Ulasan Comfort Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi

The location is great only a few minutes walk from Shinsaibashi station. I enjoy the breakfast so much as it offers a bit of western and Japanese. The staff are very friendly. They are so kind to my 8 month old son. They come to play with him and assist us with booking a taxi. I will definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel is very convenient to take subway or bus, and there are a lot of stores around to buy anything you want,and the room is very clean, and the staff there are all kind the friendly , they helped me a lot even though i didn't speak Japanese, i live in the hotel almost three weeks, even i didn't want to leave for Brazil at last, i recommend you this hotel if you have a trip there.

The room was slightly larger compared to other hotels of the same level in the area, which provided a bit more comfort and space to relax. However, the toilet was quite small, which might be a downside for some guests. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with numerous dining options within walking distance, making it very convenient for food lovers. Overall, Comfort Hotel is a good choice if you prioritize room size and a prime location.

Hotel Location was very good and many good food/bar options available nearby. Hotel breakfast had many options and staff was very good as well. Hotel reception even had mini game and prizes for kids. Rooms were compact but had all the required amenities.

Very nice hotel, probably one of the best location in Osaka..rooms were a bit small but manageable as in every hotels, rooms are like that only.

Room.is of decent size and well located near the popular area. Though it is a little dated, it is well worth the money !

Walking distance to the Dotonbori, there’s Lawson convenient store next to the hotel entrance. Few stations nearby . Hotel breakfast buffet quite nice. Highly recommended !

Room.is small which is typical of hotel in Japan. Tje location is very very good to enjoy shopping and food. Staffs are very good.

Location of the hotel (by subway, shopping, konbini, etc) and breakfast was better than expected but the room and bathroom have seen better days. The hotel is a bit worn down and it’s starting to show (carpet, bathtub, toilet, etc). All things are still functional but compared to other hotel chains that offer the same layouts, this gives less value for money. Ok for our first time in Osaka but would not stay at again if we came back.

is not a bad place to stay, had a good assortment for breakfast, decent size rooms, and in a great location. Only issue was my room had an odd smell to it.

The accommodation was superb, stuff were polite and helpful, the hotel itself is not new, but the linens ans towels were crystal white. They also provide bathrobes and razors. The coffee machine providing coffee 24 hours is very nice. Breakfast was not various, but nutritious.We liked it there very much.
