’t enjoy. But the view outside plus the pool were great.

The level 3 room we had is spacious at about 350 sqft. The air-conditioning is good and cold. The staff are polite, responsive and the TV and WiFi Internet connection works well. However, there are some negatives that I hope the Abian Harmony Hotel management will take action on about the room as it feels like it could collapsed on us any time. The pillows are old, the bedsheets has spots and marks, the walls are dirty with water seeping out of it every where throughout our 1 week stay. The floors are sticky and not clean, the toilet door is old, rusty and wood dust are all over the floor, the paint is peeling every where, the water heater does not heat up on some morning. The shampoo and shower gel dispenser is rusty, old, and looks toxic! At night between 11pm to 5am, you'll hear noises on the ceiling or roof. There's scratching sounds and something else that sounds like water boiling loudly. Not easy to sleep. Won't come back until the hotel infrastructure and amenities are fixed. Based on my research, I could get a cleaner and better room for less than SGD $45 per night that's cleaner and doesn't feel like it could collapse anytime.

The room that i got looks totally different from the pictures they posted. Toilet is dirty and whole room is smelled sewage.i already told the staff about it but no solution 😪.Door locks not working properly and i couldnt shut the door without the key. Bathroom door also hard to close. When i had shower all the water flood to the bathroom floor.water tap is all corroded. Wifi keep dropping off.
