I couldn’t believe that on Christmas Day I was treated to such a wonderful stop over!! The whole place was like fairy land and the food out of this world. The icing on the cake for me was the gluten-free corner… Beautiful bread cakes and goodies. Thank you for making the end of my holiday so special. This was my Christmas dinner

Sometimes the service alone can make an accommodation worth a 5-star rating. This was the case with the O2 Luxury Hotel. I arrived to the property and was greeted kindly by the staff. Although everyone was wearing a mask, I could feel their smiles. I was happy to be assisted with my luggage and check-in was very prompt. The hotel has a convenient location near shopping and massages less than a minute away. The highlights of my stay were Coco, the amazing concierge (you might as well call him the Google of “All Things Thailand”) and all of the front desk staff. I was especially impressed they were able to book a dinner cruise for me when the majority of the reservations were closed. If you care about your interactions with the staff, chose to stay at O2 Luxury!

Saya benar-benar menikmati penginapan satu malam saya di hotel ini sebelum penerbangan jarak jauh sehari saya kembali ke Australia. Bilik itu luas dan saya cadangkan menempah bilik dengan pemandangan lapangan terbang - ini adalah kelebihan yang besar! Saya duduk dan memerhatikan pesawat, sebagai seorang geek biasa seperti saya. Bilik itu besar dengan kawasan berasingan untuk katil dan ruang makan serta mempunyai bilik mandi yang bagus. Saya tidak suka mandi di atas tab mandi - hanya perkara kecil...pada usia saya, saya boleh tergelincir masuk dan keluar dari benda itu! Kakitangan semua sangat ramah dan membantu. Kawasan ruang legar sangat mengagumkan! Saya suka piano besar dan muzik yang disediakan semasa makan malam - tidak perlu pergi ke luar hotel untuk minum atau makan. Saya pasti akan tinggal di sana pada perjalanan seterusnya ke Thailand dan mengelakkan huru-hara Bangkok untuk beberapa hari yang menyenangkan!

The location is perfect for early morning flight. The cleanliness must to improve in some details i found a plastic cover of bottle of water next to sink in bath room but it fine not a big deal as well the bed is bit hard for me it made me difficult to sleep. The staff are nice :) Overall this hotel it good to stay if you have morning flight very convenient.

The rooms are old and worn, cleaning not perfect and and there was no hot water when I wanted to shower. The fact that the staff was nice, the location close to the airport is practical (if just sleeping between flights), and the pool area looked nice doesn't make up for the flaws. More like two stars in my book.

Do not stay here, I implore all my fellow travellers! It’s imperative you heed my advice or suffer the same consequences! This is actually just a typical local Thai apartment converted into a so called “Hotel” for unsuspecting tourists. Hence, it’s totally void of any hospitality services. You can order room service from their restaurant and the rude staff will tell you to personally go down to collect the food from the restaurant and bring it up yourself or to eat in the restaurant with the additional service charges! Because she’s too lazy to provide room service. Housekeeping is not available every day and forget about calling them to clear the rubbish in your room because they just don’t turn up! I book with Agoda and the price was 531 baht but they insisted that I should pay them the 690 baht rate! When I refused, the part-time manager from Malaysia who is also staying in the hotel behaves like a Thug. He enlisted the help of 3 security guards to threaten and intimidate me even when I did not do anything but insisted for an explanation from them on the double standard pricing for the locals of 500 baht and for tourists is 690 baht!? All these terrible service attitudes from the staffs is the reflection of this unprofessional part-time repugnant manager from Malaysia. He is also a two face fiend. Firstly, he said he will get back to me on the pricing but the next moment he had 3 security guards coming for me! He then disappeared like a coward. I had to leave the place immediately for fear of my safety from one of the security threatening me with bodily harm. They refused to allow me to call for Police but instead took it upon themselves to manhandle me! I left in a flurry when they threw my bags out of the hotel! Such obnoxious attitude towards Hotel guests who refused to accommodate to their demands. Seems the guests have to appease them and not vice versa. Room 602 Eric.

We stayed two nights in December 2023. It's website site proclaims 5 stars, but it is a 1 star in my opinion. First off, the bathroom had no hot water while there, so we were forced to take cold showers. The water pooled in the shower because there was some kind of drain problem. It resembles and old hospital in the hall ways. Our window views were of a burned out building next door. The building on the left looked unfinished. Almost all of the customers are Chinese. The elevators are old and slow. The staff were very nice dealing with what they could. The a/c was mediocre and no window screen, so we had to keep it closed. The bed was decent, as were the sheets and pillows. The room is large, but it is very marginal in fit and finish. They have a nice convenience store right next door for snacks and a hot pot restaurant in the parking lot that was tasty. Parking was good and they have a barber shop next door. The area is industrial in nature. The breakfast buffet was not good and got charged at a price triple what was offered. Most of the restaurants were located far away, as were the malls. All in all, I would not book it again, regardless of the price.

My experience rating is 1 very disappointing stay at the hotel overnight in room 608 arrived to find the room extremely hot with the air conditioner not working properly Having a shower was difficult when the water pressure was very low took a long time to have a decent shower Only having one pillow on the bed made it very uncomfortable to sleep during the night During our stay inside the hotel room l had a serious accident which was reported to reception our chair seat has been damaged causing me to fall on the floor hurting my legs and knees see photo It was a very disappointing stay at this hotel All issues were reported to reception and it appears they didn’t care afterwards which prompted me to make this review

However, I did find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel to be slightly less efficient. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall convenience of the shuttle service adds to the hotel's appeal. Its idyllic setting, exceptional amenities, and impeccable service create an environment that nurtures relaxation and well-being. Cari kakitangan yang memakai baju atasan berwarna merah jambu itu, sahkan senarai dan kakitangan akan menghubungi , bas jemput hotel datang lebih daripada 10 minit. Ia mengambil masa lebih daripada 20 minit untuk sampai ke lapangan terbang kerana kesesakan lalu lintas pada siang hari. Sarapan pagi adalah sederhana, tidak banyak jenis, cukup untuk mengisi anda. Nisbah prestasi harga untuk penerbangan sambungan masih baik, lagipun, terdapat perkhidmatan jemput dan hantar lapangan terbang percuma.
