Ddounia_rouThe staff in the hotel are super friendly and helpful. They helped me with a lot of things like booking ordering and even talking to people on the phone. Special thanks to Cici, Youwen and Eric for being there whenever I needed to understand something with applications or places, as well as Lehleh who even went outside the hotel to help me buy things and hail a taxi. The staff even helped me order food to the hotel at 3AM when I couldn't sleep 🥹
I was really happy with my stay especially it is my first time in China and my first days. I was really nervous but they helped me a lot ☺️🤍 I recommend starting your trip with this hotel so you'll be set for the journey 🌸☺️

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. It's also close to shopping malls like Guomao and Vanke, so it's great for shopping. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff was very responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend it for your 51 (May Day) holiday trip!

The location couldn't have been better—within easy walking distance of countless shopping spots and fantastic restaurants. A lovely bonus was the complimentary meals served throughout the day. JJace38I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen recently. The hotel is located in the heart of Shenzhen’s Futian district, a close distance to Futian high speed rail station.
We felt welcome from the moment we walked through the door with refreshing welcome drinks and friendly service. The checking process was quick and smooth.
We selected a room that had access to the club lounge. The lounge is excellent, with 5 meals a day provided. The quality of the food is high and the there is a varied selection to choose from. However, i would recommend going down to the main restaurant for breakfast.
What really made our stay great was the fantastic room service and general friendliness of the staff. While we were staying in the club lounge we were lucky enough to have Mandy take of us. She did an amazing job helping us with any help we needed. She was extremely professional and her communication in English was very impressive. I would definitely come and stay again, and hopefully have Mandy there to look after us during our next trip.

The central air conditioning kept the room very pleasant, and it was quite soundproof, so no noise issues. Dining options nearby were also very convenient, and the front desk service was good.

GGuest UserThey upgraded our room for free! It was a one-bedroom suite, very clean, and the entire stay was pleasant and reassuring. I really liked the room's layout too; it was simple and fresh. All the facilities were complete, and the hygiene was meticulously done. Overall, a very satisfying stay, highly recommend!!!! I accidentally burned myself with a curling iron, called them, and they immediately sent burn cream to my door. I'll definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserFirst off, a big thank you to Flora for arranging everything! We stayed at Wanghailou and MGM before this, and while those were satisfactory, Angsana's service truly surprised us. They upgraded our original sea view room to a 'Premium Sea View,' which was fantastic. The elevator goes directly down to the pool, and the way the pool blends with the trees here creates a wonderful, Bali-like atmosphere. Plus, the sunshine in Zhuhai isn't as intense as in Sanya, making it feel very relaxing – a much more laid-back vibe than the scenic pool at Wanghailou. The only minor point was on the other side of the pool, it seemed like it needed a good clean, as there was a bit of plastic trash.
Since it wasn't a holiday, they also kindly arranged an early check-in and an extra hour for check-out, which I genuinely appreciated. At MGM, despite many empty rooms, they insisted on a 3 PM check-in, so comparisons are inevitable. The room facilities aren't brand new, but for the price point, they're perfectly fine, especially considering the neighboring hotels are over 3K.
The Thai restaurant, 'Miyan,' was delicious; every dish was excellent, even better than most Thai restaurants. Irene also helped us secure the only private room, making for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. My only suggestion: the price of the Coke was unnecessarily high. The food prices were reasonable, but the Coke felt really out of place. Also, I'd suggest considering packages that include the minibar. For a resort hotel, a small investment there could greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, this was the best part of our trip, and we'll definitely be back!

DDD@99The moment I stepped into the room, I was instantly soothed by the dazzling city lights outside the floor-to-ceiling window. The bedding was clean and soft, and I spent a long time just staring out, lost in thought. The front desk lady's smile when she handed me the room card was even warmer than the night view itself. It really felt like staying right in the middle of a beautiful landscape.
