I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

First of all, the most special thing about this hotel is its interior design, very classy. many photo spots in the lobby area that can be selected for use. Cons? Hm, almost all. - What is advertised by the hotel in their social media or website with the reality is totally different in regard of COVID 19 health protocols implementations. (at check-in, no one checked our body temperature, offered to use hand sanitizer). By this case, if we have a fever and it turns out one of us positive for covid 19 but we passed the check in process easily. could you still ensure the safety of all guests staying with you? we just wondering, do all point on CHSE implemented by the hotel's staff in daily basis? - Very poor room conditions. quite a lot of wall stains, the duvet cover has lots of stains, the painting in the room when I just checked in, the position almost fell. wow, seriously this hotel is managed by Jayakarta Group? (FYI my room was in 003) - The health protocol banner in the front lobby fell because of the wind but no one noticed? - Staffs attitudes needs to be improved. no one greeted us at all when we were in the lobby, even when the hotel female staff passed us. Well, is it due to we are local Balinese guests and supposed to get this kind of service? No, learn to respect every guest who stays with you. - At the end, we decided to did an early checked out and even the most horrible moment, when I arrived at reception. the staff incharged didn't ask the reason why I decided to did an early checked out. Awesome level of hospitality.

stayed for two nights here and the location is excellent as well. Even though there is no direct access to the beach, it can be reached by walking through an alley in about five minutes. The hotel is within walking distance of many excellent dining establishments and can be reached by foot from the majority of Legian's surrounding areas. It's a great idea to go up to the rooftop pool early to avoid the crowds, though. The breakfast, which included both local and international options, was also excellent.

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

There are a shuttles to the hotel every 1 hour even early morning at airport. The breakfast was really good. And the staff was so friendly and helpful. But the room was not a good condition… recommend for just one night if you arrive at night in Bali.

Quite large room. Nice garden. The kids club was average. Breakfast variation quite a lot, u have to come early because it's crowded. But it was raining and windy so we couldn't play in the beach.

It’s located just above Beachwalk Mega New shopping mall & just opposite Kuta Beach. Everything is fine, just the jam in beach area took us to reach the hotel 30 to 40 minutes late always. Although the room was small but okay and the bathroom is in open concept, can see through who is inside and the toilet sound can’t make other person to sleep. Breakfast buffet menu was huge.. satisfied. Coffe is served with smile. Liked the cappuccino a lot. All well known branded shops are in the adjacent shopping mall. Enjoyed the stay.

This place was absolutely amazing!! I’m so glad I chose to stay here. It was super clean and had the most friendly and bubbliest crew there!! It was off the main touristy location and was in a quiet area that had an ATM and little supermarket next door. Security was on point and would check the cars when we dropped back for anything we may have left behind, or they would take a pic of the cars number plate when we were picked up by transport.

There are not enough accolades to express the huge enthusiasm and joy I felt after my recent ten day detox experience at Five Elements Retreat. The grounds, set by the calming water rapids of the Ayung River, are nothing short of spectacular. Truly it’s how I would imagine The Garden of Eden to look like with its lush greenery, tropical flowers, water features and Balinese statues. A constant calming treat for the eye and ear. The accommodations were high end deluxe with our private pool, view of River, outdoor shower, huge bathtub and enormous comfortable mosquito netted bed. Housekeeping was always impeccable. As was every element of service provided by each and every one of the warm, friendly and caring staff on their team. The cuisine was 100 percent vegan with many creative, tasty and well presented dishes. It’s a good introduction to the vegan lifestyle. Our cooking classes with the head chef were enlightening and fun (but with all due respect, I was not converted to becoming vegan in the real world!) Finally, the health and healing services offered were truly top of the line- as good as- if not better than the most famous spas in the world I have visited. Only locally made natural creams and lotions are used during treatments. For me the real highlight was the water healing session (beyond amazing) but all the others were excellent too. The healing staff were all top of the line. Always ending up relaxed and refreshed. Special thanks to Keetut for her constant kindness, eagerness and helpfulness to refine and define our specific activities and sessions during the stay. I can not recommend Five Elements highly enough either for an extended retreat or a short hotel stay. What a paradise!!! I hated to leave.
