Ulasan Sri Phala Bali Resort & Villa

This is a repeat stay at Sri Phala. Nice that the reception welcomed us back again. There was some miscommunication about having our room cleaned but the staff were apologetic and responsive. Also came to check our shower when we complained of low water pressure. Overall the location is great for the price. The buffet breakfast was a small selection but adequate. Requested a ground floor room and was allocated a big bright room next to the lobby. The hotel is in need of some repairs due to its age.

Budget stay and near to Sanur Harbour to board ferry to Nusa Pineda

A great place near the port, about 9 minutes walk, the staff is helpful, the bed is large, but with a thin blanket, for an overnight stay before leaving for the neighboring Islands is very good😊

It’s the best peaceful place for couples and newly married ones. It’s so clean so awesome breakfast and even even person there is very very helpful. Rooms are kept clean daily always when we return back the rooms are like all new even after all the mess we did at nights heheh.. only issue is that many tour packages do not offer this hotel as a pick up point and you need to walk 2kms ahead to a hotel called plaza something.. that’s the only issue..

The room was very nice, and other service staff were also very good, but there was a male waiter named Juse who looked dead. We were originally allowed to have a massage in the hotel and check out late after the massage. The massage was originally at 111 o'clock, but it ended up at 11:30 After entering, he already allowed us to check out late, but at the end he charged us a fine, which was a very bad attitude. But thanks to Ctrip’s help, I received an apology and dealt with the staff! Always trust Ctrip

Excellent place! Rooms have their own individual entrance. Guest has their utmost privacy. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Well maintainable in all every aspects; room, garden

Only stayed one night, but wished we'd booked it for longer! Outstanding staff and facilities, for it's progress point. The pool is beautiful. Great location as a stop before using Sanur harbour.

Very good place.. and good breakfast … super clean.. thanks hotel for letting us park to motorcycle.. for one week..we will stay again soon..
