The location of the hotel is very good, next to the river. Access by hotel shuttle boat. Opposite Icon Siam. Comfortable rooms come with views of the Chao Phraya River. I gave full marks to everything except the service of the staff. The staff are arrogant and have very high egos. Not recommended. There are many other hotels along the river where the staff provide better service.

Hotel was newly renovated and really really nice. Room is big and clean, equipment very nice and convenient. Location not bad. need some walk to main road, but very peaceful. We love the balcony, and restaurant for brunch. Nice view and comfortable. However, staffs were mostly friendly but not very well-trained. Some did not even greeting us when met at the elevator or corridors, which should not happen at a five star hotel we thought. Overall, we like this hotel, hope can have better experience next time.

Hotel Location: Situated in the Silom area, close to Bangkok's Chao Phraya River and with a view of Iconsiam shopping mall. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the BTS station, making transportation very convenient. Hotel Service: The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming. They greet guests with enthusiasm and provide timely assistance. Overall, the travel experience in Thailand was fantastic!

Growing up in Hong Kong, I would always like to stay in Peninsula Hotel, which was where the hotel was first founded and built, whereas Peninsula Bangkok did not disappoint at all. I was greeted with staffs with big smiles on their face and was led to the check in counter. The lady who checked us in even brought us to the room and explained everything (Sorry I forgot your name :( ) . The room was extremely clean and also comes with a balcony with good view. The shuttle boat was definitely a stand out point as it conveniently brings you to ICONSIAM and Sathron Pier. Thé gentlemen in the concierge was very helpful too answering all questions that I had and even suggested places and restaurants to go. The swimming pool was also one of the things that I was impressed with, it was a good experience swimming in there, yet the pool was a bit filthy and unclean, would hope that the hotel improves in this aspect. Checked out the day after and was escorted out by staff to the taxi. Overall, me and my girlfriend had an extremely good experience in The Peninsula Bangkok, would definitely come back soon!

Hotel pratique, puisque très proche de l'ambassade de France. J'avais rendez vous pour le renouvellement de mon passeport. Le personnel de l'établissement est bienveillant et très agréable. La chambre est très belle, et très propre. Je recommande vivement cet établissement d'excellente qualité. Bien que proche de l'ambassade de France, il est situé dans le quartier des joailliers de Bangkok avec très peu de restaurants autour, ce qui est dommage pour le soir.

Attended a wedding in Bangkok and stayed at Naga Residence. I had contacted them about transport to the wedding venue which was an hour’s drive away. They promptly arranged a taxi for us with fare quotation within the hour. We arrived into the hotel around 9pm and the reception was open and waiting for us. We booked a deluxe room which comes with a mini kitchenette and microwave. The room is very clean and honestly, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, I sank into deep slumber as soon as my head touched the pillow. Toiletries are provided and the bathroom is very clean. I felt the water heater in the shower could have been a tad hotter but we could still take a nice shower. Housekeeping responds to requests almost immediately. The hotel is tucked away in an alley and doesn’t have room service or a restaurant but there are plenty of food available outside the hotel. The 7-11 around the corner provided all our breakfast and snack supplies. There are a couple of malls within walking distance and the most delicious Thai iced tea a couple of shops down the road from Naga. Thai hospitality is world renowned and I have to say I was impressed.

This hotel is beautiful and clean. The doorman warmly and enthusiastically greets us every time he sees us. He also listened to my complaint about crazy and dishonest drivers in Bangkok city, then helped us book a company reliable car for transport to the airport. Overall, the hotel is clean and stylish. My favorite part is the entrance/lobby with a spiral staircase which looks like a library. The location is good, a 5-minute taxi to Siam Paragon shopping center. The breakfast is delicious and full of varieties, however, I am not impressed with the dinner.

Vai in bagno e vedi che anche qui nulla è lasciato al caso ed è tutto estremamente pulito. Vai a farti la doccia ed anche qua tutto pensato per darti il maggior comfort e tutto è molto pulito. Quindi la struttura e la pulizia sono decisamente da 10! Il valore aggiunto però è la signora, credo sia la proprietaria che è di una gentilezza squisita. È da mesi che viaggio per il mondo e solo lei è riuscita a farmi sentire a casa ed è stata una bella sensazione! È così ospitale, gentile e premurosa senza mai essere invadente o pressante. Una bellissima persona. La zona è ottima per spostarsi perché girando l’angolo hai il pier che ti porta nella zona più turistica, a 10 minuti a piedi hai sia la stazione del treno che della metropolitana. La zona non so quanto possa essere sicura la sera perché non ho mai visto in tutta Bangkok così tanti senza tetto che non sembrano pericolosi ma non ho osato sperimentare uscendo da sola la sera. Però ti dà anche una visione più autentica di come vivono le persone a Bangkok non essendo la zona turistica!

We stayed here as part of our hotel-hopping experience in Bangkok. We stayed at AGO Chinatown Hotel, Park Hyatt, Capella, and Four Seasons. (All reviewed separately). It was difficult to choose from the plethora of hotels in Bangkok but we selected this one based on its proximity to Chinatown and the quality of the Breakfast served. This small hotel is brand new, yet has a quaint and boutique feel. The owner has decorated the lobby with family heirlooms and antique furniture. I could tell this is a labor of love. The cosy rooms are neat and comfortable, with wood floors, new showers, and Villeroy & Boch sinks. Our room was facing the canal, not quite Venice or Amsterdam, but delightful nonetheless. I slept well on the firm bed that is typical in Asia. The highlight of our stay was their farm-to-table breakfast. The Signature Smoothie was one of the best smoothies I've ever had. It's made from fresh kale harvested from their garden, pineapple and banana. They had my favorite congee with homemade Thai dishes by a local chef. Their garden salad with sesame dressing is a must-try. They also offer gourmet coffee, cappuccino and espresso. Frankly, their breakfast alone was worth the room rate, which I feel is an absolute steal. The owner Vee was kind enough to give us a guided foot tour of the historical area adjacent to the hotel. He also recommended some amazing street food and restaurants near the hotel. We tried the best Boat Noodles, Michelin star Pad Thai, Crab Fried Rice, Shark Fin Soup (sorry animal lovers) and went to an open-air restaurant with wine, steak, and jazz music. There's also delicious Suckling Pig and street-food galore in Chinatown. This is the best hotel for Foodies in Bangkok!

Chambre minuscule et tres sale (traces sur les murs, toilettes insalubres, éviers bouchés, poussière de partout sur la tv sur les meubles..), refus de paiement en visa alors que stickers existants , réception dans un autre hôtel, téléphone ne fonctionnant pas, télécommande de la TV inexistante, restaurant avec uniquement plats indiens et carte visa refusée alors que logos présents à l'entrée, personnel désagréable et pas aimable! Ne jamais réserver dans cet hôtel minable! De plus l'environnement est pas rassurant voire dangereux.. A FUIR !!!! UNE EXPÉRIENCE DÉPLORABLE !!!

La zona è ottima per spostarsi perché girando l’angolo hai il pier che ti porta nella zona più turistica, a 10 minuti a piedi hai sia la stazione del treno che della metropolitana. La zona non so quanto possa essere sicura la sera perché non ho mai visto in tutta Bangkok così tanti senza tetto che non sembrano pericolosi ma non ho osato sperimentare uscendo da sola la sera.
