Very nice interior design, super clean room and comfy bed, yummy breakfast, excellent service, peaceful and beautiful environment, amazing dinner at Akasa, the spa was also amazing, it was a perfect stay! The location is further away from the main tourist area so it may not be ideal considering the traffic situation in Bali, but it’s super private and peaceful.

We stayed only two nights , amazing experience, new and clean rooms, in room swimming pool good enough to swim ( even for adults). Beautiful views, we planning to back next time and stay longer . Food delicious, nice beach for swimming and surfing…

Very nice hotel and excellent service from all hotel staff. Their have a kids club and having different activities everyday and our kids so happy and enjoy Hotel have a great restaurant with good vibes and excellent sea view and I think this restaurant is a local favourable restaurant , many guest come and having dinner Excellent staying experience and looking forward for next bail trip

Very good hotel… provide 24 hours in villa dining…provide medical service by doctor in villa when kid was sick! Serve fresh fruits and even honey when asked to soothe sore throat and cough Very homely type of service Kid loves the kid club which provides hands on drawing and cookies making sessions

The interior of the resort is beautiful and elegant. I really love the room’s design, colors and it is so spacious. All furniture fit perfectly, love the hidden tea/coffee making corner. However, we had issue with water heater, bed side lamp and the smoke detector, surprised that we don’t get offer to change our room, it is a bit annoyed because we have to wait. Thank goodness that the smoke detector only activated the alarm during our room tour and check out, at least it didn’t spoiled our Sunday morning. I guess Thailand hospitality would react differently in such situations. To be fair, staffs are very friendly, polite and attentive. Food is amazingly great at both Segaran and Akasa. As overall, we really had a great time and wish to be back very soon.

設施：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 衞生：🌟🌟🌟🌟 環境：🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 服務：🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 峇里島卓美亞酒店和峇里島整個環境形成巨大的反差，一牆之隔，一個天上一個地下。出了酒店就是大農村環境，峇里島就衹適合酒店度假，街邊有風格的小店是有的，但整個道路基建差的連中國的縣城都不如。但酒店裡麪又真的是十分滿分的漂亮，進入酒店區域開始道路就會變的超級寬廣整潔。我還是雨季來的，天晴的時候整個酒店感覺就像是做發光的宮殿。整體風格有些中東風➕峇里島本土的混搭，藍白調，真的很漂亮，很有度假的風味。早餐的選擇也非常豐富，晚餐的懸崖餐廳也是景色和味道都不錯。（沒有到驚艷的地步吧，就正常西餐。）衞生為什麼打四顆星，因為有蟲子跑進來，因為全是小房子的户型，所以雨天真的容易進蟲。和酒店反映了後很快來採取措施在花園殺蟲，但沒辦法你殺完蟲後蟲子其實更加四處亂竄反而會找縫隙鑽進房間。這可能是唯一的弊端，但該有的保潔還是很到位的。 服務態度和速度反應相當快，當時我們自己租車，開車回酒店門閘突然關上蹭到了我們車，酒店的高級manager立馬給我們處理這個事情並安排妥當之後的行程安排沒有給我們造成任何的麻煩，讓我們後幾天的行程也很順利。我真的覺得反應速度快和能及時解決問題太重要了。這才體現了五星豪華酒店的優勢。 總而言之雖然過程顛盪起伏，但最後很滿意的一次行程。很推薦想去峇里島度假在酒店呆上幾天發呆的朋友出行。

房費的確是比較划算的，房間也夠大、夠新、床品也好，就是牙刷能把人刷出血，這都不能品控一下嗎？那種下水道的飛蟲（圖一）特別多，房間裏最起碼有不少於5個，我每天都打死，每天還會有。院子裏、外面的路上，全是那種很噁心的🐛（圖二）還有幾衹爬進了屋裡。 但，服務非常好，去哪接駁車都會很快來，沿途碰到的服務員都很友善。 吐槽一下akasa，第一次去，説我們不夠正裝，第二次去，我們襪子褲子都穿了，還不行，説我們穿的是crocs的鞋，可我們就衹有這個鞋子啊，那怎麼辦呢，重新買鞋，然後酒店裡買了兩雙人均900多的拖鞋（第三圖就是我們在酒店買的鞋）進去後發現，有人穿拖鞋，吊帶，不穿襪子的也很多，我就不能理解了，怎麼crocs就被拒之門外了！ 酒店很遠，去哪都是打的出門，sidewalk最近的區域了，最少30多分鐘，沿途很顛簸很塞車！ 但酒店安檢很好，每次打的進入都檢查很仔細。

設施：水質相比土豆頭好太多了👍 服務：非常超預期，酒店服務非常親切，駛入酒店園區內的道路不僅非常寬敞而且前台非常大氣，所有的服務人員都一級棒，還貼心的為我們準備中文管家，早餐也非常好吃，酒店的沙灘下去就是網紅打卡點dreamland，但是因為現在是雨季所以漲潮嚴重為了安全酒店服務人員非常貼心的提示我們，以及海灘還有躺椅服務，每天下午泳池bar還有happy hour的無限暢飲 最值得一提的是，本人去的時候是生日月酒店還很貼心的為我們準備了蛋糕和精心佈置的房間，總之比貴了1/3房費阿麗拉更值得。

總體體驗不值這個價格。 環境：也許是天氣的原因，步入大堂並沒有網上説的中東土豪風格裝修的感覺，反而覺得比較陳舊，不像是開業沒幾年的酒店。道路養護沒有讓人眼前一亮的感覺。房間內部裝飾整體看上去不錯，我們感受到了酒店想打造的私密度假體驗，但對面更高的別墅竟然能從高處看到我們的廁所和淋浴間，我們不得不拉上所有面對隔壁樓棟的窗簾。房間音響很差，基本上屬於聽個響，在這個級別的酒店非常罕見。酒店公共區域衹有一個泳池區以及兩個餐廳，非常乏味。沙灘區域與其它酒店共享，留給本酒店住客的躺椅衹有五張，且排布非常密集，完全是降級的體驗。 餐飲：酒店的早餐每日基本沒有變化，點餐加自助的形式。對於中國胃來説衹能勉強吃一吃。酒店方圓5公里沒有便利店和餐廳，所有飲品和食物衹能點酒店的。房內點餐和餐廳食物基本一致，選擇非常有限。 服務：酒店服務細緻，但總給人一種用力過猛的刻意感。初到房間就被前後三組人敲門詢問是否需要各種服務，然而，真正好的服務是讓人感覺到沒有服務。有一天中午在房間休息時，户外竟然大肆釋放類似驅蟲噴霧的氣體，雖然我們把房間門緊閉，但仍然有很重的味道飄進房內，令人感到不適。房內不知道什麼地方（嚴重懷疑是浴缸），頻繁且持續的傳來異味，嚴重拉低酒店體驗。 娛樂：酒店提供許多活動項目，但讓人感到形式大於實際，沒有參加的慾望。酒店的娛樂範圍非常有限，令人感到乏味。 俗話説得好，山豬吃不了細糠。酒店提供的內容比心理預期差很多，也許更加適合對度假私密性有極高要求，追求靜養的人士。
