Fair price and good location. It's close to the restaurants. Walk out the hotel very easy to find out the Massage shops. Also you can walk through the signseeging place.

The hotel is located on the main street and is good value for money. The only issue was that they didn't replace the toiletries on the second day of our stay. Still, it's worth the price.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. My room was large, clean, and beautifully decorated in traditional style, which added a lovely touch to the overall ambiance. The garden was very cute and well-maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a delightful and authentic experience. The hospitality and amenities exceeded my expectations!

I received a free room upgrade when I arrived . The hotel service was attentive and careful , and the location is right in the heart of Ubud , but shielded from all the noise . I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

This is our second time back to here. Staff very friendly! Everything is clean and nice. Pool area not big but very nice. Good location to walk to restaurants and mini mart.

Our room had mould on the walls, geckos killed between doors and left to dry on the door, multiple cobwebs, and sheets looked dirty. I usually don't have negative feedback for places, but this one really needs to pick up its game, especially if they charge 4star prices. Breakfast was a joke, you are better off going outside, they diluted their juice with water. The only point working for this place is its location, its near some popular bars. You do hear the music till early morning on weekends though.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Building is old but clean. Location is good as it’s near many eateries and shops but yet tranquil when inside the hotel. Breakfast is simple but delicious. They cook it when you order so it’s hot and fresh.

Really nice hotel, quiet and well located. Ten minutes to the market and 15 to the monkey forest. Nice cafés and shops around and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The owner speaks a little Japanese and is very kind. He even exchanged the bills I had just withdrawn for smaller ones at an ATM two minutes' walk away. This was my first time in Ubud, and I chose this hotel because of the bathtub and the ability to walk to anywhere. The amenities were more than I expected, with four electrical outlets and even a grounding mat. Juliana at the reception desk was incredibly kind, even helping me enter my taxi number on the app when I checked out. The other staff were always smiling and welcoming. Next time, I'd like to stay in a deluxe room on the lower floor.

It's easy to walk around downtown Ubud, and there's a Starbucks right next door. I asked for warmed-up rice at the cafe/restaurant next door, and they warmed it up for me early in the morning. It's a perfect Balinese-style accommodation, and it's also great value. The bathroom was clogged, but I didn't bother mentioning it and just used it. Since there were two bathrooms, one bathtub and one shower, I just went back and forth. The air conditioning worked well, and the blankets were a bit stuffy, but that's okay. It's fine with elementary school children, not younger children. The pool is shallow but gradually deepens, making it fun for both adults and children. The staff are very friendly. They check in regularly to make sure everyone is well, and they even offer a pick-up service. The price is similar or slightly cheaper. It was a great experience for my early morning flight, and I even saw monkeys in the parking lot when I checked out. I had a great time for three days and two nights!
