We had a nice time at this hotel. It offers all the basic necessities for our travel, comfortable room, hearty breakfast, very accessible. We had a great time in Bali

You get what you pay for. One of the towels that was given to us had a big brown stain on it. Breakfast is very limited for non locals and if you don’t want to eat rice for breakfast. The rooms were large and good value for a quick stay.

Decent hotel for family

In front of the hotel you can find Sarimande Nusantara Restaurant, Rica-Rica Restaurant and Jajanan Batagor or walk not far away there is a convenience store Indomaret. Near from Krisna Oleh-Oleh 24 hours and Airport. Really a good location.

Room was not cleaned properly as expected. Quest name is popular as a brand but it's not as expected as shown in pics.

Nice location but the cleanliness of the hotel need to be improved.

The room is nice as a 3-star hotel. The things to improve are just the AC which sounds a bit noisy, and also tv screen quality which is not sharp and bright.

Good. The place is close to the airport

Nice and clean but air conditioner not cool enough, Sink partially blocked and toiler button sticking causing water to run continuously . Has the potential to be a really good hotel but needs more attention to maintenance

Room is decent for the price you pay for. Good enough for resting! Did not explore the amenities. The hotel is near a mosque hence can hear the prayers during evening time. Room is at level 3 and opens out to an empty plot of land. Perhaps it’s very low level… there was a cockroach in the room on our first night :( the shower water also drains very slowly… almost flooded the toilet if you just shower for like 15-20 minutes. Aircon also starts to leak water if the temperature is too low. The room is also quite dark, main lighting is at the entrance area. Service is otherwise quite good, we asked for extra towels, iron and iron board - all delivered to our room promptly. Our safe was spoilt- we asked for help and they promptly send someone over, end up changing the whole safe.
