Golden Palms Hotel and Spa Bangalore

We were very disappointed with the golden palms. The place was rundown and not well maintained. The breakfast was poor and there wasn’t enough seating for everyone. We booked for 2 nights but checked out after 1 and took the hit to go and stay somewhere else.

The lobby was filled with used bedsheets and beds all over. It gave an appearance of unclean ambience throughout the stay. Food and service is just okay, nothing great.

Overall it was good, the hotel service and food was excellent. Rooms are spacious and nice. But only the front office staff behaviour is not good, infact while check out they were asking for few id related documents which shd have asked during check in, they were literally rude and pathetic behaviour. The first point of contact is front office staff, if they are not good then the whole stay experience goes for a task.

It was a great stay and a great place to spend time with family and friends. Very calm and peaceful. Waiting to go again

The rooms are really old. In one of the rooms, shower was not working. It is understandable as it's an older property but prices were premium but rooms were far below. Not good value for money.
