A bit outdated in the decor department. Lowly lit old fashioned lobby area. Room had an exceptionally small window keeping the room darker than normal without the lights on in the daytime. NOT a value coming from a Lifetime Marriott Titanium Member?

Quiet and comfy beds, walkable distance from Banff restos and boutiques, shuttles for skiing at the door. Perfect for a ski trip !

Spacious room right on Banff Avenue. Very helpful staff. Easy access to transit to get around Banff and to the three major ski hills. Had a crib available for our infant.

Had 2-night midweek stay at Royal Canadian Lodge. Very quiet room overlooking Banff Avenue. Gas fireplace is a nice touch. Room was clean and spacious.

Staff were great. Heated parking is a must in winter. Area is excellent for walking! Only complaint was housekeeping overlooked us a couple days and had to call and request towels, toiletries etc…… would stay here again for sure!

Not a very responsive staff Room was not serviced daily unless we asked. Came back from skiing to an uncleared room.

Perfect location! Close enough that it's easy to walk to town, but far enough from town that I could still easily get in a bus to ski resorts. The bus was full at this stop, so anything closer to town would have been bad because you wouldn't have been able to use public transit. The price was very affordable! Would totally recommend.

Front desk was helpful and friendly. We wanted different pillows and they were quick and accomodating. Pool spa area was great after a ski day. Hosekeeping was helpful. Well done staff!

We stayed here with our 8-year-old twin sons and they loved it. The pool with its hot tub and sauna is very kid-friendly and we hung out there for hours. The rooms are large, comfortable and very quiet. We were pleasantly surprised to learn we could open the door in our room and step outside onto the roof which had chairs and nice spots to relax. Our favourite Banff hotel.

Spacious, clean and well-maintained rooms, lovely pool, delicious dinner and friendly staff. We’ll come again!
