Really loved that the hotel was clean and new! It is located a stones throw away from the nearest BTS - Ratchathewi.
The room were spacious and the smart tv really made the stay pleasant.
However, I have made two bookings for two different rooms (due to a last minute change in plans), in which the later date booking was for an upgrade for a room with bath tub.
As I had to change rooms due to the different bookings, I had to check out from my previous room and wait till 3pm for my next check in. When I came back later in the day, I was informed by the kind service staff that the room was unavailable as it had some issues, which was quite confusing as the hotel was new. When i asked the concierge if there was any other room of similar value available, they said no and offered me the same room I had the previous day (which is a downgrade from the room I have booked).
As compensation they offered me with an additional hour of late check out. The management of the hotel thought that it was enough as compensation disregarding the inconvenience of having to check out and check in again though it was ultimately the same room. They also did not address that the room I received was a downgrade from what I have booked for and did not make any effort to inform me in advance that the room was unavailable.
As it was late in the day, I was unable to dispute/find other hotels in time and had to take on their offer of the downgrade with the late check out (had to get what I could)
The breakfast provided was basic and decent but definitely could be much better.
Would love to patronize the hotel again with is incredible location and new facilities, however the hotel did not meet my expectations in providing adequate compensation and resolutions for a fault they have made.
