Excellent service and a great environment. They even provide breakfast pastries and late-night snacks! All the staff are wonderful, and they can even help with parcel collection. It's close to Beijing Road, so getting around on foot is very convenient. ❤️❤️

My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. Besides having a wonderful birthday trip, we also gained a rich experience in human connection. Thank you to everyone at Futian MO. We'll definitely be staying here again! ^.^

This time, we celebrated our anniversary by staying in an Executive Room at the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou, and the overall experience was excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, the bellboy promptly came over to help with our luggage, and then we checked in directly at the Executive Lounge. It was very efficient, and we didn't have to wait in line at the main lobby. The hotel had thoughtfully prepared a card and a cake to celebrate our anniversary, which was a very nice touch. What left the deepest impression was the service. No matter where we were in the hotel, every staff member we encountered greeted us kindly, making us feel right at home. I'd especially like to commend Nicolo from the Executive Lounge, Oriental Club. From the moment we checked in, he was incredibly welcoming. Every time we visited the Executive Lounge, he remembered our names and always chatted with us pleasantly, with a smile on his face. His service was professional and friendly, adding many wonderful memories to our trip. Additionally, Yamy and Silvia, who handled our check-out at the Executive Lounge, proactively asked if we wanted to pack some drinks and also gave us a refrigerator magnet. The only thing that needs improvement is the late check-out policy. The front desk initially told me that it depended on availability and was generally not possible, and in the end, they could only extend it until 2 PM. Considering that hotels of a similar caliber usually offer more flexible late check-out options, I hope the hotel will actively consider extending the late check-out time.

The overall room experience was excellent. The decor was simple yet stylish, with warm tones that looked very inviting, and the lighting design created a great ambiance. The room layout was well-designed, making excellent use of the space. The bed was large, and the bedding looked clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. I also really liked the bathroom design; it was very clean and fresh. The round illuminated mirror was a nice touch, and the vanity area was bright and spotless. The wooden elements in the room, combined with the soft lighting, gave the whole place a very cozy feel, unlike the cold, sterile atmosphere you often find in typical business hotels. The cleanliness was also impressive; the room was very well maintained and spotless. The actual room was pretty much exactly as pictured, and it offered good value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

I had a wonderful stay at ibis. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. The room was modern, quiet, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to transport, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Looking forward to staying here again!

This hotel's service and environment definitely exceed 5 stars. Aside from waiting a while for the elevators, there's really nothing else to complain about. I have to say, this is probably the most satisfying hotel we've ever stayed in. The smart room was clean and spacious, with a large TV and basically everything you could need. The bedding, pillows, and sheets were all very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep every day. The hotel also offers self-service laundry and drying, and after washing, the staff even helped us take the clothes out to dry. They also provide breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper daily. Breakfast is served until 12 pm, and there's a wide variety of food options. The hotel is located right at Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, and Big Buddha Temple is visible right outside the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient. There's also a small supermarket downstairs and many restaurants nearby. Ultimately, we extended our stay by two more nights. We even changed our subsequent travel plans just to stay two extra nights. Every day, we were touched by their thoughtful small gestures. I remember one day I bought yogurt back, and the next day I took the room card out when leaving, cutting off the power. When the cleaning lady serviced the room, she even inserted the card to turn on the power and the air conditioning, so the room was always cool when we returned to the hotel. It was really hot in the summer. Thank you to every staff member at Sino Select for your dedication. It was a pleasure to meet you all. You are truly wonderful! See you next time!

