Staff is really friendly and respectful. The location is in the main road so you won't be able to enjoy anything in a walking distance however all beaches are 5km away from the location. You can enjoy by renting a scooter from nearby areas. I enjoyed dining at the hotel, they have local and western cuisines. Swimming pool may cost you extra buck if you want to swim. I stay with Aston properties before and I enjoy their service, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for affordable yet good service hotels in Bali.

Quite large room. Nice garden. The kids club was average. Breakfast variation quite a lot, u have to come early because it's crowded. But it was raining and windy so we couldn't play in the beach.

Yhis is my first visit and stay to this hotel, which the location very famous specially to who loves surfing, swimming, sunbathing... 800 m fr the to the famous kuta beach bali. Surrounding by five star hotels, culinairy, beachwalk mall, cafes. The hotel is nice, the room is comfort, clean, tidy, safety box, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, nice linen pillows'bed/blanket. Luxury hotel with perfect pricing, very kind staff. It was perfect for our 2 days to Uluwatu. It’s 30-40 minutes from Uluwatu, the place is quiet and has nice facilities. The room service is decent and they offer you a complimentary tea on arrival. Parking is available at the hotel

We have recently returned from a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable 10 night vacation at Vivara Private Pool Villas & Spa Retreat in Jimbaran, Bali. Our aim was to get away from our busy life and take a complete break. The resort comprises 48 beautiful, private, self-contained pool villas, most of which are one or two-bedroom. Each villa is like your own home-away-from home, with pool decking and lounges, an alfresco kitchen bungalow (with a daily replenishment of non-alcoholic drinks in the mini bar), outdoor rain shower and bathroom, and a spacious bedroom with lounge area. It is clear that the resort aims to make every guest’s experience as comfortable as possible. As we were so comfortable in our villa, we were determined not to become complete ‘holiday recluses’ and, despite room service being the option for many of the guests, we always walked to the poolside restaurant for breakfast each morning, afternoon tea every second day, before feasting on a fabulous evening dining experience on alternate evenings. Needless to say, we did not leave Vivara hungry! The resort is like a small community, and staff are more than happy to transport you to and from your villa using golf buggies, or you can take advantage of the communal bikes and scooters and ride around the resort pathways. Additionally, a complimentary shuttle service to and from Jimbaran Beach is available, and times are customised to guests, creating a very personalised and welcome service. Being a spa retreat, we indulged in five deep tissue massages each, and they were a highlight of our stay. The private bungalows are built in a traditional Balinese style, are quiet and calming, and the masseuses provided a comfortable, relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Thank you, so much. The heart of the resort, though, is the staff. They were all, without exception, incredibly friendly, helpful, and always keen to converse and learn about their guests, or share their insights into Bali. We cannot recommend the Vivara staff highly enough. Thank you, Keke, and all your staff, for making our stay so enjoyable. We loved being immersed in the Balinese style of the resort, and Vivara did not disappoint as the ideal place for us to unwind and relax. We have no hesitation in recommending Vivara to any visitors searching for the same experience.

What to say about this little Episode?...Well, it's quiet and peaceful and currently being renovated (with little disruption, it has to be said)... it's on the wrong side of the highway, so unless you want to dice with death, you need to bike or cab everywhere...the architecture is bizarre...form over function with a pool plonked in the middle...and rooms that really needed to be about 50% bigger for anyone who wants to properly swing a feline. Breakfast, robust and solid...especially if you're Asian...staff, obliging and attentive...a gym that's seen better days... an always empty restaurant that serves nice local food at a reasonable price...a big mega mall behind that's accessible from the hotel... and a booze-and-snack-filled minimart next door. What to say? ... it's nice. It's fine. It's a bit soulless and not very Bali...you can probably do better, but if you can't, it's grand.

Hotel lama tetapi dengan lokasi yang indah betul-betul di sebelah pantai. Bufet sarapan pagi adalah baik walaupun sangat ramai. Penyaman udara di 2 bilik kami tidak berfungsi sepanjang penginapan kami dan juruteknik tidak dapat berbuat apa-apa untuk membaikinya jadi beberapa hari dan malam yang hangat untuk kami! Katil cukup selesa.

Sejauh ini cukup nyaman untuk bermalam disini. Harganya sesuai fasilitas yang ditawarkan. Cukup puas dengan pelayanan yang ditawarkan.

I stayed just one night at the Manggur Hotel which is tucked away in a narrow lane. While the address is given as Kuta it is closer to the airport than to central Kuta. It is one of those hotels that is crumbling a bit around the edges but functional and reasonably clean. Everything is a bit shabby with a few broken tiles and cracked paint. The hotel is pretty cheap and surprisingly busy. It was full the night that I stayed and again the following night. The rooms are arranged around a central pool which is surprisingly cool because it is shaded a lot of the time. There is no lift but only 3 stories so not so far to drag luggage and the nice man from reception carried mine up. My room was a reasonable size with queen bed. There was also a good sized balcony looking down on the pool. The room had a safe, fridge and kettle but no hairdryer. The water in the shower was just a bit north of tepid. An a la carte breakfast was included served by the pool. The seating in the pool area was a good place to relax and perhaps work a bit. The wifi was very good. In fact the only thing that I really didn’t like was the 5.00 am call to prayer from the mosque next door. The Manggur is a good budget option as long as your expectations aren’t too high.

First of all, the most special thing about this hotel is its interior design, very classy. many photo spots in the lobby area that can be selected for use. Cons? Hm, almost all. - What is advertised by the hotel in their social media or website with the reality is totally different in regard of COVID 19 health protocols implementations. (at check-in, no one checked our body temperature, offered to use hand sanitizer). By this case, if we have a fever and it turns out one of us positive for covid 19 but we passed the check in process easily. could you still ensure the safety of all guests staying with you? we just wondering, do all point on CHSE implemented by the hotel's staff in daily basis? - Very poor room conditions. quite a lot of wall stains, the duvet cover has lots of stains, the painting in the room when I just checked in, the position almost fell. wow, seriously this hotel is managed by Jayakarta Group? (FYI my room was in 003) - The health protocol banner in the front lobby fell because of the wind but no one noticed? - Staffs attitudes needs to be improved. no one greeted us at all when we were in the lobby, even when the hotel female staff passed us. Well, is it due to we are local Balinese guests and supposed to get this kind of service? No, learn to respect every guest who stays with you. - At the end, we decided to did an early checked out and even the most horrible moment, when I arrived at reception. the staff incharged didn't ask the reason why I decided to did an early checked out. Awesome level of hospitality.
