Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not satisfactory. The room had a major issue: the main light had no switch, which made it very inconvenient to adjust the lighting. Additionally, the hotel staff were rude and unhelpful when I raised my concerns. Their poor command of English made communication difficult, and they seemed uninterested in resolving the issues. This lack of professionalism was disappointing and affected the overall quality of my stay. While the hotel may have potential, the poor service and room issues were significant drawbacks.

Good location for travel. Night market,Train station & shopping mall have in a few minutes walking area.

They dont clean the room everyday

First time is ok, second time is unpleasant and annoying , cleanliness and customer service

No towel in the room until midnight Bad service ! No amenities inside the room No reception at the counter Bathroom is dirty

The hotel offers basic amenities, and its location is quite convenient. However, beyond that, the overall experience is below expectations. The receptionist could be more attentive and there is a lack of warmth or friendliness. If possible, self-service is recommended, as there is limited assistance available.

First confirmed with room that I request and then I have arrived, they move without notice. So if you want to travel to this hotel I am not recommended sometime May cancelled without notice. Un professional staff

The woman working at the reception (01.11.24-20:00) must hate her life and her job, she offended me for no reason. I have never seen Hotel staff that hate their clients. The Rude Staff is what makes you want to leave as soon as possible, especially the Receptionist (or maid?), Who you think you are to Insult your Clients by looking ? You should be unemployed for life and banned from any job. Date of stay: July 2018

This hotel is highly recommended since it is near in different shopping malls in bangkok. Some of the night market and temples are kinda far but easy to book on bolt for this and try the hop on hop tour because it will help. The room is big with own clean cr and good bed. Aircon is nice also. For the price and location it is very good. 7’11 is also near that’s why no need to worry. Staff are accommodating and kind. They also speak english dont worry. 🫶☺️

so many guests are very loud at the corridors and none of the staff of the hotel stop them. staff are not always in reception.

They're just paint the new color. Rooms are smell, I am allergic to the smell and request to refund, but they're not understandable, cannot negotiate. They're absolute money focus. Low attitude!

Very good hotel for us Valuable and cleaning also very good We stayed for 9 days and the cleaning staffs are good and the room is very clean everyday . The most I like is that the room’s clean The guy if you don’t like to walk for 15 minutes,you choose nearer place .For us are very ok because we like to walk 💝
