LOVED OUR STAY IN THIS VILLA!! Very comfortable, however, lots of mosquitoes in the common area of the villa. The villa provides free mosquito repellent for the house (need to request for this!) Loved that breakfast was delivered to our villa. You have a choice between Indonesian breakfast (this is delicious) and American breakfast Spacious rooms with large bathrooms! The aircon worked perfectly! Just opposite the villa is a grocery store(jic you feel snacky at night)☺️

Our stay was great. Villa was neat and clean. Breakfast service was on time. Location is good as you have supermarket and restaurants close by. Happy to book it again on our next trip.

Great villa for larger-group trip, strategically located near Nusa Dua. The staffs were friendly and very accommodating.

Overall, the villa is nice with good amenities like a private pool and decent service. I especially appreciated the comfortable setting and the relaxing atmosphere. However, there was a serious issue that significantly affected our experience. My wife and I were on our honeymoon, enjoying some private time by the pool late at night (naked), when I suddenly noticed a staff member on the roof of the neighboring villa. It was shocking and extremely uncomfortable. Initially, I thought he might be filming us or doing something invasive, as it’s unusual and inappropriate for anyone to be on a roof after 10 pm watching guests who are in a private setting. He definitely saw me, and I hope he did not see my wife. We believed the villa offered privacy due to the high walls and fencing, but clearly, that wasn’t the case. When I called reception to ask about it, they explained the staff was fixing an air conditioner on the neighboring villa’s roof. While I understand maintenance is necessary, the staff should have informed us beforehand so we could prepare ourselves for this intrusion. This situation was unprofessional and felt like a serious breach of privacy. The villa management should reconsider their policies to ensure guests’ privacy is respected at all times. Because of this incident, my overall positive impression was spoiled, and I would hesitate to recommend this villa to others. If you decide to stay here, be aware that your privacy might not be fully guaranteed, and you could be observed unexpectedly.

Service good and I personally feel indoor swimming pool is cleaner. The location quite convenient and the Villa nearby has Supermart, local markets/stores and Churches. It's surprise us that we have a pax of free Christmas eve buffet dinner at Hotel root top while we checked in on 23/Dec.

very spacious, bright and conditions same as the pictures shown. There was a supermarket nearby. Some little ants unavoidably in the room but didn’t affect much (at least none on bed, only on the floor of bathroom). Good overall. Suitable for big families.

We chose the place as a transit point. We slept and left. Everything was fine, in general. Our own pool. There is a large store nearby. There are a lot of cafes around. The beaches are 10 minutes by bike.

This is the room I stayed in on the first night in Bali. The room has a good privacy setting. The hotel staff also enthusiastically helped with the luggage and handled various matters in the room. In addition, the hotel also has spa services, which allow people to come into the room for massage. The price is not expensive, and it is still very comfortable.

A bit old but the room is big. I encountered a big cockroach in the room but the front desk came quickly to get rid of it and kill insects, so the service is actually good. There are many supermarkets nearby and it is convenient to travel.
