The hotel is a great place to stay, especially if you're just there for airport purposes. We got in late, around 9:00 PM and the restaurant was open, and we had a lot of great food! Live singer as well They do their absolute best to provide a top notch experience. We had one issue where there was a loud noise which occurred around every 10-15 minutes in our room and mosquitos. It was about midnight and every time we went to go to sleep, it happened again, waking us up. The first maintenance guy brought bug spray and listened for the noise but of course didn't happen while he was there, (he didn't stay long enough!) so the manager called and we were insistent. So he sent two more hotel staff for ”as long as we wanted them to stay” and we all ended up sitting in the room quietly until it happened again. Finally they heard what we were talking about and made efforts to repair it - something in the AC duct. Anyway, they sincerely do everything they can to ensure a great stay. I'd go back, but make sure they put in mosquito plugins!

Excellent short-term stay. 10-20 min shuttle bus to and from airport. Professional helpful staff. I enjoyed the jazz duo music at the lobby lounge. 25 min taxi trip to MegaBangna. Shop till you drop. Peace away from hassles of Bangkok city. The Ma Spa is very good for relaxing after or before your flight. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to rest between long flights.

My experience rating is 1 very disappointing stay at the hotel overnight in room 608 arrived to find the room extremely hot with the air conditioner not working properly Having a shower was difficult when the water pressure was very low took a long time to have a decent shower Only having one pillow on the bed made it very uncomfortable to sleep during the night During our stay inside the hotel room l had a serious accident which was reported to reception our chair seat has been damaged causing me to fall on the floor hurting my legs and knees see photo It was a very disappointing stay at this hotel All issues were reported to reception and it appears they didn’t care afterwards which prompted me to make this review

However, I did find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel to be slightly less efficient. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall convenience of the shuttle service adds to the hotel's appeal. Its idyllic setting, exceptional amenities, and impeccable service create an environment that nurtures relaxation and well-being. Second time in this hotel. The first time I had a really bad experience and a big problem with our conditioning and I had to leave late at night for the nearby Méridien. I wanted to give it a second try . This time I had a great experience . Wonderful experience with airport shuttle . Check-in was nice. Apartment was very big , I had a two bedroom just for myself. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with shower. The master bedroom had a huge bathroom with a shower and a bath. I had a Jacuzzi on the balcony , however, the water was very slow so I could only fill half the tube because it was taking too long, but the view was gorgeous from there, and it was very quiet. This time the air-conditioning was working perfectly . There is also a kitchen area with coffee, machine and water boiler . And of course there is a living area. I have to say that this time I had a really good stay and that makes me willing to come back .

Great hotel for airport stay. Nice local area with street food and 7/11. Great staff.
