The hotel looks like a museum, classy, interesting at first glance.
Room wise was amazing, almost everything I need can be found.
Location was kinda out of the way, I’ll always look for ways to maximise my trip. In this case, I would prefer to stay at Platinum area where it is closer to the shopping, massage and food stuff.
Not too bad, I took grab bike back and forth,
Sadly I don’t get to use all their facilities however a good experience to stay at this hotel.

Dirty towel, lots of dust, not well maintain for facilities, found small cockroach at breakfast area in the jam dish.

Great hotel, albeit a little worn down as it's one of the older hotels. There are no Metro/BTS stations nearby, but right behind the hotel is a boat service that can get you into town quickly.
Otherwise, it's not a bad place to stay for a few days.

Very nice hotel and well decorated. It’s very much like a service apartment where you have washing machine and a small kitchen. Great value of the price in the center of Bangkok

1. The transportation is not very convenient.
2. There is a big problem with environmental hygiene!
The aisle has a strong smell of *********.
There is a strange smell in the room And mosquitoes 🦟
There is residual toothpaste in the mouthwash cup, and the bathroom floor is easy to accumulate water.
Fortunately, the counter and other staff are very friendly.
I hope the suggestions can be improved.

The design of the hotel is quite bold and woody. It’s a good design. There’s kitchen with stove, sink, utensils and washing machine. Good value for money. But we could hear people speaking, laughing and so on when they walk past our room so the noise pollution can be improved.

Very good hotel. Love their decorations. Not far from center. Everything was good expect the Chinese grandma wishing her whole family on a video call by standing next to my room door with her highest pitch of her throat.

Everything is ok, not bad also not wonderful. Oblivious not enough staff for helping customers, cleaning rooms tools put on the floor corridor near our room door. We are appreciated there are washing machine with drying function inside the room. The building not too high only 3 floors, easily have mosquitos, we think this is renew hotel so some smell in the room same as cigarette.
