We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Foshan Shunde. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant interiors and a very comfortable room that made it easy to relax after a long day out. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. A special mention to Asad from the customer experience team. He went above and beyond to assist us. We had spent more time than expected shopping at Louvre Mall, and Asad kindly helped arrange a late check-out until 2pm, which made a huge difference to our overall experience. Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Foshan.

We had an amazing stay in this spacious room with a stunning view. The hotel's theme is incredibly charming—from the moment you step into the corridors, you’re greeted by adorable penguin designs that immediately brighten your mood. The room itself was spotless and continued the cute theme perfectly. What really stood out was how family-friendly everything was. The toiletries were not only cute but very thoughtful for those traveling with children, and the small bathtub made bath time with the kids a breeze. Plus, the playground right near the lobby was a huge hit! It’s a happy, well-designed space that we would highly recommend to any family.

Very good location. Front desk lady very helpful and sincere. Marvelous viewfrom revolving restaurant on high floor. Cross border bus to Hong Kong at front door. Close to Zhongshan Road pedestrian walking street. Highly recommend this hotel.

My family has arrived the resident around 1240hrs which is much earlier than official check in time. However the counter staff was attentive whom has surprisingly offered to us with instant FOC upgrade from 2 rooms to 3 rooms unit and allowing us to move into unit immediately. It is located at 29 highest floors end of corridor corner unit. The viewing angle has 2 sides of street view instead of normal single side. One side of it is able to see Pearl river.😍😍It also just few walking steps to restaurant for breakfast or afternoon tea and gym are situated on the same level 😘😘 The pros 👍👍: 1. Great interior design with cosy ambiance. 2. The building security access is enhanced for guests safety. 3. In-room clothes washer with dryer and detergent was provided. 4. Breakfast with ample choice and perfect coffee served. 5. Daily housekeeping. 6. The food delivery is using robot to transport from L1 to guest room. The cons😩😩: A. The kitchen is empty without any cooking wares. B. In the late night some wired knocking noise from ceiling. C. The water pressure is low. D. The afternoon tea is served with very limited items. E. The guests have to alight along the road side without any shelter if bad weather. F. The Didi and Baidu app unable to locate J Resident which has to enter J Mansion (J 公館) G. The wifi is very unstable and easy disconnected. H. The double bed in each bedroom is only fitting for 2 small body sizes guests to sleep on it.

Great location next to the metro and not far from anything in the centre of Guangzhou. Good breakfast and large rooms too. There are some excellent restaurants in there too.Even though it is an older hotel, it is in very good condition. Staff are excellent. Great value.

We had a wonderful stay at Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel. I would especially like to commend Linda from the executive floor front desk on the 18th floor. She was extremely professional, warm, and attentive. She kindly upgraded our room to a duplex family suite, which was spacious and perfect for traveling with children. In addition, she arranged a late check-out for us, making our stay even more relaxed and comfortable. Her thoughtful service truly made our experience exceptional and reflects the high standards of the hotel. Many thanks to Linda for her outstanding hospitality. we will definitely choose to stay here again!

整個酒店大量的設計元素，能看出花了很多心思在設計上，特別是很多小細節，隨手一拍就能出片。 管家服務都很好，很細心，員工都很主動熱情。 這次房型觀景是看前面田園，整個落地窗，房間非常舒適、通透。但有可能因為整個房間的設計風格，房間內沒有一處可遮擋，如果不是情侶，可能不太方便，給個小建議，廁所門和沐浴間加個百葉簾。榻榻米也可以準備一些軟墊子放在櫃子內，有需要可以讓客戶使用。 如果想逃離城市的喧鬧，不妨可以去渡假一下，天氣好時可看到美美的夕陽、日落，晚上抬頭可看到滿天星星，夜晚聽著田園呱呱叫入眠。 另外提醒一下，我們去的時候泳池還未到開放季節、公共區域泡湯的地方需要提前與管家溝通，餐廳是新式融合菜，出品不錯，農家風味，管家都會給你安排得明明白白。 總體還是不錯的一次體驗，下次有機會會再選擇！

So, I booked a standard room for 2 nights to see Zhuhai and Macau. The room was clean and tidy with a nice power shower. The curtains were great at blocking out light and the walls were pretty sound proof. It’s around a 15 minute walk to the Gongbei port. The only thing is that it’s located near a market.

Location was excellent, only a min walk to MTR train station.  Near by have fast food restaurant.  Hotel was a bit old fashion, but in Shenzhen Lu Wu , it’s acceptable.  It’s rare , I paid in full at trip. Com and hotel charge me again + guarantee CNY $500 .    While check out they didn’t pay back the cny$ 500  to me
