The staff was not helpfull while placeing food order the staff was keep hanging the phone on our face and if we are asking for anything they are saying they don't have they will not able to provide only Housekeeping was good on times and after check out from the hotel tlfor reception we got a call saying that we need to pay more for the food bill which we paid but after that when I call and asked for the bill they did not provided the full bill and after asking 4 to 5 times for they have sended the bill but in the bill there was no exter amount was pending from our end and after asking why they have asked for the extra money they did not had any answer they just refunded the amount with out giving any call back.

I had visited to this place for my friend wedding. It is near Veerannapalya bus stand, Nagavara, just about 300m walk from bus stand to hotel. I had a good experience at this hotel, it was clean, had good fragrance while entering a room, service is good. Washroom is good and has towel holder at wash basin, hot and cold water tap at wash basin, two types of shower gel plus small soap, cloth holder and 24hrs hot water service. In a room wadrobe, two single seater chair, coffe table, breakfast table, Tv, etc. I got a room veiwing towards SNN Apartment which looks good during night. Hotel provides complementary breakfast (its Room service). Please visit Ganesh Sadhana Hotel (Veg Hotel) you will love the taste of food.
