We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Foshan Shunde. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant interiors and a very comfortable room that made it easy to relax after a long day out. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. A special mention to Asad from the customer experience team. He went above and beyond to assist us. We had spent more time than expected shopping at Louvre Mall, and Asad kindly helped arrange a late check-out until 2pm, which made a huge difference to our overall experience. Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Foshan.

We have a 2 night awesome stay. Weather is lovely. The room is big and clean. Hotel location is at the fringe of 牌坊步行街，hence we can easily alight with our luggage in front of the hotel. Very convenience location to shop, dine and visit the place of interest. The hotel also provide free laundry service with 3 sets of washing machines and 3 sets of dryers. 👍👍👍👍👍

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Chao Zhou Riverside because of its strategic location for Guang Ji Qiao lighting show from my window. The staff were friendly and attentive, namely Miss Jenny Zhang, who served us promptly at the counter. Another guy, Mr Tom Fang,   took hiring and calling for the 'Didi travel' to and fro for our dinner. Moreover, Mr Jason Chen,who is the 值班经理 also acted friendly, deligent, helpful, and professional in his  services for our stay and tour. In fact, we appreciated it very much for such a warmth hospitality. Besides, the room was clean and conducive, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere here. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and memorable. We look forward to returning soon and introduce to friends and relatives as well.

This is the hotel I stayed for business only. The lady cation is simply so convenience. There is a shuttle bus that take me to the new ferry station. By the way, they changed their TV, even though I don’t watch. They are imply up grading. Wishing a success to Hilton.

BeiBei took care of us during the check-in process. She was attentive and upgraded our room from a city view to a larger one with a scenic lake view. We asked about dining options nearby and she was enthusiastic and helpful, gave many recommendations to help us. The amenities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the facilities.

Very good location. Front desk lady very helpful and sincere. Marvelous viewfrom revolving restaurant on high floor. Cross border bus to Hong Kong at front door. Close to Zhongshan Road pedestrian walking street. Highly recommend this hotel.

My recent stay at InterContinental Hotels ZHUHAI was nothing short of excellent. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and luxurious experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with all aspects of my stay. The only slight disappointment was that the swimming pool had not yet opened, but this was quickly overshadowed by the exceptional service I received from the Guest Relations team. In particular, Irene deserves special recognition. She was attentive, considerate, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. From the moment we interacted, she made me feel valued as a guest, anticipating my needs and ensuring everything was handled seamlessly. Irene arranged a complimentary upgrade to a stunning sea-view room, which made my stay even more memorable. She also surprised me with a birthday cake, a gesture that was both thoughtful and heartwarming. Her professionalism combined with her personal touch truly elevated the entire experience, turning what could have been just a pleasant stay into something unforgettable. Thanks to Irene’s dedication and the hotel’s high standards, I left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return. We had a fantastic stay at Le Meridien in PLH. Would we return? Absolutely. The room was huge and perfect for two friends to get space to move around, we both loved the outdoor seating couch, and the bathtub was HUGE! The ONLY downside was the bar/coffee/whatever to call it. I don't want to rate the hotel lower if the ”Illy” coffee area is ru separately, but we were there for the free evening cocktails (which no one at the Illy bar counter could help us understand-one person told us the free drinks were orange juice or martini, and another person told us it was mulled wine, which we did get a TINY pour from the outside person). I think the greater issue is most of the people there were getting the freebie and watching the fire show: they weren't staying in the hotel. We tried to get 2 drinks, and they took FOREVER, and when I finally went back to find out where they were, we were served the (literally) worst two cocktails ever. Like, in the history of mankind. So to stay at such a gorgeous place, yet not be able to order drinks in the evening (free or otherwise) was ridiculous. In the future, we'd save that wasted money and order from ******* and sit on our gorgeous balcony.

Location of the hotel is very good. Room has issue with the air conditioning compartment. Two very irritating problems. 1. Whenever aircon is adjusted, it will follow by a very loud cranking sound inside air compartment. 2. Sudden change of temperature and air flow, the cranking sound happens again. Point 2 is very random, not often but once awhile is well sufficient to give u a fright especially when u are asleep. One more issue is loud banging sound happened in the night, seemed come from outside the room. Above all, I don’t believe it’s spiritual related but these issues need to be fixed asap, causing no peaceful night of rest. I was at level 2, room nearest to the entrance of the dining hall. Fix it asap.
