Comfortable room, top notch service."

"The hotel is old and gloomy, a bit like the ones in horror movies... From the parking lot to the room, you have to push open two old fire doors and walk through the dim corridor. The room door lock is obviously pried open, with a big gap... The interior is decorated in the style of the 70s/80s, mainly dim, because there is a kitchen, the ventilation system is not good, the room is full of odors, even the bedding is the same... This kind of hotel costs more than 2,000 a night. If I knew this, I would not stay here for free."

The underground parking garage is a bit old and dimly lit."

I like the spaciousness of the loft when you have so many luggages. The hot chocolate station in the evening is a nice touch. There is a famous farm & fire restaurant in the hotel which we didn’t get to try. The indoor parking is $5 CAD."

"The room near the elevator was quite noisy. The vent in the room was also very loud and couldn't be turned off completely. There were no slippers in the room, but you could call the front desk for toothbrushes and toothpaste. The complimentary coffee from the front desk was decent. However, you could see into rooms in the building behind from our balcony, so privacy wasn't great."
