Hotel ini sangat teduh, saya difahamkan Bali semakin pulih daripada wabak itu tetapi amalan perniagaan yang tidak jujur bukanlah cara yang sesuai. Saya menempah hotel ini 2 bulan yang lalu dengan tempahan yang boleh dikembalikan dan meminta pada masa itu untuk bilik tidur double. Hotel mengesahkan tempahan saya pada masa itu, namun menunggu sehingga hari sebelumnya apabila tempahan saya tidak boleh dikembalikan untuk memberitahu saya mereka tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan saya. Saya memberitahu mereka bahawa ia tidak akan berfungsi dan saya ingin membatalkannya, dan memberitahu mereka bahawa mereka menyebabkan saya mengalami kesulitan yang besar. Saya tidak mendengar apa-apa. Saya menghubungi perjalanan untuk membatalkan secara rasmi, dan 8 jam sebelum daftar masuk saya, saya mendapat maklum balas bahawa mereka boleh menyediakan katil tambahan dengan harga IDR 500,000. Pada masa ini saya terpaksa mencari hotel kecemasan lain, tetapi bagaimana mereka secara ajaib "mempunyai pilihan tempat tidur lain sekarang". Nampaknya hotel ini memeras ugut saya, dan berharap saya pergi dengannya. TIDAK!!!

My husband and I had a great time during our stay at this hotel. The staffs (all of them) were very polite, attentive and friendly. The hotel had a several packages for you to choose to experience and explore Bali. The SPA was great too. It was very relaxing. The highlight would be the room. The room was very comfortable and pretty. It is furnished with a smart tech device.

It has been lovely staying at sini vie resort. Hospitality was exceptional. The room was lovely although the view from the bathtub on the balcony was something that can’t be helped, it was still relaxing watching the cows grazing. The bed and the pillows was so comfortable, i didnt wanna get up. The whole place was super clean too.

Ok, for transit.... view from the room is not nice. The bathroom has no curtain!! Room design ok, but I'm not sure most people will be happy with the transparant glass door for the bathroom and shower. And who will want to make a bath on the terrace with that kind of view?

Beautiful hotel, super clean and great customer service. Only 1 thing that we were charged for the bath gel which should be mentioned by staff or have a label with price. Other 4-5 stars hotel usually let client use the bath gel for free. Besides that, we love the everything.

Beautiful villa with a smart system in the room. Comfortable and clean room. However, only 2 bath towels were provided, and there was no hand towel in the bathroom. The mini bar has a good variety of beverages, soke in bottles, but there was no bottle opener.

Wonderful hospitable staff, but because of the staff I don't want to leave. They surround with care and warmth and it becomes cozy. The hotel itself is also beautiful. But many thanks to the staff, starting from the young man who quickly settled us at night, ending with the girl who saw us off and gave us a present for Christmas. 🫶🏻

The resort is beautiful and all brand new. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cater to your every need. The breakfast was excellent and the in house spa was incredible.

Everything’s exceptional. Not quite at the city centre, 15 minutes Grab to Seminyak commercial street. So it’s still close, but away from all the hustle and bustle. Staffs are super friendly, they even surprised me with a birthday cake in the morning on my birthday. Love the design of the room, the whole ambience is perfect for unwinding and relaxation. Pool is warm and nice, the jacuzzi isn’t very inviting, too much plant surrounding it, so lots of fallen leaves and insect, it is very nice for pictures. Tried the in-house massage too, but the foldable bed they brought in isn’t very comfy. Overall a very nice value for money stay. 10/10 recommended if you’re looking for somewhere tranquil and close to seminyak but not as busy.

room n bed was clean staff was very friendly n helpful location of the hotel nearby some attractions n few mins walk to convenience mart bt only thing is room nt very soundproof so if there is ppl using the pool u cn hear them and the aircon is nt tht cold we set it to 18 degrees celsius bt still nt tht cold other than that everything else was great breakfast selection is great as well

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Everything perfect apart from breakfast was just ok. We enjoyed it.

It’s my second time here and I have a really nice time. The service is just perfect and the Staff Sifa and Dedy is really helpful and friendly.
