Went with my family and stayed there couple of days. The stay was okay, it's kinda old place to stay - old dirty carpets, dead bird near the window which was not removed for a week. Doesn't look fancy for the price paid. Food was horrible specially the breakfast buffet. I saw cockroaches running on the mango fruit tray. Immediately called the manager around and pointed out. The head of the buffet(head chef I guess, some Tamil speaking guy) came back providing his visiting card and saying he can give complimentary dinner stuff etc. , he was kinda rude and did not feel bad for the state of buffet offered. They threw the plate of mangoes right away and was hoping nobody takes pictures or notice the chaos with cockroaches running around. there was a mention about Aappam near the dosa counter. Asked for one and they provided Aappam with canned coconut milk which was terrible. If u ask for coffee, it will be served after 40 minutes and sometimes they also forget to serve. Overall Food is pathetic, service is worst and place is very old.

The service is top class with a very good location in the city. Highly recommended and value for money. The entire staff is very professional and helpful. I would definitely come back. Hygiene and services are well managed. Thank you for a pleasant experience

We booked the mariott for a business conference for a large group of attendees from our company. While we had reservations about doing a team offsite in the heart of a city , all our apprehensions were eased once we started engaging with the wonderful employees of mariott. They are truly a good bunch of people who went out of their way to help us get the event organised in the best way possible. Special mention to Mahesh , Rupsa, Akhil & Tanaya who helped us a lot. Second the setting was beatiful - even though it is in the heart of the city the property is very near to the cubbon park which helps give a calm , serene atmosphere. Very much recommended.
Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall

My husband and I have had the most incredible stay at the Grand Mercure Hotel at Gopalan Mall. The staff and hospitality were incredible and attentive, the housekeeping staff were caring and friendly (Arpan and Sudeep in particular) and we were taken care of for our entire stay. The rooms were very clean, the AC was strong and the breakfast buffet was to die for (so delicious). The guest relations team were flexible and accommodating for us and our changing plans and we will most definitely be back for a stay next time I am in Bangalore! We stayed over the Christmas break and the decorations and Christmas spirit in the hotel was special. Thank you for such a positive first experience in India

One word “AMAZING”! I have stayed at a lot of five stars around the world but Ritz Carlton in Bangalore exceeded my expectations all the way up! The service is so so good, they really take care of their guests. I travelled solo and their staff like Aishwarya, the young guy downstairs at the concierge, all the staff and chef at the breakfast restaurant were so nice and accommodating. Their staff Aishwarya and team went above and beyond, and bought me a swimsuit as they got to know I forgot to bring mine! The spa and swimming pool is dreamy! Loved my stay here!