A huge shout-out to Vanilla at the front desk of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy! My stay was absolutely perfect. The lobby ambiance is grand and elegant, and the location is superb. However, the most outstanding aspect was undoubtedly the professional service from the front office team. A special thank you to Front Office Director Perry and the entire front desk team: Hedy, Jimmy, Jennifer, Molly, Erin, Dannie, Koko, Sahar, Joy, Bella, and Eva. The whole team is incredibly well-trained and works seamlessly together, maintaining order even during peak check-in times. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick. The team members were consistently gentle and polite, proactively explaining hotel facilities, local transportation, and member benefits. They were prompt in responding to requests for luggage storage, coordinating room needs, and answering inquiries. Their attention to detail was exceptional, perfectly embodying the Ritz-Carlton's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Each team member was patient, meticulous, and handled situations with poise, resolving issues efficiently and thoughtfully. There was no cumbersome waiting at any point, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. When I visit Futian next time, The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy will still be my top choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

The overall service experience was excellent. After booking, I was quickly contacted by the front desk, and the staff were incredibly patient in answering all my questions from the moment we arrived until we checked in. The room layout is perfect for families or friends traveling together, featuring two large beds and a spacious sofa that my child particularly loved and chose to sleep on. The hotel breakfast offers great value for money at just 20 RMB per person. The dishes were well-suited for children's tastes. We had three adults and two children; one child was free, and the other was half-price, making the overall cost very reasonable. From our room, we could even see the upper part of the Canton Tower, which delighted the children. The location is also superb. After breakfast, we could walk to the Guangzhou Library, Museum, Children's Palace, and Guangzhou Opera House, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. They also gave us two Canton Tower souvenirs, which made the kids very happy! ❤️

My child loved it and wants to stay here again next time. Chimelong Ocean Kingdom has several hotels: Penguin Hotel, Spaceship Hotel, and Hengqin Bay. Each has its unique features. Hengqin Bay's main draws are its water park and dolphins. The water park opens at 9:30 AM, and that's when the dolphins are fed, allowing for close-up viewing. The package ticket offers unlimited entry to Ocean Kingdom for two days, which is incredibly good value. Especially in the hot summer, you can get tired after half a day of playing, so it's great for kids to return to the hotel to rest and then come back the next day to finish exploring. Plus, you get one-hour early entry, avoiding the 10 AM queues at the main Chimelong entrance by using the hotel's exclusive通道. Breakfast at the hotel is also very extensive, with a wide variety of steamed dim sum, noodles, and more. Everything is of excellent quality! My child had a blast eating and playing. Hengqin Bay is absolutely massive, divided into Dolphin and Seahorse sections. Upon entering, you're almost shocked to see about a dozen counters with staff checking people in – it gets incredibly crowded! Naturally, during breakfast, two large restaurants serve food simultaneously. There was a minor hiccup during check-in, but the concierge discreetly delivered four picture books and puzzles to the children, which was a very nice touch! We also had an experience ordering takeout. Everyone waited at the takeout handover point, and we were all assigned four-digit codes, making it feel like a secret agent rendezvous – quite amusing.

First off, a big thank you to Flora for arranging everything! We stayed at Wanghailou and MGM before this, and while those were satisfactory, Angsana's service truly surprised us. They upgraded our original sea view room to a 'Premium Sea View,' which was fantastic. The elevator goes directly down to the pool, and the way the pool blends with the trees here creates a wonderful, Bali-like atmosphere. Plus, the sunshine in Zhuhai isn't as intense as in Sanya, making it feel very relaxing – a much more laid-back vibe than the scenic pool at Wanghailou. The only minor point was on the other side of the pool, it seemed like it needed a good clean, as there was a bit of plastic trash. Since it wasn't a holiday, they also kindly arranged an early check-in and an extra hour for check-out, which I genuinely appreciated. At MGM, despite many empty rooms, they insisted on a 3 PM check-in, so comparisons are inevitable. The room facilities aren't brand new, but for the price point, they're perfectly fine, especially considering the neighboring hotels are over 3K. The Thai restaurant, 'Miyan,' was delicious; every dish was excellent, even better than most Thai restaurants. Irene also helped us secure the only private room, making for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. My only suggestion: the price of the Coke was unnecessarily high. The food prices were reasonable, but the Coke felt really out of place. Also, I'd suggest considering packages that include the minibar. For a resort hotel, a small investment there could greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, this was the best part of our trip, and we'll definitely be back!
