Imposing in its entrance looking out on a good view it is rundown yet clean with my room being merely functional small with a side window it is decent with a good breakfast lobby restaurant an charming but not very inspiring

I highly recommend this boutique hotel, It’s clean, good service, warm stuff and in a very quiet location, I feel lucky that I didn’t cancel this reservation because of some nonsense low rated comments, yes I almost did. I’m very likely to reserve this hotel again in the future.  The suites room they gave us was very special and clean.  I asked the front desk to give us an extra comforter, and they did provide the other day because normally they don’t have many back up comforters and I truly appreciate the service. The breakfast is good as well as a service in Coco Lima. The free tuk tuk shuttle service is wonderful! And the club room provides Majiang!  Unfortunately they don’t have hair conditioner. And the shower water is not very hot. But It’s still acceptable.  No group tourists! Very cost effective choice! Thanks!

Bilik itu bersih dan kemas dan perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Kami tiba di hotel pada pukul lima pagi bilik yang tersedia pada separuh harga biasa adalah pada pukul dua dan daftar keluar pada pukul dua belas. Kami tiba di hotel -harga pada pukul 8 Mengapa mereka tidak memberitahu mereka sehari lebih awal? Hasilnya, kami mendapat bilik, dan harga bilik ialah 5,200 baht dan 1,040 RMB, harga hotel untuk hari itu Kami terpaksa keluar selepas pukul 10, dan ada seorang gadis di meja depan tanya, dia kata kami boleh check in, jadi kami tidak menunggu sehingga pukul 2! Adakah hotel anda melakukan ini dengan sengaja? Satu-satunya perkara yang saya tidak berpuas hati ialah 8 yang tinggal cukup bagus. Ia bertentangan dengan 711 di pusat bandar. Ia mudah dan bersih dan kemas ke mana sahaja anda pergi.

Great hotel and totally worth it. The room is spacious and there's a mall downstairs. The room is quiet and nice and you can reach bts by going to the mall downstairs within minutes.

Well, this is my second stay at this hotel in 3 months time. This time I got a room with a bath tub which is absolutely fine with me. However, there is no rack or shelf for the shower gel and shampoo, so I need to bend over 90 degrees for several times in a shower which is quite annoying. The sink also has a long hair from a previous lady guest. Photo attached for details. Other than the bathroom, the mattress is also a bit too soft especially by the edge, so I need to sleep in the center of the king size bed to avoid a bad back in the morning. Secondly, the same old issue happened again (it happened in my last visit in July) as the room maid took the room key away from the slot by the entrance of my room, to save energy I presumed This time I have no choice but to run down to the front desk and addressed the happening to the asst. Front office manager. I need to reiterate to her and she agreed that is not the proper action to do in view of the security of my room. Later on, Ms Paantayamon, the manager sent me a fruit plate and chocolate to compensate for the inconvenience caused. I sincerely urged her to conduct more training to the room maids of their uwnprofessional behavior to take room keys away from any guest rooms. It posed a security issue if the key is in the wrong hands. Finally, I hope the hotel looks into this seriously before any theft or loss happens due to the key being taken away from a guestroom.

The room layout is a bit old but they are still able to maintain the hotel’s cleanliness at good side. The hotel room is big and it came with kitchen basin, huge fridge and oven is a big surprise for us. The receipionist are friendly. However, I notice the prices are different and cheaper when nearer to the date, if compare to what I had reserved few months back. A bit unfair though.

The best hotel with excellent service. The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is clean and spacious. The location is also good and close to Chatuchak Market, nearby the public transportation and it is accessible. We had a great stay and it is superb. I personally recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel hidden in a residential area. It’s a proper hotel and really lives up to the expectation of being a brand under Banyan Group. It comes with a kitchenette, which comes in handy if you like to enjoy local food at the comfort of the hotel. The facilities are simple; a small pool and a gym. But being out most of the time, that doesn’t really bother me. The only cons is that it’s quite far from the main road. There’s a shuttle service provided by the hotel, but we only managed to catch it going out. So for the return trip, we had to walk about 10 minutes from BTS Thong Lor.

とても過ごしやすいホテルでした。 新しいので綺麗でしたし、掃除も行き届いていました。プールもいつも綺麗で、清潔に感じました。 朝食もおいしかったです。子どもたちはそれぞれ好き嫌いがありますが、美味しいと食べられるものがたくさんありました。焼きたての*焼きがおいしかったです。フルーツも南国らしく、いつも食べているものと全然違いました！ お部屋のメイキング時間がまちまちで、出かけて夕方戻ってからまだ掃除されていないことがあったので困りました。また、掃除して欲しくないタイミングでチャイムが鳴らされたりと、掃除ボタンの使い方がよくわからなかったですが、連絡すれば対応してもらえました。 総じて良かったので、また泊まりたいです。

I stayed at this hotel, and my experience was mixed. Starting with the positives: the location is excellent! There is a 7-Eleven nearby, and the metro station is just a 6-minute walk away, making everything easily accessible. The room also had a beautiful view. Additionally, the hotel features a swimming pool. The room itself was very spacious, bright, and clean, with a large bathtub and a separate shower. The amount of space was truly impressive. The bed linen, towels, and bathrobe were fresh and clean. The room was equipped with all the essentials: cotton swabs, a shower cap, toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, and even body lotion. The bathrobe was provided free of charge, but slippers were available only for an extra fee of 200 baht. Unfortunately, there was no hairdryer. Now for the downsides: the room is in desperate need of renovation. The furniture and decor are very worn, with visible wall damage and peeling paint. The floor-to-ceiling windows, which could have been a highlight, were extremely dirty and seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The entire room had an outdated and shabby feel. It’s worth noting that this is a Chinese hotel, and most of the guests were from China. During checkout, I had to wait due to a long queue at the front desk. A deposit of 2000 baht was required upon check-in. Overall, the convenient location, swimming pool, and spacious rooms are definite advantages. However, the hotel could be significantly improved with renovations and more thorough cleaning. ——— Останавливалась в этом отеле, и впечатления получились смешанными. Начну с плюсов: расположение просто отличное! Рядом есть магазин 7-Eleven, до метро всего 6 минут пешком — всё необходимое в шаговой доступности. Кроме того, из номера открывался красивый вид. Также в отеле есть бассейн. Теперь о самом номере: он был очень просторный, светлый и чистый, с большой ванной и отдельным душем. Места действительно много, что приятно удивило. Постельное бельё, полотенца и халаты были чистыми. В номере были все необходимые принадлежности: ватные палочки, шапочка для душа, зубные щётки, шампунь, гель для душа и даже лосьон для тела. Халат предоставлялся бесплатно, а вот тапочки были только за дополнительную плату — 200 бат. Фена, к сожалению, не было. Из минусов: номер явно требует ремонта. Мебель и отделка сильно изношены, на стенах видны вздутия и трещины. Огромные окна в пол, которые могли бы стать изюминкой номера, были грязными, словно их не мыли очень давно. Всё выглядело обветшалым и устаревшим. Стоит отметить, что отель китайский, и среди гостей было много туристов из Китая. При выезде пришлось немного подождать, так как на ресепшене была очередь. Депозит при заселении составил 2000 бат. В целом, расположение, бассейн и просторные номера — большие плюсы, но отелю не помешал бы капитальный ремонт и более тщательная уборка окон.
