So I recently stayed at the La Sara Grand hotel and overall I had a pleasant experience. The check in process was smooth and efficient all thanks to Mr.Basham who was extremely helpful and prompt in allotting the room at a very short notice. The hotel's location is perfect in the heart of ever bustling koramangala. Food is good, Housekeeping staff is efficient and Mr.Prashant and Ms.Khalida of the front office ensured that my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good hotel in this part of the city. Cheers..

Good hospitality, and staff was very helpful - special Thanks to Ms.Karishma at the front desk and Mr Ganpati - who helped arrange interstate transport at the very last moment Room service was always very quick and the breakfast spread was decent!

It was a nice experience. Food was good and loved the hospitality provided by the staff. Rooms were highly cleaned and linens were changed on regular basis. Gym needs to have some serious upgradation. The location of hotel is good. You will many shops outside

good response time, very enthusiastic team and hospitality was also very good. They made me feel relaxed and there were no issues during the stay as well. I ordered food through in room dining which came quick and was prepared nicely. I had no problems or any complaints. Had a comfortable stay .

I visited Bangalore for work and had a really great stay at the La Sara Grand Hotel. It is located in Koramangala and the service the hotel provides is really expectional. Also special thanks to Karishma for being such a good host. Will surely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Koramangala.

All is well from the reception to the room, the staff is so organized, I got exceptional and outsting attention from both staff especially KALAI LIVINGSTONE. She does her work with heart. The hospitality is quite good , response time to problems is also good. Keep it up. Will take the message back to ZIMBABWE
