Arriving at the hotel I immediately smelled the mould. The hotel is beautiful but smells. We were kindly received at the door, they picked up our luggage, and served us a welcome drink while we did the check in. I started to sneeze and my nose clogged so I explained I was allergic to dust and I would like a room with more sunlight and wind. When we entered the room the musty smell was unbearable. I immediately complained and they promptly found another room without carpets. I believe it was an upgrade. They also sent us an apology card with fruits and chocolates. Unfortunately, the new room was still smelly, not as smelly as the first one, but we accepted as we were super tired and didn’t want to wait any longer. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: Shower pressure was fantastic Breakfast was great, they had options like avocado toast, salmon bagel, burritos, and a variety of international options Bed was comfortable Swimming pool Temperature was perfect and the bar very convenient with great drinks Beach is clean and not crowded Sunset is beautiful The restaurants had a good environment and good food. A bit pricey, but overall worth it. Cons: Mould. This is actually the only reason I wouldn’t go back to this hotel. The smell is in the room and the entrance mainly. The rest of the areas are okay. This hotel was built in 1993, so I have to say that if it wasn’t for that, the hotel would be in amazing condition. Service by the pool was very slow, my husband tried to get a beer first thing when he arrived and only after calling the waiter twice they brought him the beer, but it was room temperature! 😞 Coconut water and beer were not cold, they actually offered ice, but it just made it watery and tasteless. Bike rental can only be used inside the hotel, and they don’t tell you that when you rent it. I tried to go out to cycle in the surrounding area and they didn’t allow me to go. After complaining, the charged me half price for the rent. I only used inside the hotel and at the beach in front of the hotel. Concierge service was very slow and inefficient. He didn’t have packages to offer, photos, or videos. Everything was searched on Google right in front of us. The only option given was a private driver that could take us anywhere we wanted to go. The problem is that we didn’t know the places, so we were expecting a better introduction to the island and the activities. We ended up doing our own research and hiring the driver. Transfer from hotel to airport costs 430,000 RP, but if you get a grab (similar to Uber/Didi) it will cost you less than 80,000 RP. Overall, the hotel is a good option if you can tolerate the smell. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t recommend it. Otherwise it was a great stay for the price.

I’m so pleased that I choose this hotel. All staffs are super friendly and make me feel very welcomed. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The restaurant a la carte menu is also really delicious. Locations is the best for me to spend me last day in Bali. Next to the beach and not far from airport.

Their knowledge of Balinese culture and cuisine added depth to our dining experiences. While the villa's facilities were undoubtedly luxurious, it was the staff's sincere desire to ensure our comfort and enjoyment that truly made our stay memorable. Their combination of professionalism and heartfelt hospitality transformed a pleasant vacation into an unforgettable experience. In summary, if you're looking for a Bali getaway where you'll be treated not just as a guest, but as a cherished friend, this villa should be at the top of your list. The staff's warmth, attentiveness, and helpfulness create an atmosphere of genuine care that elevates every aspect of your stay.

We had a fantastic relaxing stay in our villa, our plan was to travel Bali. The private 🏊🏻pool is a really good size with extra shallow part in the shade if you have smaller children, good size fridge available to keep your drinks cool🍹🍸😋 sun beds available for lounging round the pool. we had a three bedroom villa all rooms kept immaculate and were cleaned every morning during our stay. the grounds are constantly cleaned and well maintained. definitely.would stay again.

I loved this hotel. The staff were amazing, the breakfast was good, the gym was good and the infinity pool was great. Ideally located, you can walk to the beach and watch the sunset or you can go to the rooftop bar and enjoy the beautiful views after a long day of touring. Whether you travel alone or with family, this is the hotel for you. They have laundry service, floating breakfast, and the bartenders make some delicious cocktails

Sangat suka hotel ini. Bilik deluxe adalah seperti tinggal di vila. Ia adalah bangunan kecil dua tingkat dengan reka bentuk yang baik, penebat bunyi yang baik dan kolam renang luaran. Airnya juga sangat baik! Seluruh hotel adalah seperti taman botani dengan banyak bonsai. Sarapan pagi termasuk teh hitam, mi nasi goreng dan salad. Lagipun, saya boleh makan secukupnya. Saya rasa katilnya sangat selesa dan bantal juga sangat selesa. Saya tidak tahu mengapa pelanggan lain mengatakan katil itu lembut, tetapi saya fikir ia betul-betul lembut dan keras. Saya tidur nyenyak dua malam itu! Kemudian saya menginap di hotel 5 bintang di Nusa Dua Sejujurnya, saya lebih suka hotel ini di Jimbaran. Dan turun ke bumi. Ia juga sangat mudah untuk makan di luar Terdapat banyak restoran dalam jarak beberapa minit berjalan kaki. Juga dekat dengan pantai. Ia hanya mengambil masa dua atau tiga minit untuk berjalan kaki. Lain kali saya akan tinggal lebih lama.

It was amazing! The location is perfect, very close to airport, the service and breakfast is amazing. Very friendly staff. The room is a dream, the private pools are calm and cosy.

It was awesome. I had a layover in Bali, so I chose this hotel. The villa was nice with a private pool. Close to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can get a massage and food right at the hotel. So I stayed there for the whole day and enjoyed! 20-25 mins away from Jimbaran beach by walking, but the beach was dirty.

Sangat bagus, sangat dekat dengan kawasan perniagaan dan sangat mudah untuk perjalanan Kakitangan perkhidmatan teksi di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat baik. Mereka membantu kami mengambil kotak dan menghantar kami ke bilik.

Perfect honeymooners spot. So private, you got your own pool and its really spacey. Love the decoration. Breakfast was good, they have the traditional and western breakfast. Staff members are very friendly and polite. I actually got upgraded to 2 bedroom villa even though I’m staying but I will definitely come here again if I want to have an escape to nature. The master bedroom and pool facing directly to forest which make the ambience more natural.
