Location is prefect next to the nana station, hotel service is good. However there has quite noise especially can heard the train when crossing. Moreover, the floor is quite dirt, didn’t think that was clean enough. Other than that, everything is nice, the pool is nice and water is quite cool, can enjoy the pool side drinks with sunshine.

Definitely the best hotel in the center of Bangkok. The swimming pool is the best u can find in this area, the room is quiet with huge bathroom, services is top one, everyone has been very kind and helpful, they sent me a email right after the check to inform me that I’ve left some items in the room, and when I come back they helped me with huge smile and kindness. Overall, whether if you’ll like Bangkok or not, you’ll like this hotel.

This hotel is brand-new, and has immense potential. It's a shame that I have to write this negative review, but I'm hoping it can spur the hotel to do much better in several areas. We discovered this newly built hotel from a local friend and decided to book four nights during the festive season. Upon arrival, the check-in process took much longer than expected. This was in-part due to the poor command of English by most of the staff. We were assigned a room in Tower A and Tower B. Tower A rooms are much more convenient as the pool and gym are located on the same tower. The rooms itself were great, but there were many small issues which hampered the experience during our stay. For example, the shower drain drains water very slowly, resulting in an overflow everytime you take a shower. The water pressure itself was decent but they need to solve the drainage issues, because we had several different rooms during our stay and every room had the same problem. Other than that, the rooms were great. The power points have USB-A and USB-C inlets, so you don't need an adapter when staying at this hotel, a very thoughtful point. Next, the breakfast buffet was decent. Bangkok hotels are famous for their excellent breakfast buffets. I have stayed in countless hotels in Bangkok, and the benchmark continues to be Centara Grand at CentralWorld for breakfast. Samala's breakfast buffet had a variety of options. The great thing is that the dishes are different every day, so you'll never have a boring breakfast. The bad news is that in terms of taste, its not consistent. For example, there was one morning which had Hainanese Chicken Rice served, and I nearly vomited after tasting it. On another day, there was Green Curry Chicken served, and it was amazing. Speaking of breakfast, I want to highlight the excellent service by Mr. Tong, which I believe is the manager of the breakfast service. Mr. Tong was very attentive and checked-in on us to make sure everything was fine. Interestingly, he spoke much better English than half the front desk staff so perhaps he should be there instead! Last but not least, I want to provide some inputs about the service. It was very inconsistent. Most of the staff at the hotel were very friendly, particularly the concierge, which was amazing at making dining reservations and providing recommendations for lunch/dinner. The front desk staff were also very friendly, and I managed to have a good chat with the front desk manager on several occasions. She had a good command of English, together with a woman who appeared fierce but was very friendly, but the same can't be said for the rest of the staff. They had some of the worse English I have ever seen in any hotel. Bangkok is an international tourist destination, and if the front desk can't get English right, it's better they are moved to other parts of the hotel. Also, some of the staff are extremely stingy when it comes to bathroom amenities. We requested extra Body Wash on several occ

Kids had lots of fun in the pool and the games room. They have not even gone to play with the mini soccer field, tennis courts and mini golf yet. Breakfast buffet spread was kids friendly enough. They always had something for them. I came with 2 kids 6 & 8 which didn’t have breakfast included in the room rate. So I had to pay for 1 kid everyday, just under 300B, so it’s still okay. Room was a suite in the 31st floor. Great view. Huge space. King size bed was just enough for 4 of us to squeeze into. I love the strong water pressure in the toilets & the auto toilet washers. Didn’t like the short duration of hot water, always had to turn to full hot to get hot water flowing again. Location wise, it’s awesome! Connected to terminal 21, technically you didn’t need to go anywhere else. Asoke BTS just outside, Sukhumvot MRT also at the junction. GRAb was super easy to get as well, no super long waits like when we stayed around central world.

Ich war in diese Hotel Ende März 2019 das erste und letzte Mal. Ich hatte einen Abend Flug und wollte noch 4 Stunden länger in diesem Hotel bleiben. Ich habe an der Rezeption gefragt Ob das gehen würde. Sie haben gesagt natürlich das ist kein Problem aber ich muss den vollen Preis für einen Tag zahlen. Von Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit das Personal kann man nur träumen. 0 von 10 punkte. Das einzigste positive in diesem Haus ist das das die BTS in der näher ist. Nie wieder.

I had a great stay at this amazing property thanks to the staff over here. Special shoutout to Ms. Pizza, the Lady in Red whom can communicate in both Mandarin and English. and Ms. Rita, the telephone operator whom responded me promptly with precise help that I was longing for. There are so many luxury hotels in Bangkok, but it is the service that makes the difference. It is the second time that I stayed here and everything is still the same as my first experience! The service, amenities, room cleanliness it is always up to expectations! The Hotel is great. We took the 2 bedrooms apartment. As some members of my family are having their birthday on the month that we stayed, the staffs surprised us with a birthday cake a d beautifully decorated room. The Breakfasts are delicious and served only when you ordered. Hence minimised food wastages. Every bedroom comes with a washing machine that has tumbler drying function, as well as a well equipped kitchen. Encourage those with family to choose this hotel that is close to the shopping malls with many good food. Highly recommended place and hotel to stay with elderly, children and toddler. Thank you.

