Ulasan Arbour Hotel and Residence

The hotel is in the city. There is a free shuttle. Hotel-Central Pattaya, clean bedroom but got a low ,9th floor floor room. I heard construction noises in the morning.

Terrible security lapse. Middle of the night 5am have lady knocking on door for 2 nights. Shouting and talking along the corridor. time to review lift access

Nice view at the centre of Pattaya. Lots of guests when we arrived so the check-in was delay so they gave the complimentary tea set. Small amount of parking lot but very convenient to use public transportation. All in all, good for travelers.

The hotel looks very nice from both outside and inside. The room was very spacious with one of the most comfortable bed I ever tried. It was hard to let it go. The bathroom has a big bathtub which I used a lot and it also has a separate shower. The rooftop is very instagramable. The worst part is that on the sunset hours you don’t have much privacy. The pool is next to the bar area so many people takes photos around you. The view and architecture are pretty impressive, still worth. The breakfast was tasty but not as many choices of food. Has a few but for a 5 star hotel it can be improved. The eating area its placed on 23rd floor out of 24 and it has nice vibe. I’ve been there 3 times already and most likely I will go again.

Cozy, clean and quiet room, the sweet part is there is a wash machine in the room. And I have to highlight the staffs, they were so friendly, we had already check out and just sitting at lobby for our pick up car, the staff also gave us two cup of soda. Thank you guys!

Overall it was a present stay in this hotel , just the location is a bit too far away from the busy night.

Room is nice, very clean. Hotel staff (everyone) are politeness, friendliness, and professionalism. Very impressive since check-in until check-out (very quick) Rooftop bar is perfect, nice view, freshly drink, etc.

The Arbour Hotel exceeded my expectations. All the staff were welcoming, with a delicious "Welcome drink upon arrival. The room was just like the photos very clean, modern, functional and nice with city views of Pattaya. The bathroom was spacious and with a separate bath and shower. The housekeeping was excellent, paid extra pre-paid breakfast with a main set menu and food from the buffet. As the restaurant gets busy at breakfast a QR code is provided to pre-book a time for breakfast the next day.
