Near MG road. You can find everything nearby like Malls, cinema and food joints. Not a 5 star hotel but still better than ***y 5 stars i stayed as per the price and location.

Average hotel, since it's a bit old It's clean though. The bathroom is split into WC and bathing area, WC is a bit cramped Beds are comfy We had a suite so a small kitchenette and a couch was next door Buffet was v poor quality, try a la carte HUGE CALLOUT TO THE STAFF! THEY ARE THE BEST! Wish they had a full length mirror in the room Also the bathrooms are translucent so if travelling with work colleagues you might be awkward, doesn't have bathroom blinds

A lovely quaint hotel in the heart of the city. The location is u beatable, right next to brigade Road and all the shopping areas and Pubs. The rooms have just been renovated and are quite spacious. The food is outstanding and the Karavali Restaurant is the best West Coast food in the country. The must try is the Appam and Allepy fish curry and the mango curry as well. The staff are really nice and very efficient and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. I guess a great hotel starts with the General Manager and Ms Sonali is a great leader who is always visible in guest areas.She runs a lovely hotel cpmparabley to the best. Thank you Sonali and team for a truly memorable experience.

I’ve always loved a night at the oberoi I felt brand new after spending two days there relaxing and eating great food. They have a great breakfast, Japanese restaurant and chill out door area.

We were on a family tour of bangalore and booked a 3 night stay at the elanza, seeing the great reviews. But my very first interaction with them was underwhelming. I reached bangalore at 11 am and their check-in was at 2 pm. So i called ahead to inform them of my early arrival, their response was very cold, flatly refusing an early check-in, even after telling them that i had no where else to go. On reaching the hotel they were not welcoming at all. The entire lobby was empty with just one person at the reception who did not even have a smile, rather an irritated expression. He said we would be charged for early check-in and still made us wait for an hour in the lobby as the rooms were not ready, in spite of calling and informing ahead. The rooms however were neat and clean at the outset, although we later found some termite nests on the ceiling, see pics. The room service and daily room cleaning was good. The breakfast spread was very disappointing. They had very limited and meagre variety of dishes. The taste was average, no complaints. But the service was very bad, because the dishes would run out quickly and we would have to keep asking to refill and keep everyone waiting. When it finally comes, the quantity would be so less that it would run out soon and the rest of us would still be waiting. This was so frustrating because families would just keep walking up to the buffet table and walk back disappointed and wait again. The overall feel was that they were running the hotel on strict budget and cost control, as they were short staffed. Overall it was an average experience, since my requirement was for a safe, accessible and neat place to crash for the night. If you are looking for an exciting hotel experience this is not the place for you.

I had the pleasure of staying at Chancery Pavilion for 15 days, and I am truly grateful for the exceptional hospitality and service provided by the entire team. From the reception staff to the duty manager, and Mr. Maruti (Front office), everyone ensured that my stay was comfortable and seamless. They regularly checked in on me, making sure I was perfectly fine and asking if I needed any assistance, including room cleaning or other necessities. A special mention to the amazing housekeeping team on the 5th floor, led by Floor Manager Mr. Prakash. His team—Nemi, Anjali, and two other male staff members—went above and beyond to maintain the cleanliness of my room. They ensured that all essentials were provided, and my bath towels and beddings were always fresh and well-maintained. Their dedication and professionalism truly enhanced my experience. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding service from the entire team at Chancery Pavilion and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay. Thank you all for making my stay wonderful!

Lovely stay, nice pool, friendly staff, breakfast was good too, and location is v close to the G***da mall. The only limitation is space, probably because it's in the city center. There is hardly any garden area and the size of the pool is small, though it's pretty nice! I would stay again next year! Good value for money.
