Loved the decoration, lots of plants, lady (sorry didn't get her name) was super nice and helpful. For international travelers, her english is very good. The street is very quiet.

Second time staying here. Traveling with my parents and sister (four adults), and we occupied three rooms. The variety in sizes of the room is conducive to a group travel. I have also recommended this hotel to friends - we all have generally stayed here in our trips to Xi’an. It is very well located within the old city without having gone too commercial - cafes and residences keep it both vibrant and peaceful. It is very close to the food market and you can easily bike or walk to other parts of the old city. The owner is very kind and helpful. She is available to assist in English and has wonderful recommendations.

Lu family were great, you can tell they love thier city as they know so much about , English communication is excellent which is rare in China ! Hotel in quite area which was good for me to sleep at night , clean room . I highly recommend

Lu is such an amazing host! She helped us out with everything! She also was so kind to do our laundry and provided us with a location of best local(not so much touristic) dumplings place, was delish btw! Inn is in a short stroll from bar Street and from any other major attractions. Around the corner is a relaxing coffee shop with a great service. We really enjoyed our stay and happy to recommend to everyone😁 Thank you so much for everything you have done for us Lu❤️❤️❤️

Xizhu Boutique Inn is by far the best place to stay in Xi’an. The owner, Jin (probably wrong writed, sorry!) and her family make you feel like home, and she helps you with everything you need. Nowadays, is a luxury to find a place like this. 100% recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this family run hotel in Xi'an! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always available to assist us with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the Xiaonanmen Morning Market, where we enjoyed local breakfast. It's situated right next to the city wall, which was great for sightseeing, and there are some excellent restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Xi'an!

The hotel is very clean with nice simple style. Due to our last minute booking, our room which was the only one left was a little bit too small for us. We like the location which is close to Xi'an West Gate, surrounded by modern restaurants, chic coffee shops. Also, there are some local foods and fruit stalls and the well-known West Gate morning market in a walking distances. The woman owner who speaks English fluently is very nice and helpful.

A great stay! The host is really kind and speaks great English. She checked in with us every day and sent food recommendations as well as helpful info for the different attractions. She even did some laundry for us and looked up a place we could shop for some camera gear (our had broke). The location is inside the walls but away from the centre - this was quite nice because it was peaceful, and yet there’s lots of food and great restaurants along the south wall so you can dodge the traffic of taking a Didi through the centre. The subway is also maybe ~10min walk. Great Muslim food, a brewery, and fresh noodles within 10min walk. The accommodation itself is clean and feels new! Really enjoyed this stay!

Xizhu hotel was a wonderful place. The location is good, in a tranquil neighborhood in the city center. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The owner was lovely and helped us a lot with things to do. Her English is fantastic. We would definitely come back here!

Absolutely enjoyed staying here. Convenient location with access to the Wall and the Metro within the old city. The couple who own the hotel are very kind and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. I stayed a total of 4 nights and have no complaints.

Great option for westerners visiting because the owner speaks English! If you stay right at the bell/drum towers and street food area you risk it being super loud, this is close enough (ten minute drive) but far enough that it’s quiet. It’s also sooo close to the cool city wall. The only perk that would make it better is if they has breakfast, but there’s enough food around.

The hostel in in a quiet street, with lots of lovely, independent restaurants and bars within walking distance. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room had all the amenities. The whole place is very stylish, like a high-end boutique hotel but for a fraction of the price. The hostess is friendly, speaks fluent English and knows the town very well, so she can give you local recommendations. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with our stay there and I would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful, cosy, very comfortable accommodation, lovely & friendly owners who are helping with advises, great location within the old city wall, many nice little coffee shops & restaurants in the street, highly recommended