The hotel overall is good. Distance from bts is about 5 minutes walk. Okay if not hot or rainy. Near 1 minute walk have convenient store which is awesome. Check in at night due to flight delay and the receptionist is not having good attitude. Requested late check out for one hour which is 1pm and was rudely rejected. During check out i find another shift of receptionist is so different in attitude. So my point is, if you late arrival dont book. Unless you check in earlier. This is an apartment based so corridor is not sound proof you can hear other room’s noises. And the corridor have smoke smell. Room wise is okay. See picture , but the floor is very dusty. Floor is not carpeted. However, the amenities are complete. Bathtub available. The apartment room is very Japanese style. The shower head is pretty low similar to shower head in Japanese home. Bed and pillow is quite comfy too. Charging outlet location also very convenient to guest. The breakfast have limited selection but there are baker’s confectioneries, ie cheese cake and choc fudge cake. The gym and sauna works but the toilet seems not well maintain, lights and locker doesnt work.

Vor dem Hotel stehen Abends sehr viele Frauen die in den Club unter dem Hotel möchten. Wir waren nach unseren Urlaub nochmal 2 Tage in Bangkok und uns diesmal das 5 Sterne Hotel vom Anfang der Reise in Bangkok ersparen was uns sehr enttäuscht hatte (380€ 3 Nächte). Das Ruamchitt kenne ich aus Reisen von früher und es war immer in Ordnung für einen kleinen Preis. Habe diesmal ca. 95€ bezahlt für 2 Nächte und Late check out (18 Uhr) (Deluxe Room) . Man darf natürlich nicht zu viel erwarten aber zum übernachten reicht es aus. Was dringend repariert werden muss oder ausgetauscht : - Dusche hat kein Wasserdruck - Fenster könnten etwas mehr Dämmung gegen den Lärm vertragen - der Pool wurde renoviert aber die Liegen und Auflagen müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. - die Dusche am Pool ist sehr ramponiert, diese könnte auch erneuert werden. - am Zimmer war nur ein Nachttisch Ansonsten ist das Hotel super für diesen Preis und ich würde auch das 5te mal wieder kommen :) Die Bar vom Hotel im Lobby Bereich ist für ein Getränk zwischen durch immer schon cool gewesen. Of course you can't expect too much but it's enough for an overnight stay. What urgently needs to be repaired or replaced: - Shower has no water pressure - Windows could use a little more insolation against the noise. - the pool was renovated but the sunbeds and cushions would have to be replaced urgently. - the shower at the pool is very battered, this could also be renewed. - there was only one bedside table in the room Otherwise, the hotel is great for this price and I would come again the 5th time :) The bar of the hotel in the lobby area has always been cool for a drink in between. Un petit déjeuner classique pain , beurre confiture , 4 morceaux de fromage cheddar et deux tranche de pain pas toasté.Dommage que le jus de fruit soit chimique et hyper sucré avec tous les fruits qu il y a en Thaïlande! I liked the concept at Lyf Funan Singapore and expected the same for Lyf Sukhumvit 8 Bangkok. Perhaps it’s still quite new - the sparkling clean toilet and powerful warm shower is much appreciated. I like hard beds but somehow didn’t get very good sleep with their bed and pillows. As a solo female traveller, the bars along the hotel entrance deterred me from staying out too late. The BTS entrance to Nana is right nearby but I didn’t take it much.

The hotel is centrally and conveniently located near Asok BTS, Sukhumvit MRT and Terminal 21 shopping centre. Room is also spacious. However, I booked a non-smoking junior suite, and was assigned to level 5, which smoking was permitted. As the assigned room was located at the end of the corridor, I have to endure the cigarette smell in the corridor. As such, I had politely asked if I could change to a non-smoking room, but I was told that all non-smoking rooms are fully booked and the response from the lady receptionist was nonchalant and unapologetic. The bell captain overheard the conversation and suggested if he could request the housekeeping staff to spray with air freshener to eliminate the smoke odour in the room, which was very much appreciated. Just wondering why would the hotel even accept my booking for non-smoking room when all were occupied?

Very good location and friendly staff. All types of food available in the street, and not much traffic so safe to walk. Nana BTS station only 5 minutes walk away and taxis and Grab arrive within 5 minutes. Pool on roof very clean and quiet, with a nice breeze and good views.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and child for 3 days starting March 29. When I booked this hotel, unfortunately there were no rooms for 3 people, so I booked a room for 2 people (my child is over 10 years old). They didn't have a room for 3 people on March 30, so they offered me the following. Day 1: Room 430 for 3 people Day 2: Room 468 for 2 people Day 3: Room for 3 people ??? We went in with a deposit of 500 along with surcharges of 700+500+700 baht. The room had a refrigerator with a capacity of about 150 liters. They gave me 4 towels, you can get more if you want. The hotel wifi seems to be maxed out at 2 devices. The staff is mostly friendly. The dark-haired guy at the counter is a little on the stern side. The room is as shown in the photo. You need to be careful not to let your child touch the corner of the toilet door. The TV is like new. We moved to another room the next day, but after checking out at 12:00, they told us to wait in the lobby until 2:00, so we left our 5 bags and went out. There is a 7-Eleven right below the hotel, Dunkin Donuts 20 meters away, Gilbingsu, etc. 50 meters out on the main road, and Korean Town across the street. (Seolbingsu is a disaster). If you walk 15-20 minutes to Asok Station Daejanggeum restaurant is there. Delicious. When it starts to get late, around 18:00, the neighborhood turns into a red-light district. Women standing on the street waiting for something, alcoholism bar. On my third night in Miami, I didn't feel like changing rooms, so I kept to stay at a double room. (The hotel offered me an extra bed) On the last night, I was woken up at dawn by a female guest on the same floor. Miami Hotel is not a bad choice for young people. The hotel is cute and colorful like a Korean boutique motel. There are plenty of places to get breakfast nearby.
