Ulasan Coco de Heaven House

I booked this stay for less than 12 hours before departure. The WhatsApp replies were slower than expected, sometimes taking several hours despite being read quickly. The room could have been cleaner — the bed sheets had some stains, the pillows smelled musty, and there were quite a few mosquitoes. Toilet paper was not provided initially but was given after I informed the receptionist, and there was no hair dryer in the room. Overall, it wasn’t the most comfortable stay, but it was acceptable for a short stopover.

A great little gem , a few minutes away from all the main activities Bali is offering ,, Swimming pool inside 💯❤️

Old hotel and the bathroom doesn’t have the roof properly

The staff was friendly and nice. But they did not do as they promised. I had an emergency that I need to cancel the next reservation, I tried to request from the agent, however it is denied, but when I try to speak to the manager, they promised that they would approve to cancel the booking however when i check with the agent, they said it is not approved by the hotel! If the hotel inform that it would not be approve, I would not comment this too. But when they commit to the guest, and they are unable to fulfill the request. I don’t think this is the service should be provided.

This place looks nothing like it does in the images. Granted the receptionist offered to show me a different room but the general look of the place told me it would all be the same. I do not know how old the pictures are that they have on there. The bathroom also had a really bad smell. I left immediately. I just asked for my deposit didn’t even have the energy to go through the process of speaking to a manager etc

Very convenient locations easy for ***** transportations moving around everywhere. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Great facilities for this price. Excellent place. Clean room, friendly staffs and helpful Swimming pool is clean and nice

Do not stay at this hotel. It's filthy, smelly, and the facilities are dilapidated. Don't be fooled by the photos uploaded by the seller; the bedroom and bathroom are extremely dirty and smell terrible. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel.

Situated by the highway, not far from the airport. In the wilderness. The room is a bit dirty. The beach is nearby.

The facilities are not that good, but they were under construction. The swimming pool is well maintained and clean. It is also cleaned quite well, so I like it.

The AC is cold. The bathroom is clean. But the employees are not very helpful in carrying their belongings. Not very sensitive 🙃

Terribly dirty rooms. The window in the toilet overlooks the stinking water and thickets. There is no closet to put your things. The room is for 1 day maximum.

There are few shops around, so it is inconvenient to eat.

It's very good, it just needs a little maintenance.

The hotel is comfortable, close to Jimbaran and the airport, there is a swimming pool too.
