The place is very special, it has many stairs, the service and the staff are friendly, and the view is beautiful and quiet.

Overall i enjoyed my stay and had good time, Pool restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me with photos and videos

The hotel is lovely, but the experience could be better. There is nothing special about the service. The breakfast is awful, with few options and not good quality. The coffee is terrible, and you must pay extra if you want something as simple as a cappuccino. The food in the Indian restaurant is amazing, very good. However, the restaurant could be cozier. It has good potential but looks very simple.

A beautiful place with so much potential but.... On our first night, we heard a rat going around the roof allllllllll night. We woke up and found rat poop everywhere even near bed. We asked for room change, and we didn't hear anything at night anymore after chaging our room, but every morning we found rat poops near bed. Also, not being able to use Grab is a huge issue. Local drivers charge ridicuolous amount of money so if you are planning to tour around ubud center, then this resort is not for you.

The resort itself is very nice. It has amazing views of the jungle and an amazing swimming pool. The location is quite far. You can’t use grab taxi from the resort as they are not allowed in that area - you have to get a local taxi which is double the price

The hotel is a beautiful place, very calming but super far from the airport. Takes about 2 hours given the bad traffic. The food there is good. The service is excellent. Would come again!

The Rooms are beautifully set up and the pool area is picturesque and calming. Food of restaurants is very good too. Only thing to keep in mind is that if you don’t mind walking down and up stairs you need to rely on buggies to pick you (which come promptly).

Our stay was amazing. The room was spectacular and so was the view. The staff were were friendly and helpful. The food was really nice. Everything about the hotel was above standard. The only downside was the spa was a little bit expensive

Exceptional

The Vila quite old and it is 2 levels, so it might be cumbersome to get drinks from downstairs. However it has 2 bathrooms so it does has different advantages We prefer Double Suite than Villa 😃 Floating breakfast need to pay extra of 500k IDR

The main entrance from the public road to the hotel is very narrow. It's difficult to drive. Leboy and security guards didn't help us with inquiries and didn't help carry the luggage. We stayed for 7 people by booking 5 rooms. My room has a broken shower. The pool is dirty. Breakfast is just coffee, bread, cereals. And must be ordered to order. But the staff in the morning when checking out, the staff is good and smiling.
