Service: My family was warmly greeted by Kevin, the lobby manager. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay—truly exceptional service. Hygiene: The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented upon arrival. Environment: The sea view was stunning, even though it was rainy and hazy for a few days. The hotel's cozy atmosphere made the experience still very enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay, we'd love to come back.

So, I booked a standard room for 2 nights to see Zhuhai and Macau. The room was clean and tidy with a nice power shower. The curtains were great at blocking out light and the walls were pretty sound proof. It’s around a 15 minute walk to the Gongbei port. The only thing is that it’s located near a market.

My family has arrived the resident around 1240hrs which is much earlier than official check in time. However the counter staff was attentive whom has surprisingly offered to us with instant FOC upgrade from 2 rooms to 3 rooms unit and allowing us to move into unit immediately. It is located at 29 highest floors end of corridor corner unit. The viewing angle has 2 sides of street view instead of normal single side. One side of it is able to see Pearl river.😍😍It also just few walking steps to restaurant for breakfast or afternoon tea and gym are situated on the same level 😘😘 The pros 👍👍: 1. Great interior design with cosy ambiance. 2. The building security access is enhanced for guests safety. 3. In-room clothes washer with dryer and detergent was provided. 4. Breakfast with ample choice and perfect coffee served. 5. Daily housekeeping. 6. The food delivery is using robot to transport from L1 to guest room. The cons😩😩: A. The kitchen is empty without any cooking wares. B. In the late night some wired knocking noise from ceiling. C. The water pressure is low. D. The afternoon tea is served with very limited items. E. The guests have to alight along the road side without any shelter if bad weather. F. The Didi and Baidu app unable to locate J Resident which has to enter J Mansion (J 公館) G. The wifi is very unstable and easy disconnected. H. The double bed in each bedroom is only fitting for 2 small body sizes guests to sleep on it.

Our family had a fantastic stay in the Xiangwangbei Luxury Family Suite – a perfect experience! The spacious three-bedroom family suite features three 2-meter king-size beds, making it comfortable for three generations. The penguin-themed room is super cute and child-friendly, with a dedicated bathtub, toilet, and vanity for kids. The living room includes a large-screen tv, refrigerator, and washing machine, and the smart voice control system is incredibly convenient. There's a free children's playground, gym, and laundry room on the 6th floor. The suite was spotless, the service was warm and attentive, and it's conveniently located near the Gongbei Port. A top choice for families with children, we'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Zhuhai.

Linens were crisp and fresh, surfaces dust-free, and the bathroom gleamed with no signs of wear or residue. High-touch areas like light switches, remote controls, and door handles looked carefully sanitized. Daily housekeeping maintained the same high standard throughout my stay. Overall, this Marriott Bonvoy property in Shenzhen delivered a seamless, comfortable, and hygienic experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers who value peace of mind and top-tier service.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Foshan Shunde. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant interiors and a very comfortable room that made it easy to relax after a long day out. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. A special mention to Asad from the customer experience team. He went above and beyond to assist us. We had spent more time than expected shopping at Louvre Mall, and Asad kindly helped arrange a late check-out until 2pm, which made a huge difference to our overall experience. Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Foshan.

This was my second stay at this hotel and will not be my last. The service is excellent from check in (special thank you Barbara) to the entire staff. Our room was facing the ocean and the sound of the waves was soothing. You are near the wonderful Maritime museum and steps from the beach. Overall a great place to stay five stars. I will definitely return.

Another Fabulous stay, from start to finish. This hotel is becoming a second home in Shenzhen! It was not my first stay at the Shangri-La Luohu, and it will not be the last. I missed the pulse and liveliness of the marketplace at Shenzhen port, and the Shangri-La is perfectly located for an incredible stay. It’s a friendly place to stay with the warmest of welcomes. The Shangri-La reception team shared helpful suggestions on where to go and how to get there, suggestions that made a difference. The room standard has been consistent. The city view room was bright, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The amenities are fantastic with a well-kept sauna and jacuzzi. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the team who were a pleasure to chat with and get to know. I hope the weekend brings you a lovely moment in your diverse neighbourhood :)
