Ulasan Bangkok Sathorn Traditional Apartment

Not at all happy with service. Unit is privately owned and in a complex where subletting / rentals are not allowed. There is no lobby, no assistance and very poor communication with the property owner who despite booking days in advance didn’t care to realise I was scheduled to stay. Went to check in at 2pm which was listed in the description and was told the unit wasn’t ready and I was left with my messages on read and no communication from anyone for hours. I was forced to leave my suitcase out in the public area for 3 hours in the heat while I was waiting for cleaners to come and last minute clean the unit. Was also given the wrong door code so I was locked out of my unit the first time I went to return after the cleaner left, with all of my belongings inside at 12.30am. Checkout is also at 11pm for no reason at all, and no luggage storage options because the owner isnt even meant to be renting the unit out. DO NOT STAY HERE! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND 3 HOURS OF STANDING AROUND WAITING FOR CHECKIN IS DISGUSTING WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE OF BOOKING HERE

Room very dirty and bathroom infested with worm like insects.

Room have smoking smell and parking fee is 50thb/hour. Difficult to get in room.Real sself service. And the last is I can't sleep its too smell.

剛到的時候沒想到會是像個人出租的套房，房間放了很多蟑螂藥（還是有看到蟑螂），負責的工作人員說會有每日打掃服務結果也沒有，許多傢俱被上一組客人損壞，整體不推薦，同等價位有更好的選擇。

看評價還有點擔心，去了之後超乎想象！服務很好，中國客服也很方便，不用擔心語言問題，有問題都會及時迴應的

Грязно, тараканы везде: на кухне, на столе, в туалете. Час не мог зайти внутрь, пришлось стоять на солнце, потому что отель не указал где получить карту для входа и не указал свои корректные данные. Внутри висели старые грязные полотенца, не было даже бутылки воды. Хотя из-за такой жары, стоя час и ожидания их ответа, можно было и потратить 10 Батт. Вид из окна на развалены и сгоревший дом, под домом днем кричат петухи.
