I have been staying in Bangalore for a month, and my experience at this hotel has been exceptional. The room service has truly exceeded my expectations, making my stay comfortable and pleasant. Two particular highlights were the seamless spa booking process and the flexible laundry service, both of which were handled with great efficiency and care. What stood out the most was the attentiveness of the 24/7 on-call room manager. Their prompt and professional responses to all my needs were truly impressive. Every request was met with a smile, and their dedication to ensuring a hassle-free experience was evident throughout my stay. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the staff, especially to Boii, for their outstanding service. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made a significant difference. They went above and beyond to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, making this stay one of the best I’ve ever had. Location-ally perfect for anyone who needs to be in electronic city or thereabouts. Neat clean and spacious rooms, with a very pleasant & efficient staff. Bathrooms, however, are a little small. The rooftop restaurant is a must, in the evening! breakfast is nice, although they serve only chicken sausages as the only non-veg item (apart from eggs, of course. However, the discount deal that was offered by mm t was only honored for the food & not the beverages part of my bill, even though it said f&b in my voucher.

The place is beautiful. The pool is well maintained but could have been cleaned a bit more. We enjoyed the jacuzzi experience. Mr. Ravi was very nice and ensured we had a safe experience (we were 3 women and weren’t sure of the privacy in the jacuzzi). He went an extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. All the staff are courteous. They had arranged a beautiful setup for high tea- easels with paint brushed and paints were arranged on the deck over looking the pool and tea and snacks arrangement was made there. My daughter loved it! And many kids painted while the adults enjoyed the wonderful evening with yummy snacks. They really try and make your stay memorable! I made some great memories with my mom and daughter!

very close to all the shops.The hotel staff was really nice and Mahesh who was in charge of our house keeping made sure that we had a pleasant stay checking on all our needs during the stay. the food at the restaurant was amazing. highly Recommend.

Very good location, close to metro station, near to peenya. Biec is nearby to reach in about 20-25 minutes. Larger rooms, excellent breakfast, most important is courteous staff. Very nice lobby area. Safety, cleanliness & hygiene atmosphere seems motto of the hotel. Mall is just across the street. All these available at very reasonable room price.

Would definitely highly recommend this hotel to any traveller. The location next to the mall is perfect with ample shopping and lots of food shops to try. The hotel is beautifully kept with attention to detail at every level of service and cleanliness. Staff are super helpful and very friendly willing to accommodate your every need. The hotel is also equipped with day spa which is the perfect end to your holiday. The architecture design of this building is incredible so gorgeous to see during the day and even more impressive at night. Keep the great level of service up would definitely book again if visiting India again

The service was incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay for two nights here. Food is amazing and at great price. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, patient in answering my questions regarding shopping, traffic, recommendations, etc. I will refit stay here again for next visit.

I really did enjoy my visit to this hotel, even when I had some issues with my luggage, the staff provided superb service and answered all of my questions. It was also a suprise when the next day of my stay, there was a Christmas event in the hotel and I was invited to join the celebration. Was a quick burst of fun. The food was also great, with a variety of western food and local Indian. The rooms service always kept my room clean and nice to be in. Special mention to receptionist Subham who provided me with extra attention and engaging conversation.

Conveniently located with great and friendly staffs! The traffic around can get quite busy, do rem to add some buffer time to your destinations.
