Hotel’s location was fantastic. There was couple of suggestion that we had which was passed on to the team. We met Asad, who was always helping us with all the requests that we had. Asad went out of his way to sort out things that we needed from arranging hair dresser to finding soda water in the buffet breakfast restaurant. They could improve on lighting especially in the elevators and on the bathroom mirrors as my wife really struggled. There was no Vanity mirror with LED light.

Perfect stay for our big family trip! The all‑white décor felt fresh and welcoming, with classic clean vans for easy rides. Location near the old town gave us quick access to attractions and plenty of restaurants. Special thanks to 小茹, who took wonderful care of laundry for our group of 12 adults and one child—her thoughtful service made everything effortless.

A fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location overlooking the Han River, very close to the ancient city. The rooms are spacious and quiet with very comfortable beds. The real highlight was the staff, JiaJia was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chaozhou.

This is the hotel I stayed for business only. The lady cation is simply so convenience. There is a shuttle bus that take me to the new ferry station. By the way, they changed their TV, even though I don’t watch. They are imply up grading. Wishing a success to Hilton.

BeiBei took care of us during the check-in process. She was attentive and upgraded our room from a city view to a larger one with a scenic lake view. We asked about dining options nearby and she was enthusiastic and helpful, gave many recommendations to help us. The amenities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the facilities.

Overall excellent hotel. Everything was amazing but I didn’t like that the pool hours were just 8-11 am and then 5-9pm. Also the shower temperature was difficult to control a bit

I had an excellent experience at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen. The front office team was very helpful during check-in, accommodating my early arrival and also assisting with a late check-out. They communicated clearly in English, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. Special thanks to Tina for her helpful and friendly service during the check-out and the complimentary farewell gifts The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially good—I’m quite a fussy sleeper, but I slept very well here. A lovely added touch was the complimentary refreshments for guests, including cookies, popcorn, coffee, and tea. The hotel’s location is also a big advantage, with plenty of restaurants offering a wide variety of food nearby. It’s also just a short 10-minute walk to Huaqiangbei, making it very convenient for shopping. Overall, a great stay with excellent service, comfort, and location. I would definitely return.

Nice spacious and clean lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the stay except the aircon was a bit weak. Can’t feel the difference when temperature was lowered. Otherwise I enjoy the water , shower and nice gesture for a late check out.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Meridien in PLH. Would we return? Absolutely. The room was huge and perfect for two friends to get space to move around, we both loved the outdoor seating couch, and the bathtub was HUGE! The ONLY downside was the bar/coffee/whatever to call it. I don't want to rate the hotel lower if the ”Illy” coffee area is ru separately, but we were there for the free evening cocktails (which no one at the Illy bar counter could help us understand-one person told us the free drinks were orange juice or martini, and another person told us it was mulled wine, which we did get a TINY pour from the outside person). I think the greater issue is most of the people there were getting the freebie and watching the fire show: they weren't staying in the hotel. We tried to get 2 drinks, and they took FOREVER, and when I finally went back to find out where they were, we were served the (literally) worst two cocktails ever. Like, in the history of mankind. So to stay at such a gorgeous place, yet not be able to order drinks in the evening (free or otherwise) was ridiculous. In the future, we'd save that wasted money and order from ******* and sit on our gorgeous balcony.

Location of the hotel is very good. Room has issue with the air conditioning compartment. Two very irritating problems. 1. Whenever aircon is adjusted, it will follow by a very loud cranking sound inside air compartment. 2. Sudden change of temperature and air flow, the cranking sound happens again. Point 2 is very random, not often but once awhile is well sufficient to give u a fright especially when u are asleep. One more issue is loud banging sound happened in the night, seemed come from outside the room. Above all, I don’t believe it’s spiritual related but these issues need to be fixed asap, causing no peaceful night of rest. I was at level 2, room nearest to the entrance of the dining hall. Fix it asap.
