The room is average, but the location is very convenient... It's easy to get anywhere, and the breakfast is delicious.

One of the best resorts we ever stayed in , the service was amazing, all employees without exception were friendly, helpful and welcoming during our four day stay, the suites were spacious without anything missing, many restaurants and nice beach bar , great breakfast, will definitely return to this place

The beach club was really nice and the staff were very helpful with booking body massages.

The overall of the hotel and stay experience was really good and I kind of enjoy my stay. Check in was great staff, housekeeping to room service almost everyone in the resort were nice. However for beach bar I beg a difference. As an experience hotelier myself I could feel that there is a difference on how they treat foreigners who are white skin and yellow skin from Asia like myself. However I want to make it a point that not all yellow skin are from China, there are people with yellow skin from other parts of of the world example me from Singapore. As a hotelier myself , I feel that every guest is an important guest.

Service was very good. The beach and the pool were the best places to relax, enjoying the scenery. The dome was also a good space to enjoy breakfast. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The hotel is located in a great location, near the places we wanted to visit during our trip. The staff were friendly and hospitable, making the check-in, check-out processes and everything in between so easy! 👍🏻 I only stayed for a night and didn’t get a chance to explore too much, to no fault of the hotel. But from what I have seen, it’s nice.

From the moment we arrived, the staff exhibited a level of care and attentiveness that truly set this establishment apart. During our stay, my husband and I unfortunately had a mishap while exploring the area on a motorbike. The staff immediately sprang into action, ensuring my husband received the necessary medical attention and going above and beyond to assist us in retrieving and repairing the motorbike. Their dedication to our well-being was remarkable and deeply appreciated. Beyond their exceptional service in times of need, the hotel itself is a haven of tranquility with breathtaking views. Visiting during a quieter season allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of the surroundings and indulge in every moment of relaxation the hotel had to offer. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the delightful array of complimentary snacks provided daily, and the breakfast offerings surpassed even the most renowned brunch spots in town. Additionally, both restaurants on-site boasted an impressive culinary experience that left us craving more. In conclusion, Potato Head Hotel exceeded all expectations with its unparalleled service, stunning views, and delectable dining options. I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable stay.

The service of here is really good. Every staff here is helpful and nice. The breakfast is most outstanding part of the vacation here. We eat near the pool and beach with fantastic view. However, the room is too normal and small at this price. We have dinner at beach club at the swat near the beach but it is too dark for eating. They just told us the seat near the pool or beach needs very high minimum charge. Actually, we are eligible for this as we live here. They allow us to move the seat until I told them so.

Resort was nice, breakfast was good. Staffs were all friendly. However, surprised that there were no amenities in the room like toothbrush and other kits. To get a grab, buggy will need to bring us outside of the hotel which is a little inconvenient.

The staff and the hotel were nice. But I was food poisoning at their property during my 4 days stay ( I only ate at the hotel during my stay) and I asked for a doctor ( extra charge by me ) and they didn’t do anything from their side ( they did send a glass of coconut water and two slices of bread to my room). Avoid the raw oyster.

We had a great experience at Potato Head for two nights. I highly recommend the Island Suite, we had a great and comfortable sleep. Special thanks to our receptionist Lina, who patiently solved many problems for us:) I will choose Potato Head next time when I come to Bali. 环境：特别好！ 服务：特别好！

Must come to the Sunset Park on the 3rd floor!!! The view is amazing, different from in the beach club downstairs, the stuff here is soooo nice and helpful, you can ask Fendy in the Sunset club to make a perfect cocktail!
