Excellent customer service, and very relaxing and beautiful hotel. Room service staffs were very sweet, we are always greeted with a note and a folded towel in animal shapes. Thank you Blu-Zea for the amazing stay!

Recently stayed for 4 nights. Hotel and amenities were fantastic, staff were extremely helpful. Definitely wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

The service was excellent. On first breakfast, the waiter gave a short walkaround on the different food provided. Some will change daily. He asked us how was our stay so far, and we encountered low water pressure in the shower and feedback this to him. He said he will notify their team, which they did. At 3pm that day their duty mgr left msg and informed us that there was some leakage at the bathroom pipes and it would take few days to fix. They offered to moved us to another room which have direct access to the pool, which we took. Another good initiative they implemented is to provide filtered water refill station at each floor which is environmentally friendly. Will definitely recommend this resort to others.

The pool where the pool bar was very noisy, lots of shouting. In the middle of the night, drunken guests still shouting and singing, couldn’t sleep because of too much drunken guests every day

Blu zea another gem hotel..easy acess to amenties and cafe pub massage and beaches. Just beside Marriot courtyard(expensive) Choose blue zea over Marriot courtyard not must of the different..infact blu zea better becos they have very friendly warm and helpful staff. No doubt marriot in term of design n cleaninless their is not much difference..further blu zea value for money. They have shuttle to bring you to their 5 stars double six hotel which is very near and use their facilities. Super great choice.

Everything you need is there. Comfortable bed delicious breakfast buffet. A walking distance from Seminyak Beach. There also so many restaurants close by, A very nice beach club Potato head nearby.

A lovely hotel with a great outdoor area with pool and pool bar in the second adjacent pool. Incredibly friendly staff who were quick to assist when I had a rowdy and drunken neighbour. Not the biggest size room but fine for me as I was travelling solo. Large bathroom with stand alone shower. Breakfast was not fancy but adequate, and they do charge for cappuccinos, but coffee and tea are free. Excellent location, about 7-10 minutes walk from the beach, and a plethora of restaurants, bars and salon parlours on the street outside of the hotel. Excellent and affordable 4*, would recommend! Ps. I found the gecko sounds during the night unnerving, it sounded like a man’s voice🤷🏻‍♀️
