Service good and I personally feel indoor swimming pool is cleaner. The location quite convenient and the Villa nearby has Supermart, local markets/stores and Churches. It's surprise us that we have a pax of free Christmas eve buffet dinner at Hotel root top while we checked in on 23/Dec.

very spacious, bright and conditions same as the pictures shown. There was a supermarket nearby. Some little ants unavoidably in the room but didn’t affect much (at least none on bed, only on the floor of bathroom). Good overall. Suitable for big families.

酒店位置一般，附近倒是有挺多超市，衹有本地簡餐，沒有像樣的餐廳，去海灘和商場需要打車，也就兩三公里。員工有禮貌，樂於助人，適合全家居住，床很舒服，空間挺大，餐具不全，衹能做簡單食物，性價比還可以。

Отличная вилла, фото соответствуют действительности. Очень чисто, уборка каждый день. Бассейн просто космос 🔥

入住體驗非常差。這是一個私人老闆租了幾套小房子改造成別墅，酒店工作人員非常不專業，沒有大堂，沒有專業的安保人員，酒店房間黴味很重，入住時酒店房間竟然發現有一直壁虎在牆上爬，衞生堪憂。更嚴重的是，我提前付款了4 個晚上的房費，入住體驗感非常差，於是我入住第1 天就提出退房協商方案，我願意付款2晚房費，剩餘2 晚希望能退款， 酒店業主態度非常強烈， 告訴我 你可以馬上退房, 但款一分不能退。 作為一位有責任感的消費者，十分不建議中國旅客前往入住。

The villa is very beautiful and has a private pool. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were friendly and wonderful. Thank you. I will try it again. The villa has all the amenities in terms of the availability of services and the speed of service provided by the staff. Everything is very wonderful.

Upon arrival we were served a delicious bottle of guava juice, the best flavour. Staff were attentive polite & always on hand, and a phone call to Nila you could ask her anything. The Villa we booked was a 3 bedroom. I loved how our master bedroom was open neat & accommodating. So convenient to have the pool right there but if you have grandkids, be on the alert. Another great thing at Agranusa is I could get my laundry done, upon leaving my bill came to $30k which is pretty good for our family👍 Another great thing was there was a supermarket, & Amart (similar to 7eleven only no coffee, and there’s street food everywhere. To get transport you’re best to download Gojek, it’s way more cheaper to get your taxi or scooter ride, to get around Bali. We were there for a week, and if you want to spend a lot on accommodation this is the place. Our ideal place to go to is Seminyak, way cheaper & a lot more high end stores & lots to see. Kuta is another great location to go for tattoos, I highly recommend Casper Ink Tattoos opposite Starbucks. So many places to sightsee, you have to find out before you arrive. Bali see ppl are so friendly, but always learn the currency & be careful when you buy local, always bargain don’t settle for their price. They will charge you between $400k to $700k for singlets, dress bag and glasses, I got away with $350k which is $35. Especially taxi drivers, always state your price don’t settle for their price. Just say $20k if it’s a 5min drive. Have fun and I hope this has helped.

Definitely worth the price for a huge villa for myself. 2 bedroom villa can fit 4 adults. Modern design and facilities. Bathroom is spacious. Swimming pool size is not bad. Near the main road. There's a few restaurants outside. Only 10 minutes away from nusa dua.

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Check in was easy at the recept where they provided towel and a bottle of juice. All amenities were provided in the property including dining utensils and bathroom utilities. Bed was comfy and bathroom was huge with bathtub and shower areas. Breakfast was delivered to the room and we upgraded it to a floating breakfast. As the property is surrounded with greenery, there were creepy crawlies around. During our one day stay, there were at least 5 millipedes in the living room and one giantic lizard about 20cm long. There were also dead insects including dead millipedes in the pool. Ants approach super fast when there are food around. The bedroom on the first floor does not have a TV. Only the living room and the second floor bedroom. Wifi was weak especially on the second floor. There's a A&W right outside the property and across the road is a small shopping mall which includes a supermarket and food court, burger stall and bubble tea stall. Crossing the road is abit dangerous as the traffic is heavy from both directions.
